I'm an Icythiosin. I'm not an extraterrestrial, but I was dissolved in the womb by a chemical composition pumped into my mother by the CIA. Strangely, I was capable of rearranging my DNA into a perfect matrix. I was technically stillborn and looked like a diseased reptile, but I was still conscious, telepathic, and omniscient, then slowly reanimated into the appearance of a healthy human infant. I was called "Star Child" by the attending doctors, and my existence has been buried beneath conspiracy on top of conspiracy.
