Jesus did not come into the world to confirm the Hebrew law, but to reject it. The Gospel of Thomas was the original Gospel. Jesus taught that no man can serve two masters. But the two masters were actually the outside of the body, and the inside of the body. Jesus said, "Why do you wash the outside of the cup but not the inside?" And the Epistles of Clement elaborate further, you must be the same on the outside as the inside. People hide their sins within, Jesus said the two must become one. The inside must become like the outside then you shall acheive gnosis. Jesus was killed because he refused to worship the god of the jews (the demiurge) and he rejected moses. Before Moses was, I am. Jesus was the Son of the Monad, the real God, who is beyond comprehension. The church lied about it. Lol.

>The Gospel of Thomas was the original Gospel.
Not the original, but the closest to the original (the so-called Gospel X) and the earliest of the known ones.

The Gospel of Thomas and the Gospel of John are in my view the only truly reliable accounts of Yeshua ha Nostri. I believe parts of Matthew, Mark and Luke reflect real events/sayings but over they are unreliable as they have been edited and distorted by Pauline followers and Judaiser disciples of James.

John may be later than the synoptic but I believe to be a preserved (and slightly edited) account provided by the beloved apostle, John son of Zebedee. After all, it's the only gospel which internally claims to be written by a disciple.

Sadly the true full historical Jesus is ultimately lost to us but I believe these books to be the closest we've got

Nobody knows because this shit happened 2000 fucking years ago

We do know with absolute 100% certainty the OT is historically unreliable, which brings the NT into unreliability, which means the whole thing can just be thrown in the trash

The flood, for instance, was not global, it was a local flood event in the persian gulf, which explains why the location of the rivers described in the OT garden no longer exist, because they are submerged under the persian gulf

>I believe parts of Matthew, Mark and Luke reflect real events/sayings but over they are unreliable as they have been edited and distorted by Pauline followers
this is a funny thing to say considering that the first compilation of the gospels was made by marcion, a character that believed the hebrew god and jesus' god were obviously different. the pauline epistles were first compiled by him and there is debate whether the church or him edited things (it seems the sentiment is that the church edited them to make compliant with the old testament or something)

This explains the OT geography. 4 rivers merged into one river, but not anymore, because that whole region is under water after glacial melt caused sea level rise. The OT historical garden is submerged beneath the persian gulf. It lines up with the 6000 year chronology, which is not the literal beginning of earth history. The people who wrote the book didnt know anything about anything beyond the near east region.

There was never a global flood.

>Jesus did not come into the world to confirm the Hebrew law, but to reject it
Neither:

“This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.” (1 Timothy 1:15)

“¶ Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.” (Matthew 5:17)

After the righteousness of the law was fulfilled with the perfect sacrifice of the cross at Calvary, the law (not the moral standards) was phased out and replaced with grace to actuate the new covenant prophesied in Jeremiah 31:31

>Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil
The Gospel says this, but Jesus contradicts the law in every possible way. He abolishes the Shabbat rule, he abolishes the ban on all forbidden meats, he changes the rule from "the goyim are filth" to "the gentiles can be saved if they believe in Me" and he abolished the stoning punishment for adulterers. He literally took every single Jewish law and threw it in the trash and said, "Simply, if you believe in me you shall be saved," John 3:16 and that's why most Christians don't follow any OT laws because Jesus quite literally abolished the law and replaced it with a new one entirely lol.

Your initial point was that He rejected it, but He didn't. He fulfilled it (kept it perfectly like nobody else could and thus became the perfect, sinless Lamb for the saccrifice of the cross), and then, as it was no longer needed, He deprecated it in favor of grace. Read the rest oft what I said.

>provided by the beloved apostle, John son of Zebedee
And yet quite a few artists chose to depict "the beloved apostle" with feminine characteristics for some reason (the Da Vinci Code leaves out the fact that it was a long-running trope).
