How do i stop compulsively fantasizing, a 4chan post on /x/. ive been on a quest for a while now to go from being a mentally ill schizoaffective loner pedophile loser to a chill eccentric guy who likes to do his hobbies and experience life and stuff. in the previous step of my odyssey i had to figure out how to stop masturbating because it kept making me possessed by demons. figured out how to do that and all has been well for a couple of weeks. since then though ive encountered another problem which is that when i see a girl ill start to compulsively fantasize about her. even if the thoughts dont have form i can still feel the energy signature festering in the back of my head. This is an issue not only because it mentally and biologically hurts, but also because i keep doing it to every woman in my life, including children. I dont want to do this! :). if anybody has any advice or direction on where to go from here i would appreciate it. Thank you 4chan.
