Learning about Paracosms, a few jungian concepts, Wilhelm Reich, NDE’s, some OBE’s, and playing silent hill 2 helped. Theres no real starting point for any of this and thats a real problem. You don’t need to be Plato you just have to grasp some of these ideas to take something cohesive from it. On top of that I never did psychedelics and I’m learning to lucid dream.
