What should I read to reach the most advanced states of consciousness? I've been doing Metta meditation and it had great results. Also forgiveness meditation. TREs and fascia release have been great as well to slowly release all the accumulated trauma.But I want to go further and I don't know exactly where to go. I hear Hinduism is demon worship, what about Kundalini? Does anybody have a guide for dummies?
