My dream last night was incredibly bizarre - I traveled by train for a long time over long distances to various locations and talked to various people on the stations and one night I slept over in the dorm of a certain faculty, for phys ed I think? I came to them slowly, already frightened half to death and I revealed the lower one's face by lifting the pot. She had no skin on her face and no nose, only red flesh, teeth eyeballs with no eyelids and not even her whole skull, her brain was revealed. And thus she started screaming at me and wanting to grapple me, as I ran she started chasing me, as did the other one, removing her pot from her head which was much of the same, only with a different glow. I barely got into my car because as I jolted they came closer and closer but as I did and as I drove out to the road with scarce lighting, I ran into a howling and growling creature on the road. You need to chill the fuck out, things are rough i can see that, but a lot of this is your own head eating you away, you need to let go of these mindsets that keep you stuck in this loop of uncertainty that make you spiral, you need to retake control of you life what little bit at a time, one grounded action after another, look after yourself, eat well, exercise. Get the stuff you need to get done prioritises after you prioritise yourself. Only then will things flow, detach yourself mentally, look inwards for a moment and see yourself for the person you are and where you want to be, with consistency things will improve significantly and fast
