I have mad pain in my hip and lower back that is debilitating some days. Any paranormal tips on healing this stuff?

You need to look at it holistically. 2 easiest things you could do:
1) If you're drinking caffeine, go cold turkey. You should notices improvements after the first full day of no caffeine. Caffeine keeps your body in a constant state of tension, so after enough time of drinking it(unless you genetically process it really fast), it can cause severe back, hip, lat, etc chronic pain.
2) Diatomaceous earth gut detox. DE physically shreds up any candida albicans in your gut. However, I recommend taking it slow, and use activated charcoal alongside it. If you have a ton of nasty shit in your gut, shredding it all up at once could trigger a nasty herxheimer reaction. So educate yourself a bit before going this route.
3) If you hold a ton of trauma in your subconscious, it could be causing you to be in a constant state of hypertension. You'll need to gradually dissolve that trauma over time so that your nervous system isn't going into fight or flight over every little thing.

Also, you could try analyzing it from the point of view of bad daily habits. Essentially, doing something wrong for days on end could have zero noticeable effects for years, and then one day you'll develop horrible chronic pain that won't go away, and you won't even know that the cause is some super simple biomechanical bad habit you've developed. Basically, if you can discover this bad habit, you should be able to fix the pain within a day or two.
For example, stand like you normally do. See if your feet sink inwards. If they do, this causes your knees to sink inwards and thus causes a tugging at the base of your spine. After months or more of standing like this, eventually your hips will lock up tight and you'll get bad back pain.
That's just one example, so you'll have to really experiment and see if you're doing something that causes a daily misalignment. I will say though, for back and hip pain, there is an ultimate secret weapon that cures most misalignments... cont.

Okay, so the secret weapon is this. Stand in front of a mirror. Make your feet shoulder width apart, and make sure they're not sinking inwards or outwards. Lift your toes up and splay them outwards. Then bring them down and tense the arches of your feet a bit. Then relax your knees just slightly, and make sure your hips, knees, and ankles are all aligned. This is called finding your tripod, and is essential for reestablishing your kinetic chain of ankles to knees to hips(i.e. often when you have hip/back pain the way your body may absorb impact when walking is ankles to knees, skipping the hips, and going straight into your back).
Now, here's the secret weapon part. Once you have found your tripod, stand on one leg for 30-60 seconds while maintaining that ankle, knee, hip connection. Do this on each leg for several sets. After awhile, you should start feeling a burn going directly into the center of your hip flexors. This is good. It means that your hip flexors are unlocking and beginning to activate again. If you do this right, and start being mindful of your kinetic chain while walking, you should be free of your back/hip pain within the day, or the next.(the only exception to this is if you literally just injured your back, then it will take 24-72 hours after the acute injury phase and swelling to stop before this would start taking effect).

Also, adding to it, nutrition is key. Potassium helps a lot with inflammation, so sweet potatoes and bananas are essential. Also, don't skip on the honey and eggs. Personally, I focus a lot on gut biome health, the gut-brain axis can't be understated. A good gut biome also helps with metabolism and energy regulation.

Weird tingling in my nervous system, right side. So intense it went up to my right arm. Mostly upper, but some in the lower back too. The belly area got warm for a second, but then cold again. Yoga and stretching help back problems a lot. It can be hard to remember but I try to stretch my back every morning because I get lower back pain. The yoga wheels and professional massages are next level help though
