Not really paranormal today buuuut.... The ARG is pretty fun!
Advancing on meditation with hypnosis:So far, visualization has become alot easier and so falling asleep too, when i want.Focusing on things and capacity over my day also has gotten better top.Mindfog, doubt and helplessness has been alot smaller, if not, barely noticeable.Been able to cut thoughts short without any effects and at my full control.So far so good!
