Stagecraft human black ops (Greer) have diminished and were never all that big to begin with.The actual ET global DNA modding campaign is done. They don't need to abduct people to communicate with them or alter them anymore. They use their DNA backdoor for that.The goal is to form a decentralized grassroots movement that can't be snuffed out by the human controllers. Purpose is to increase global human sympathetic resonance in order to bring us into greater harmonic coherence. The end result will be that we will naturally trend toward solutions and a society that simply will not allow evil to exist anymore as we collectively opt out and gain power through proper relation. We will naturally engineer our way into a better world without conflict, which I would argue is currently what is happening even though the controllers are trying desperately to make us shrink back into fear. But it's just not working.

It depends how advanced they are. Say they can come here from other planets, beam us up and move in ways we cannot explain, then I imagine after probing and monitoring a few of us they found better ways to do it. Tech being a great example to monitor and study us. No point zooming down on a spaceship, picking beaming us up, drugging us, questioning and taking samples when they can just read our google history and learn more about us without doing any of the nearly getting caught stuff. We are quite good at it so an advanced civilisation would just probably do that instead. Maybe the odd adbuction just to monitor us.
