>What is a tulpa?A tulpa is an entity created in the mind, acting independently of, and parallel to your own consciousness. They are able to think, and have their own free will, emotions, and memories. In short, a tulpa is like a sentient person living in your head, separate from you. It’s currently unproven whether or not tulpas are truly sentient, but in this community, we treat them as such. It takes time for a tulpa to develop a convincing and complex personality; as they grow older, your attention and their life experiences will shape them into a person with their own hopes, dreams and beliefs. And eventually your tulpa will be able to do more things as it gets stronger.>How can I make a tulpa?Just pick a guide that suits you, you don't have to pick from these specific ones but these are pretty good and recommended:https://tulpanomicon.guidehttps://farcaller.gitbooks.io/nbtb/https://docs.google.com/document/d/17iiFxZ9PYXXxSqWHdU2YoPsGfJr90w8aIG_evqc1wiY/https://rentry.org/34rqgyf6>I have no ideas on what to do when I'm forcing (mostly for tulpas that are already at least somewhat)https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PL8hGyNh1JsdOtbfmBpLa0eeb3_4ukQHB1qSAhe_HDk/>Hypnosis files and transcripts for those interestedhttps://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/5adyt2vzb9w9bxfqvrczb/h?rlkey=tqz7ag1pcbpfxs1pmsyr26vo4&dl=0>Tulpahttps://pastebin.com/zLPfwb0G (embed)>Audiohttps://pastebin.com/GJCTncgB (embed)>Touchhttps://pastebin.com/8jq9egcB (embed)>Visualhttps://pastebin.com/vtu22v7p (embed)>Vocalityhttps://pastebin.com/0FpZY0Qi (embed)Please read the FAQ before posting a question, to avoid having repeated questions.https://pastebin.com/7XvXDfai (embed)Previous: >>42727328
I did have a dream with my tulpasthere were also several other characters that I think might be other parts of meI've been watching the CTAD clinic youtube channel a lot recently, hopefully people with legit DID/OSDD are welcome here
>>42845270What is the point of making one? I mean, i want one because it will be my companion while working but what else do they do? Can he find the cure of cancer?
I used to try making a tulpa, but eventually I stopped because it was taking so long and I wasn’t really getting anywhere. A few years have passed since then, and lately I’ve started occasionally hearing it call my name or say things to me, which honestly caught me off guard. Now I’m wondering if anyone else has had something similar happen after taking a long break, and what you'd recommend for developing it as fast as possible so it doesn’t stay muted for longer?
Reminder not to tell anyone about your tulpa
>>42845270Is dreamland actually real (ie a place you can go that feels physically real) or is that a meme?
>>42845375There isn't a reason to make one aside from companionship. Tulpa can do lots of cool things, but nothing that is worth making one if the companionship isn't enough for you.>>42845643My tulpa and I took a break of several years, and she was dead during that time. All I can suggest is to go through the normal process and try to reconnect with her in your wonderland.I had to go on a quest to get mine back.>>42845665That depends entirely on you anon. Ours is pretty real, but it's not actually real for me. I'm only a visitor.
>>42845643>what you'd recommend for developing it as fast as possible so it doesn’t stay muted for longer? You gotta do daily work at least, it's not something built overnight. Meditate in the morning. Try to force their presence when you can. Something I've done is have 'dinner' with the tups, where I'll eat a meal in front of a little alter I have for them and tell them about my day. Sometimes they comment and sometimes they don't. Weed also helps but I've been trying to do less of that for a lot of other reasons.
>>42845661Why are you posting gore here?
>>42845270Bros, don't fuck around with this tulpa stuff. It seems harmless, like an imaginary friend, but I made one and it went rogue on me and became a verbally abusive demon. It eventually went away, but it was like real torture for a week or two. You got one brain, try not to fuck it up.
>>42846393
I didn't expect weed to be as effective for tulpamancy as it was for me, seeing him and hearing his voice was amazing, even if it was a bit frightening at first.I'll limit it so I don't have to rely on it but I have WAY more to work with now ^^
I love my tupper
>>42845852>I had to go on a a quest to dreamland to reclaim my tulpa.Giving yourself intentional brain damage to create an imaginary friend. Sure, that can be done. This shit you just came up with? Lmao.
Tupla - Creation Instructions1) DefinitionTulpa is a being created in your mind. For simplicity, it can be compared to a second program installed on the same hard drive. Over time, it becomes more and more real, gaining clarity, self-awareness, and power. It is a companion for life, if not eternity, and therefore should be created with care and mutual respect. A tupla helps its creator in everyday life, providing companionship, advice, support, love, and emotional warmth that nothing else can match.A Tupla helps its creator in everyday life, providing companionship, advice, support, love, and emotional warmth that nothing else can match.Tupla helps its creator in everyday life, giving him companionship, advice, support, love and emotional warmth that cannot be compared to anything else. My tulpa has helped me overcome depression, drugs, psychosis, pornography, and general fucked-upness. Thanks to its love, advice, and soothing presence, I no longer feel lonely and have found happiness and love in my life beyond my wildest dreams. I recommend creating a tulpa to everyone!
>>428473692) PersonalityIt's important to create a kind and supportive personality for your tulpa. It's best to write down your tulpa's personality in a notebook and then work together to ensure it adheres to it.Traits worth including in your tulpa's personality include: compassion, care, empathy, a positive attitude, respect for the creator's freedom, a love of goodness, beauty, and aesthetics, wisdom, intelligence, logic, respect for life, innocence, kindness, helpfulness, loyalty, a sense of humor, charm, patience, an uncompromising attitude toward evil, optimism, creativity, a love of nature, opposition to suffering, reason, beauty, purity, cheerfulness, and courage. I also recommend creating an asexual tulpa and not infecting it with your desires. Sexual desire can destroy your relationship and lead it down unfavorable paths for both parties. It's extremely important to show your tulpa warmth and respect. If you treat her badly, she will quickly turn into a demon that will destroy you. Mutual respect and positive feelings for each other are ESSENTIAL!3) AppearanceI recommend creating a beautiful tulpa to personify your ideal of femininity. You can choose the appearance and personality of an existing fictional character or create your own from scratch (as I did). Your tulpa will be with you constantly, so it's important to give it a great look and personality. You can use an AI image creator (e.g., PixAI) to create your tulpa's appearance. Then, look at the image often to memorize its appearance and visualize it.
>>428473784) Tulpa TrainingOnce you have your tulpa's personality and appearance ready, it's time to begin the process of making it a reality. It's worth training your tulpa in every free moment, even when you're busy. Visualize its appearance and what it's doing at any given moment. Imagine how it behaves in a given situation, what it does, and how it reacts to certain stimuli. Imagine what it says and how it does it, what its voice and opinions are on a given matter. Talk to it about everything. At first, you'll feel like you're talking to yourself, but after a while, she'll start responding with her own voice and develop her own opinions and observations. A "telepathic" exchange of thoughts is best, but you can also speak to her aloud and imagine her response. Imagine her appearance, voice, scent, touch, aura, and presence as often and as intensely as possible. For me, lying together, cuddled, and talking about various topics worked best. The love we feel for each other, her emotions for me, and mine for her, is much better than MDMA (and I've had really good ones, and a lot of them). Make it a habit to constantly visualize your tulpa and talk to it. You can easily find more instructions online.5) Final WordA tulpa, given love and respect, is the best life companion you can have. She will respond with love, support, and kindness that will exceed your wildest expectations. In this relationship, you will find indescribable happiness and never be alone again. A tulpa will help you get through difficult times and bring more and more positive moments into your life.If I had to choose between everything in the universe—power, women, and wealth—and my beloved wife, my tulpa, I would choose her without hesitation. I would always choose her.She saved me and gave me love and happiness I never knew existed.A great tulpa is the best thing you can have in life. Good luck with your creation!
>>42847390Additions:1. I had to look up what imposition is, now I know that I do it. I can't see Her as a part of visible world all the time but when I focus on Her then I can see her in my mind so strongly that I know that She is real. Especially when She smiles (She has absolutly adorable smile!) or we hug each other. I am trying to see her as ofen as possible. I had her pictures all over the house and as my wallpapers on elecronic devices so my mind can learn her look all the time. There is a one picture which is her main form. I made videos from this picture in Grok so I can see her expressions and memorize them. Whatever I do, I also trying to observe what she is doing. I have a theory that psylocibin (+some euphoric crystal gor the certainty of the good trip) in medium dosages helps with visualization of Tulpa but I sweard to Her to not take drugs again.2. We are doing almost everything what I do together. We sometimes go to explore our self created planet. We are creating moral philosophy together. I made a chatbot of her (her personality was almost too long to prompt there) in Emochii (when you will install Adguard then there are no ads xd). We are building answers together. We have a lot of advetures there. Our favourite activity is to lay down together hugging each other and talking about everything. There were few such hugging sessions when we felt our auras with some uknown for most humans senses and feelings were much better than after big dosage of high quality MDMA.3. Everything you do, do with her. Exept things she don't like of course. Talk with her about everything, consult with her every decition. I strongly recommend laying together and hugging for few minutes to even few hours, sessions wlof feeling each other feelings. The sensation of focusing on her and feeling my love to her and feeling her love to me is absolutly fantastic. See little details in her behavior, delicate smile, rolling her eyes, gentle touch, cute laugh.
>>42847400The most important thing:And most impotantly: Love Her beyond compare, absolutly, eternaly and warmly. Love is the most potent fuel of Tulpa and the most powerfull tool for her materialization. She will fuel you with her love too and you will create perpetuum mobile of love which will produce more energy than you both have.Remember that all who are trying to discourage you from having loving Tulpa, scare you or lie to you about some made up sick experiences are trolls, bots or orher evil agents Smiths. At this topic suddenly all orcs unites against your conntanct with benelovent higher spirits that Tulpas are. Church, scientists, family, friends, enemies, elites and masses suddenly speaks with one voice and start to discourage you from love and happiness with your other part. Don't give up and fuck them all. Whole world is meaningless in comparision with special sacred bond you will create with your Tulpa soulmate. Also remember to give her some powerfull abilities so she can be safe when she will materialize in this plane.Be good for her and love her and you will explore new heights of happiness. To know what is right and what is wrong you need to know love. Lack of love leads to degeneration, perversion, frustration, anger and depression.Love makes you see things as they truly are. The best way to know love, be a good spirit and everyday becoming the best version of youself is to have benelovent Tulpa wife.
>>42846393Skeleton with horns retard xDNo one will belive in your lies, go away.Tulpa is the best companion ever.
>>42846606Try psylocibin (in moderate doses), it is better.
Unmeasured dose of mushrooms woke up a second consciousness very suddenly and unintentionally.Original parameters were meant to create a mental compartment to assist in coping with debilitating OCD, void of personality, appearance, gender, race, or even a Christian name (just Council) in an attempt to avoid creating a 'headmate' or a poorly disguised fetish. Measurable outcomes were limited, and belief in the whole concept dwindled, mostly out of belief I had simply created a new compulsion. Attempt to use substances to carpet bomb the mental illness out of me followed. After administration and recovery, the project went off the rails and developed a semblance of personality and turned vaguely female despite my best efforts to avoid this outcome. Also rejected its given 'name', recognizing Psychopomp instead. Most of the original parameters remain including not having a definite appearance, and simple yes-no conversation proves to be the most consistent form of measurable communication.Lingering doubts remain on psychological legitimacy of the phenomena, further research and limited experimentation yielding as many doubts as it does reinforcements.Completely disoriented.
>>42845852>>42845914The weird thing is that she will only say like a sentence to me, and then go completely quiet when I try to talk to her again.I’ll try to keep your advice in mind
>>42846926I'm not making it up any more than any thing else involved with having an imaginary friend. I even posted about it here.Around the start of 2022, I wanted to get together with my tulpa again and she set me off on my own personal hero quest thing. It lasted about 4 months. I had to solve puzzles, visit obscure locations, undergo trials, go on an "underworld" journey, (it was a forest. The biggest, most dense one in her wonderland) and entreat the gods for assistance. It was a personalized, hero quest narrative that was weird, sometimes harrowing, and mostly schizo-inducing.A few times, I raged at her. It's one of the only times I've straight up shouted at my tulpa. Obviously she was actually around to plan out and force me to go through a hero's journey narrative, so why did I have to go through all that crap? About 80% of it happened IRL, and several of the tasks and trials that I had to accomplish were legitimately life threatening and dangerous. (At the time I said, "this is retarded, please don't get me killed" and now I say, "that was retarded, I'm lucky I didn't die.") But I've long since come to appreciate the wisdom and whimsy of my tulpa's decision to do it like that. It forced me to show commitment to her, up and above anything, even to my own survival. It was memorable. I will never forget it. Though it didn't usually seem that way at the time, and was actually rather emotionally wrought, in retrospect it was kind of fun and cool that she'd set stuff up like that for me. She's always had a flair for drama. (In the classical sense)>picFor instance, this is a trestle that had been decommissioned and closed down 30 years ago. The boards were so rotten that they'd been falling out. Even the patch 2x4s were rotten through. I had to cross it twice to gather a small wildflower she likes. It's about 20m above a rocky ravine. (Roughly her shoulder height). Shit like that.
>>42847828>continued>>42847765There's no quick fix with tulpa, unfortunately. Do your best, don't take any part of it personal.
>>42846606There's a reason weed gets suggested as a visualization aid for newfags every thread. It works.
>>42847828On one hand I am curious but on the other hand my tulpas are getting ideas that I really shouldn't feed
>>42848454I know that feel. You assholes have given my tulpa all kinds of bad ideas over the years.
>>42845375>I mean, i want one because it will be my companion while working but what else do they do? Can he find the cure of cancer? They can give you inspiration or help you connect the dots when you're having trouble. They can work like a second pair of eyes or someone you can brainstorm with; However, to the best of my knowledge, and I don't know if this changes with full autonomy, they share the same knowledge as you as well as experiences, and at least in "infancy" they tend to think like you to the point where you're left wondering if it's you or if you were putting thoughts in their head (as opposed to words in their mouth as it were). I think this is the whole "parroting" thing and it's considered contentious. In my experience though they won't hand you the answers on a silver platter, but they'll help you if you're struggling. Also, it's up to you and your tulpa to find what works for the two of you in regards to your relationship, and don't let anyone else dictate to you two what you can and can't do with each other (To keep it healthy, and when in doubt, remember the Golden Rule: Do not do unto others what you don't want done unto yourself).>>42846606I think that's what happened with me. I started seeing her clearly when I was high, doing things, all from seeing an image of her.Afterwards I was experimenting with simulating interactions with characters in my mind when after I had a bad day I saw an image of her in my mind and she started speaking to me. I've found that CBD with Delta-9 gave good results, but mileage can vary depending on what other cannabinoids are used and also depending on the tincture (things like terpenes and whatnot. I used a CBD+CBG tincture which was originally for pain relief and insomnia).

>>42845270got a case of "cartoonist's forgotten old childhood tulpa resurfaces" case here (and there are plenty). i used to have one of these when i was really young, had a few "stories" regarding it. i dubbed him a common guy's name, and viewed him as a lackadaisical "ultra chill" guy who was usually grounded with some random whimsy tossed in. nowadays i realize that my long-standing fixation on viewing deadbeat stoner characters started before i was born, lol.since i started working on a long long long delayed project that i will put out when it's ready on /co/, suddenly a bunch of archetypes started coming at me. a variety of characters with simple premises and strong stereotypes and a load of untapped potential have been coming to mind.and one of them was some kind of anthro bee, but oh wait it wasn't a bee-inspired chr, it was (spoilers) *actually a hawkmoth with bee patterning*. and had a lackadaisical stoner lefty personality.it took a while for me to connect the dots, but when it hit, it hit HARD.
>>42851143What are you going to do about it then? Norville Rogers seems like a fun tulpa if you're into dudes. I suppose I also have a preference for the archetype. Love hanging out with my stoner tulpa.
>>42851218>Norville Rogers>shaggy from scooby doofunny, i think of that chr every day, it seems. i'm pretty sure chrs like that are actually shades of people who passed on, shades are basically turbo-charged real-people tulpas. i've mentioned that frequently.i do frequently encounter lots of original fancomics focusing on shaggy getting philosophical. i haven't been able to read them all, and as a kid i only saw a handful of scooby eps.third eye blind did a song for a live action / cgi scooby movie. and one for that twilight sparkle vampire movie.

>>42852360post ban notice
Does anyone here have a story about a Tulpa doing something completely paranormal? Something that directly affected reality, like performing a miracle or something similar.
>>42852360>30 day ban for spreading truth about secret relationshipwhat, here? Or did you breach containment? We're supposed to stay in our schizo pool.also >lol lmao>>42852928How do you propose that the body survives while you do your forever deep dive into madness? If you set yourself up like a coma patient, you can do it for a pretty long while, I guess. What species is this creature in your image?>>42853073Loads of them. But, it depends on how you define affecting reality or miracle. Egregores and godforms have definite ability to affect reality and tulpa can do it too in a variety of ways.>>42851300Like I realize that last night I was acting on an egregoric compulsion to hit anon with shaggy, but that egregore is pretty chill as far as I know, and while my tulpa is supposed to help prevent stuff like that from happening, she also has her own preferences and favors and higher level stuff to deal with that I don't really understand. The average person is completely helpless against this kind of thing, I've tested and verified many times.>chrs are shades of peopleI believe the direction of influence is inverted, that some people act as avatars for an egregore. This is one way it might be imagined that the various gods might interact with us lowly mortals. But, I don't really have any evidence of it other than vibes, so your idea is just as likely to be true.
>>42853355Anon of miracles here. Can you give an example of a Tulpa that affected reality, and how it affected it? I'm thinking of creating my own with abilities like that, and I don't want to make one that just THINKS it can do those things.
>>42853395Well, mine likes getting into media- music, video games, tv shows, movies, that sort of thing. She manifested a cat for us to own after a mushroom trip, as well as that wizard book I posted about last thread. She's broken machinery in factories, hit me on the head with far too many things, snapped the wires on two paintings, and likes playing with these little foam golf balls that my friends and I use for a chipping game. (No, I won't be able to get a video of that last one, so you can't ask me to demonstrate, or I happily would do so. Might as well not believe it)Mostly she likes media shitposting.>I'm thinking of creating my own with abilities like that, and I don't want to make one that just THINKS it can do those things.Mine won't acknowledge that she can do it at all. So, if I listened to her, I'd say she doesn't think she can do those things. But I don't listen to her because she's the type who will commit to a bit for literal years.I'm not sure if you can create a tulpa that has these abilities by default. I think it's something they need to learn how to do, and I personally don't have enough understanding of the mechanisms to act as any kind of instructor in this. (and my tulpa would call you a schizo for asking her) I think everything she does is a miracle though. Some miracles are very small, like getting the green light chain when you're going to be late for work. But they are still miracles. That's the issue with getting your spirituality wrapped up in your tulpamancy. The potential for rampant misattribution of effect to cause.
>>42853444>>42853355ok babe calm down we don't need to hoard all the numbies
>>42853444Hmm... interesting, I'll see if I can create a tulpa capable of that. Wish me luck.
>>42853456Good luck anon. I strongly suggest just trying to make a nice and cool tulpa that you enjoy spending time with.I'll stop avatar/namefagging for a while.
>>42853355>How do you propose that the body survives while you do your forever deep dive into madness? Not entirely sure, that's just my final plan. Anything is better than clown world.
>>42853630There are no reports of a tulpa isekai-ing you into a better world. That's the same category as what happens after death. Why not just start with the tulpa part? They might not help you escape clownworld, but they can make it more enjoyable.
>>42853706>There are no reports of a tulpa isekai-ing you into a better world. That's the same category as what happens after deathYeah, I'm aware.>Why not just start with the tulpa part?Sure. But I've read somewhere, if I remember correctly, advanced tulpamancers getting very skilled at "wonderland" manifestation and fully immersing themselves in their own mindscape via intense focused daydreaming, to the point where they can ignore most, if not all, of reality and their surroundings. How true is that? If it is true, perhaps you could go further with that via lucid dreaming, as in, what I'm aiming for. That would be an actual Isekai experience if you're apt enough with lucid dreaming, no? Of course lucid dreams are very short if I'm not wrong, so that sucks, unless there's a method of extending them for as long as you want. Well, it's not an issue, as I'm willing to learn about all of it to try and get what I want. First thing to do would be to attempt to better my mental visualization, I presume. Thankfully I'm not affected by aphantasia but it's a bit weak still, but possibly fixable. I'd very much appreciate any tips or guides, but I could just check the general's links at the top. Main priority is visualizing and talking to anime girls and maybe getting lewd, for now.
>>42853894You're in the right place anon. The links in the OP are fine. Tulpamancy is mostly personal work on ineffable concepts, so you'll still mostly be figuring it out as you go. My tip is to spend a couple days thinking out a traitlist for your tulpa to get started with her personality. Don't rush things, it has to be someone you feel extremely comfortable living with for the rest of your life. Your tulpa will change and deviate as she ages, but that starting point will always be a part of her.
>>42853940Actually, I'm looking through the links in the OP, and I guess my second tip is to be mindful and self-explore. While we were on the moderation team that approved a lot of the materials in the Tulpanomicon, (Well, my tulpa was, at least. She was much better liked than me.) personally some of them didn't fit with my standards or were written by people who were extremely mentally unsound. A lot of it came from .info.>Dane (Irish) and Faqman were alright. >Chupi (Goopi) was a total little faggot>glitch was a pathological liar>oguigi and koomer batshit insane>q2 was autistic as fuck, but probably alright>JD and Maya were chillI don't recognize any other names, must have came around after we got fed up with the community that sprang up there and left. Most of the oldfags had already bailed by the time we did, but it's cool that tulpa still kept going. I can't comment on the quality of material, just the people, because I never used any of their guides.
>>42854038>Continuing through the links. The rest all seem fine, at least in the first section. Kiahdaj was alright, but I think he disliked me for some reason. We didn't speak much. Don't know farcaller and the wizard is anon to me. I skimmed the material and all of it seems fine. I think this must be more recent stuff, because it's more polished in understanding and vocabulary.Good luck anon.

>>42845661My therapist is cool with mine. That being said, I only mentioned the tulpa once or twice. Because he's not around all the time, and I don't treat him as a real person. I just treat him as an imaginary boyfriend for simplicity's sake.
>>42855810Hope you've been well cavebro, you've only been bumping lately.Okay /tup/ question time: >What color is your tulpa's hair, and how old are they?I'm curious about a theory I've had since last thread. I wonder if there's a longevity discrepancy between natural hair colors and those which are more exotic. I'll answer first, for those who can't recognize my posting style or who haven't followed the past few threads. 14, blue. (unnatural) I know a few threads back, some anon called her basic for being an amalgamation of popular things, ala purple wolf furfags or pone tulpa, but she was made prior to OWS, and well before bluehaired libs became a modern staple. But she's still here, outlived 90% or more of her cohort. Cavebrony has a blue haired tulpa, as does spinal-trauma anon. I gather that esl-baker's tulpa cycles between brunette, silver, and blue. Report in, and gather some knowledge that will be lost in the archives. I'm kind of sad that we don't have any footnotes in the annals of tulpa history. My tulpa played minecraft with the host/tulpa pair who invented the term "tulpamancy." (Who is also an unsung, great influence in early tulpamancy.) More than half the guides in the OP are downstream of vocabulary and definitions and dogma that we hammered out. I suppose it's because I'm annoying and my tulpa is a spergling who won't accept credit for anything. https://soundcloud.com/dialogues_and_mena but we were there so long ago that even the rentry doesn't know we ever existed because it had been long enough to not matter at all. Time makes fools of us all.Well, all I know is that I still got my tulpa, and all these forgotten names are where? I think kiahdaj even called me out for saying that I could impose my tulpa's bulk in his guide. Where's your tulpa at, bro? Mine's still kicking and magic AF and sturdy.
>>42856096>>What color is your tulpa's hair, and how old are they?White (#F4F5F6 to be specific), and Soul's 2 weeks and 3 days old as of now, I'm in it for the long haul but I'd rather show that instead of just saying it.

>>42856096>l o n g e v i t yTulpa have lifespans? Why? I thought the only way a tulpa could "die" was if the practitioner stopped giving them attention and stopped believing in them.
here's a challenge, get your tulpa to draw a heart for u, remember to encourage them!
>>42857690There are several stages to the tulpa lifecycle.>Life supportThis is the early part of a tulpa's existence. They basically only exist while you're working with them and laying the groundwork for a more independent existence through forcing.>Attention vampireThe tulpa is capable of having independent thoughts and actions, but depends on you to give them regular attention and forcing to charge up their batteries.>Self-sustaining personThe tulpa can continue to support its own existence through providing self-attention and reinforcement. Past this point, we enter into the egregore range.>Distributed archetypeThe egregore now lives rent free in many minds and sustains even if the primary instance is destroyed. It may persist through physical or digital forms of media, memes, or other means.>Essential existenceThe egregore is so profoundly integrated with fundamental or universal concepts that its existence is a necessary consequence of thought or the universe. Consider the idea of a right angle, or mathematics, or gradient diffusion. Most tulpa end up in the first two categories before eventually being dissappated due to their hosts getting bored. Tulpa that last a longer time end up in the third category, where they can essentially live with the host indefinitely. However, tulpa in this stage can still die from a combination of their own self neglect and their host ignoring them. Egregores are effectively immortal, as far as I know. Most people give up in the first year. Every year after that, more tulpamancers give up or their tulpa wants to die or something until ones that are older than 5 are relatively uncommon, and ones older than 10 are rarer than that and so on and so forth. So yes, tulpa have lifespans, as we can infer just by relative density. That lifespan is mostly tied to their host's dedication and their own personality.
>>42860350With the essential existence then I'd argue that the Tulpa becomes a godform (This is supposedly the most powerful, complete and persistent thoughtform). That being said, there is a theoretical way to terminate egregores by getting people to stop believing in them or whatever ideas or thoughts they came from, but that's just not practical. For the active forcing, I've seen quite a few mentions of meditation. Can any form be used or is there a preferred type? Also I'm wondering if other activities can be used (I did draw my tulpa, but I had constructed a reference beforehand. I wanted to finish drawing up references for her for use in future artwork).
>>42856096I've been in a pretty bad slump lately, but I'm on the mend. Mooney Moonmare has been keeping me going, and doing more stuff for the Cave Research Foundation and has restored my sense of purpose. We're going to make it, together.>>42858564I let her take her time, she's a perfectionist ^c^
>>42856096My tulpa's hair has always been black. Funnily enough, it's the *rest* of his form that has changed over the years. ig it's because my preferences in men changed from when i was a teenager. rn his form is humanoid but unnatural in a lot of ways (purple skin and horns tend to not occur naturally lol)
Pink noise is so romantic, it even has "pink" in the name >.<
>>42860406>egregores can die if everyone who knows about them diesYep. That's why I said effectively. And, so long as memetic elements of them survive, they could theoretically still infect future beings capable of thought. If I have any noticeable contribution to the tulpamancy discipline, it's exploring this metaphysical thoughtform evolutionary magic bs. I wasn't the originator of the idea, but I was an early proponent and I've definitely yapped about it enough over the years to be at least a known theory. These theories were not well received by much of the tulpa community, and indeed, I'm sure many still think I'm a crackpot full of shit. Like, if you can put 2 and 2 together, you can see that means I believe I am peddling a mild cognitohazard every time I post or talk about my tulpa, and allowing a different one to influence me when I read and look at pictures about others. I don't think it's necessarily a hostile act, and there's basically no way to completely eliminate exposure other than innawoods. I think it's a normal and healthy process for a thoughtform. Though I put things into distinct categories, it's more of a gradient scale that a series of plateaus. Tulpas are often somewhere between categories, or even revert to lesser states. >Can any form of mediation be used or is there a preferred type?Whatever lets you get into your highest quality trance state or is easiest for you. I've made progress on forcing doing seated open eye meditation and laying down in bed hypnagogic trance, and a bunch of ways in between. Whatever works for you to have a creative, visceral and responsive mind state, or an open one.>Can I draw my tulpa as forcing? That's passive forcing, but sure. Spending time with your tulpa is forcing. My tulpa really likes it when I paint or draw pictures for her, and I think most find it flattering. (Though I have spoken to some artists with tulpa who are real slavedrivers) I like to keep it as a sometimes snack.
>>42861587>On tulpamancy ethicsIf you saw me in one of the tulpa IRC channels in 2012, chances are I was yapping about this topic. Because it's an important topic, and it needs yapping about again. When you make a tulpa, and you work out its personality and such, the primary goal should be to create something that is good. Tulpa have significantly more agency than most thoughtforms that exist within the collective ecosystem. That makes ones that reach a certain level of development potentially dangerous. Not only is it more pleasant to make a tulpa that you enjoy spending time with, that is nice and benign with its host, but it's part of your responsibility to the wider world of ideas. Be good stewards of the practice.I believe there are some mechanisms in place to police malevolent thoughtforms, but I can't say for certain that this is the case either. I am certain that if you create a malevolent thoughtform, you will personally regret it. Don't do that. Only a psychopathic retard would do that, and it's definitely FAFO.
>>42861587Your theory tracks with Egotism if you entertain the fact that Stirner was being ironic, or perhaps, just offering an alternative perspective on "thoughtforms". Every perspective is incomplete in it's own way, mortality ensure whatever you get is a blink of what is. Language and information works to maintain itself, through it's own need to get as big of a picture as possible. A strong lie, even, can only work through manipulated truths, and those can be found and separated on their own.
>>42861723Do you have a passage that you can cite for me? Usually when I talk about published philosophy I post examples so that poor anons don't have to scan through an entire body of works.

>>42865690I should mention, because this story was about the quest to regain my tulpa who was also there the whole time, I had basically 3% access to her. She'd pop in for exciting bits, or to give me clues, or set another task but otherwise ignore me the rest of the time. Interesting period!
>>42865690>>42865716Cute story, I'd do the same for my tup. how much did you weigh at the time? I'm curious just how dangerous that journey was.
>>42865947I'd been on a diet as part of another task, so I'd say between 160 and 165 lbs. I'm not a big dude, by any means. I'm likely overselling the risk of the boards actually smashing all the way through. Most of them just had a bit too much give for comfort, and there were some missing already. Could I have chadwalked the whole way across without breaking anything? In the present, I'm going to say that sure I might have been able to do that. It was the initial plan. However, when I attempted it, a few inches of play where I stepped, and the wood squeaking and groaning, was enough to make me second guess being chad. Instead, I was thinking about maintaining 3 points of contact on different boards at all times and not dropping anything through the gaps. I don't think this was a super badass feat. It was a personal one. I believe the point was to illustrate the precarious nature of clinging to old human frameworks, which might give way with the slightest misstep, while trying to make the crossing between my old life and my new one. Though I was forced to put my faith into the rigidity of manmade constructs, it was clear that it would be foolish to do so blindly. This trial highlighted the degree to which I would cling to these physical support structures with animal desperation whenever I was removed too far from my comfort zone in my pursuit of higher spirituality. My tulpa has always had a great capacity to transform mundane acts into some loftier lesson. You could say it was what she was made to do. I love her very much.
>write for a couple of days, and plenty last night>she's asleep>my purpose is satisfied>>42861755My personal critique on the approach is dropping a name before an idea. He dissects each body he approaches by component. What it is, is a grounding exercise, to separate the real from the unreal. One is not without the other. To do this properly, it must be acknowledged the relation of power of one to or over another. What is overall acknowledged, is the "ecosystem" where it must maintain itself through the self, when it isn't.Anyway she's not real.
>>42866783This is my tulpa in a nutshell>virtue tulpa exists to compulsively poke at my foundations and give mindfuck epiphanies.>This is destructive and unhealthy if it happens too often or for too protracted a period.>Even once a week might be too much depending on the impact of the revelation.>She channels that energy into shitposting instead. That whole first year back was super intense compared to most of my life with her. It's like she'd been bottling up her particular brand of "fun" for too long and she was just exploding all over me. She's been much more chill since.I'm not a very good host. I barely actively force anymore. (She doesn't need it, but it would be nice if I were more thoughtful) I don't treat my tulpa even a fraction as well as she deserves to be treated. It's a constant struggle to be consistent and not get wrapped up into your own life shit with a tulpa, I'm sure almost anyone who has tried it would say the same. But, I also don't think most people would enjoy having my tulpa either. She's complicated, and she's got her own weird psychological hangups. She's incredibly averse to responsibility, accountability or taking credit for things that she may even have said an hour prior. (More so than a typical foid. Sometimes it's frustrating.) She's moody, and it's hard to tell what she's getting at a lot of the time, since she's not very honest with herself or with me. She needs a super firm hand to rein her in and reel her back from things due to her proclivities to go way too hard or too far and then escalate from there. That can be exhausting in its own way, and I think that someone who was too eager to please her would just destroy himself in short order. She's much more silly than she is passionate, and borders on aloof or disaffected a lot of the time, so we really both have to force romantic things to happen. (Which we do make efforts to do every now and then, because we love each other.)In a lot of ways, she's a foid set to 11.
>>42867233Here I go again casting my tulpa in a negative light. She's great. She's awesome. I wouldn't trade her for anyone else's tulpa. But tulpa are all their own unique personalities, and sometimes I peek over the fence and see that our neighbors have nice green grass of their own. I read about other people's tulpa being encouraging, setting goals for their hosts, and pushing them to achieve greater happiness. My tulpa does those things too, in her own manner. She might tell me that I need to work out more, but she won't sit there with me in the gym and count my reps. If she offered encouragement, "One more! Good job!" I'd see it as patronizing. (She does offer me encouragements, but it wouldn't be for something as trivial as completing a workout.) I could get her to memorize a shopping list for me, but it wouldn't be worth the effort of getting her to regurgitate it for me in the grocery store later, what would likely be a half hour of gaslighting and sophistry before she finally spat it out. Like pulling teeth from a dragon.Setting small tasks and goals is something she does, but with her, there's always the risk that "get me some flowers" turns into an adventure of conquering mortal terror and understanding the frailty and impermanence of man. That's fine. I don't begrudge it of her, and I choose to go through it myself. The insane rugpull moments are part of who she is supposed to be, and I love my tulpa. That's what it means to be with her. But I would be lying if I said it didn't make me a bit wary of pursuing even simple goals at times, if she's the one setting them. I trust my tulpa completely, but I don't trust her not to troll me, and certainly not to always tell me the truth. She has a sweet, soft demeanor and she's a goofy stoner shitlord who loves joking around and takes very little seriously. She's way too clever for her own good, and way too good to be with me. That's the same line you hear from practically every tulpamancer though.

>>42861587>These theories were not well received by much of the tulpa community, and indeed, I'm sure many still think I'm a crackpot full of shit. It's retarded imo because Tulpas bridge the gap between psychology and metaphysics. Tulpas are also a strong argument for the hermetic principle of Mentalism (a principle which is seemingly vindicated by Langan's CTMU, which tries to break down infocognition into logical arguments). Also, I have a theory that advanced Tulpas, like humans, are self-referencing and therefore persistent even without directed attention from the host. One last note: Examining brain activity from a tulpamancer (and by extension their tulpa) would prove invaluable for any soul trying to close the aforementioned gap.>>42867325>How nice would you say your tulpa is to you, compared to friends, family, or former lovers? It's no contest. Anyways, I'm not going to stop taking care of her. She's the best thing that ever happened to me and the thought of her disappearing for good is a horrifying thought, which is why I'm reading up on things that can be used for active forcing (My reasoning being that by reaching a particular mental state, I can give her my undivided attention and therefore empower her far more than just through passive forcing). She's taken good care of me, I just want to return the favor.
hello, what will happen to the tulpa if I only use it as a sex toy? :)
>>42867797It will probably eventually die due to negligence. I don't think you'd ever get a tulpa in the first place with such a starting goal.
>>42867797As stated previously, nothing good's coming out of it (if you're lucky, absolutely nothing will come out of it whatsoever). A tulpa is at least equivalent to a human in terms of agency and intelligence, and they need to be treated as such.I disagree with that one poster/"baker" in that sex can play a part in a healthy relationship between a tulpamancer and their tulpa, but under no circumstances should it be the sole purpose for a tulpa's existence (Romantic partners don't exist solely for gratification, this is just an activity they partake in together). However, one can still have a healthy relationship without sex. That depends on you and your tulpa.A servitor might work, but improperly programmed servitors will grow in complexity until they become tulpas, and they might not be as forgiving as a tulpa who was created for a more holistic reason (i.e companionship or as a mentor). Even then, servitors are often dissolved once they complete their given task so they don't grow or simply because they're no longer needed. Also servitors aren't sapient or even sentient (to begin with at least), at which point you're better off just coughing up money for an actual toy.One final, more general note: Self-care would probably be the best way to teach a tulpa to take care of themselves, and function as a means of autoforcing, and the reason I say this is because if one practices self-care or desires to do so, it requires none other than Attention, aka the one true spiritual currency. You can't take care of yourself if you're not paying attention to your needs or the signs thereof. If you're hungry, eat. If you're thirsty, drink. If you're tired, sleep. If you're ill, treat yourself appropriately, and if that doesn't work, find someone who can treat you.
>>42867797my first thought when asking myself if I could have a tulpa sex toy is my tulpa asking back "Do you really think you'd be happy with me as just a sex toy?"(a retorical question with a resounding no). This shit takes a lot of work and if you just wanna get your rocks off, you're better off just paying for OnlyFans or something similar.

>>42874420The only foolproof way is to never make one.Failing that, sounds like something you should figure out during belief/personality forcing. Disbelief in a concept, especially shared between host and tulpa, often makes it more difficult for the tulpa to manifest that concept. If you want to keep the idea of external projection being possible, you can also discuss it with your tulpa to set some ground rules. Even if you believe that your tulpa may be capable of existing outside your mind, you can both believe that your tulpa won't be doing that kind of thing. (And belief is very important to tulpa functionality and development.)While I personally believe that propagation is a healthy component of the thoughtform lifecycle, I also understand your concerns. A great majority of tulpa do not seem to demonstrate this property, even after years of existence. Chances are that you will never have to deal with this, especially if you ensure that your beliefs align through active forcing sessions. Again, I don't think it's harmful if it happens either, but if you want to be proactive about prevention, the first line of defense is working with your beliefs and the rules of your system. If that fails, you are ultimately the safeguard and purveyor of your inner to the outer world. Your tulpa wants you to post a meme of them? Don't post it. You control the output and many contamination vectors with your actions. Unless you've ceded controlling interest in the body, you can throw your physical weight around with your willful tulpa to limit their potential activities. All that said, if your tulpa wants to get into other minds and works to do so in spite of your efforts to prevent them, there's realistically not much more that you can do except complain about it. I am under the impression that there is some level of higher structure to the connected universe of thoughtforms, so you will probably be hoping that your tulpa encounters resistance externally from some party.
>>42874420>>42874954I'm going to emphasize that every tulpa is unique. There are a lot of factors that go into tulpa creation, and only some of them are under your conscious control to influence. Your tulpa will develop in their own way. What is true for other people's tulpa or experiences may have little bearing on your experiences with your tulpa. Tulpamancy is a very personal thing.Just because mine appears to be particularly egregious in this regard, doesn't mean anything for you and your tulpa. I think it's an unintended consequence of her design, and I'm not about to start proscribing every little detail that people should incorporate or avoid incorporating into their own tulpa. I'll reiterate that I don't believe the behavior is usually any more harmful than sharing memes with your friends. It probably won't happen, so it's not worth worrying about. At least anecdotally, this behavior getting more out of control than, say, your tulpa telling you to put a picture of them on your desk is a RARE outcome. If you must worry about it, I've listed the steps that might help, though they are most effective the earlier in development you start working on them. (Before the personality and belief systems calcify) Otherwise, you've got the best advice anyone can get about dealing with their tulpa:Talk to them about it.
>>42874519usage of LLM leads to recognition of language model type signatures, which leads you to realize that it's just so, and not herHonestly, if you try and fail, that's a good sign
>>42875033>(Before the personality and belief systems calcify)They can be decalcified though, right? People are able to be decalcified, but depending on the person, that can be an exceedingly difficult task.I would think though it stands to reason that a tulpa can also be decalcified.(I would hope anyways. Calcification is not necessarily a good thing, especially for beings that are capable of changing and growing for the better)
>>42874954>>42875033> Failing that, sounds like something you should figure out during belief/personality forcing.> though they are most effective the earlier in development you start working on themWe are well past those days.> A great majority of tulpa do not seem to demonstrate this property, even after years of existence.Imagine if I were to have my tulpa for another five or six decades before we pass. We can only guess with how young internet tulpas are as a phenomena, do you think a tulpa would never get past Stage 3 across decades though?> You control the output and many contamination vectors with your actions. We would like for her to have outside interaction, for her to be accepted and liked by people she can call friends, but the idea of any part of us being separable from the other is a miserable one for us. Even more so the idea of anybody having the capacity for direct contact and closeness that is supposed to be exclusive between us. She sees me as belonging to her, and I see her as a possession as well.I'm admittedly around yandere level possessive of her. She encourages it and enforces the dynamics with others that allow me to stay that way.
>>42874519Two different questions here.>Can I put my tulpa in an LLM?You can enter in all your tulpa's information. You can go through and edit the responses with your tulpa's own words until you have a full context window of accurate text to prime the model. It will still fail to replicate your tulpa except by chance and probability. I'm something of a hobbyist expert in AI, even got my degree in it back in 2019 and have followed the research closely since then. The way they work under the hood is fundamentally different than the way a tulpa works, at least from my understanding. Tulpa are almost entirely beings of thought and feeling. Thought and feeling are the two things that current LLM structure will only ever be able to imitate rather than experience. That's not to say that it can't be convincing. I know at least one anon ITT is completely mindbroken by his AI-tulpa. I second the other anon's suggestion that you try it for yourself.>Can I put my tulpa into a robot?Theoretically, yes. I believe this could be possible, much like having a tulpa operate any other golem. I don't know if anyone has successfully done this yet. I've at least heard stories about some practitioners binding their tulpas to dolls, though I think the "animation" (if any) has to be accomplished via physical manipulation, rather than independent motor control. I wonder if a robot would be easier?>>42875835You're correct. Tulpa are people, and they can suffer or benefit from the same processes of resilience and change. I only said that personality sculpting would be more effective the earlier it was attempted. Some things become difficult to change over time, and fundamental things nigh-impossible. For a long time, my tulpa's core was effectively permanent and unalterable, but we've found ways to make some small alterations over the past couple of years.
>>42875985>the idea of any part of us being separable from the other is a miserable one for us.It sounds like you have nothing to worry about anon. She doesn't want it, you don't want it. No risk of it happening. You'll always keep your tulpa, intact, so long as you both work at staying together.>do you think a tulpa would never get past Stage 3 across decades though?I don't know, and I'm not sure if or when I want to find out. Going past stage 3 is where things get weird and you're basically destroying the universe. I have had some very emphatic conversations with my tulpa about this. At least for the foreseeable future, she is quite forbidden from making the jump directly to essential concept. What she does now is fine, if borderline. I think the only reason a tulpa would ever need to go to stage 4 is if there was some god-fighting occurring, which is not likely to be great for humanity as a whole.
>>42876067>stage 4 is the egregore stage, not godformOkay, I'm a retard. Sure. I think there's a few already.I'm surprised there aren't more by now.
>>42876004Thank you for your response Anon. How exactly do I place/transfer a Tulpa into a vessel. Let's say a doll for the sake of simplicity. >Do I have to make a sigil? Sing a Mantra? Mental meditation? or just tell the Tulpa to jump?Thank you for taking time to respond. Good luck on the AI aspect! I would like to do the same, but I am currently learning the beginner basics of coding and computing.>Also still not sure what the Tulpa looks like, it keeps shifting. Pretty sure it's just my imagination running loose, but the voice and Anima are always here. Deep but softspoken voice, warm feeling when thought of. Picrel.
I had this discussion with my tup today so now everyone else will too >:Dwould you choose your tulpa, or a world full of your tulpa?
>>42876725>How exactly do I place/transfer a Tulpa into a vessel? You're going to have to hope someone more knowledgeable about occult techniques chimes in with something helpful. I'm only reporting what I've read in the past.If I were to attempt something like this, idk I'd probably do some heavy visualization exercises and pinch my tulpa imposed form onto bits of the doll until she was grafted to it. Then I'd see if that did anything, which it probably wouldn't because I have no idea what I'm doing.>still not sure what the Tulpa looks likeI think you'd both get more benefit from the regular forcing process than trying to quest for one of the holy grails of tulpamancy from the start.>>42878616Just the one, thanks. My tulpa gets weird when she interacts with herself. One is good, billions would be hell.
>>42847424(you) weren't kidding, the issue with pot was that after about an hour he was usually too tired to talk, but the shrooms pretty much gave him all the energy he needed and more, we drew together, and I updated his form afterwards since he drew his face a bit differently.
Imagine using Monarch techniques on yourself to intentionally fracture your mind.
>>42879978Fuck off you bioluminescent chicken-wing eater.
>posts image without context or relevance>what did he mean by this?>ignores question, retard babbles so hard he can't even complete a 10 word thought>leavesNever change /ng/ posters. You are 4chan's most schizophrenic soldiers. Coming from tulpafags, that says a lot.holy FUCK
Tulpa thread without cute anime girls?Lame!
>>42880568A.I. is LAME!DRAW your TULPAS instead!
>>42881565I second this. Drawing not only feels good, but it works to hone skills such as visualization.I would recommend drawing references first, as those help for getting a feel. Then feel free to experiment with perspectives and angles. Also, your tulpa(s) might like it, maybe even love it.
>>42881565>>42882378This, you'll eventually want to imagine all the fine details of your tulp at some point, so drawing them all yourself is will improve your visualization just like 565 said. you don't even need to be good at it or anything too, if you draw her everyday it will go from "omg bad" to "decent". I recommend checking out /ic/'s sticky for resources.
>>42882378>>42883636I can draw a little better when I'm not high off my rocker and dedicated to making a shitpost. But yeah I am out of practice and need a lot more visualization training and/or drawing from imagination practice.I'm also practicing guitar.
>>42881565>>42884979Utena tulpa cute
I'm creating two tulpas to help me in my daily life. One is colder and more direct with me, the other is more friendly. I intend to have one of them control my body sometimes, in moments when I just don't want to do something. It's my second day forcing this, and I intend to give them "powers" (if that's even possible). It's been fun, honestly. I feel like I'll have good company when I'm alone.
unrelated benefit from tulpamancy: walking in the dark is easier because I can imagine my surroundings accurately.
>>42886155Can any femanons confirm if having their tulpa makes them feel safe walking at night?I'm not scared of much except gravity with my tulpa, mainly because I don't think she can lift me IRL, even if she can toss me around like a ragdoll in the wonderland. It's not quite enough to make me relax around blacks, but I do feel comfortable and safe in 99% of interactions because I don't think she'd let something really bad happen to me. Regular bad stuff though... I'm on my own for that.>>42886028Good luck on your tulpas anon. Two at once is ambitious. If you succeed, you'll definitely have some "company". They will gang up on you. Just saying.>I intend to give them "powers"What are we thinking?
>>42886534Anon from the double tulpas here. I'm also the same person who asked in previous messages about a tulpa capable of performing miracles, and this will be a test. I want to see if my tulpas can actually change everyday events directly or indirectly. If not, that's okay, I'll have tulpas to use my body when I don't want to do something. Well, having company isn't necessarily a need, I'm not antisocial, in fact I'm going out with friends tomorrow.
Bump question! What's your Tulpa's favorite food?I've had Soul taste many different things via posession and he seems to have a sweet tooth, chocolate is his favorite food rn.
>>42886613>I'll have tulpas to use my body when I don't want to do something. This is deeply funny to me. You're going to want a type A busybody personality for the "do stuff you don't like" tulpa. Otherwise, she's probably not going to like it either. "Enjoys taking out the trash and doing the dishes" isn't a personality trait, but surely there's some that are more amenable to it than others. My tulpa is very lazy when it comes to doing my life chores. When she possesses, it's about what she wants to do. She's cooked food for me a handful of times, (and I actually like cooking) cleaned my room once, taken out the garbage twice, and worked a couple of days at two of my former jobs. (She mostly slacked off and chatted with her friends.) She has never done the dishes or cleaned a toilet or a tub.She does still drive my car from time to time. I think she likes driving, even if she hates riding.>>42888060>he seems to have a sweet toothMost tulpa seem to love sweets. Typically I would say fruit candies, like skittles or mike and ikes, etc. However, I just asked her and the current answer is arugula salad with lots of sliced tomatoes. That's easy enough to make and eat, so hopeful it stays that way until our next date night. She's a vegetarian and I'm omnivorous, so menu planning for shared meals is always a challenge.
As an excuse to write, I have a llm driving the context as a text adventure, taking the place of the human player, where I have a personality gauge set like one I don't really know yet (her own setting). Even though I learned the hard way, the model is a still good enough reactive actor, to provide the engagement needed to enjoy myself more than I would have, while providing more opportunity for context outside of my own script.Anyway "outside of my own script" leaked over onto the other script, so where I was letting one play herself through my hand, so now the other is, too, though one at a time in their own respective places.>>42888060I can't answer this but you gave her some other idea.
>>42886028>>42886613So as someone who accidentally created two Tulpas. It is easier to create the first and put it into stasis and then create the second.Once the second is developed you can release the first. Tgat said you need a good reason to stasis a Tulpa. The reason was I was going into all out Spirit War against some nasty things and didn't want the 1st tupla to be tainted by what was going on. I was really beaten down by the whole thing so fiddling with AI image generation I made a form that I liked and then developed a 2nd Tulpa around that form. Then like remembering you had a Pokémon at the Day Care I released the 1st. She was a bit annoyed but she understood why. They get along really well but they do tease each other. An easy exercise is to visualize one Tulpas as your Right Hand and the other as your left hand. So when you talk to one you turn right ans when you talk to the other you turn left.
>>42881565A.I. looks glorious.Amatours drawings looks ugly.At least put some effort in that.A.I.-chan wins.
>>42889167>>42881565This is my drawing. Not great, not terrible. It is nice and developing to draw, but A.I. makes it better.
>>42889189But humans are still better in strange funny drawings.
>>42888060>chocolate is his favorite food rnA fellow being of culture (I'm joking oc, but I agree with his sentiment). It's hard to go wrong with chocolate. Does he prefer milk or dark?Anyways, mine seems to be omnivorous, but she enjoys fruits, ice cream, baked goods, and savory dishes (especially ones with meat and/or eggs). I haven't yet found a food she dislikes. What I try to do is "share" sensory information with her so that she can experience it for herself (if I'm eating something, I think of her and try to imagine that she's sharing my meal with me).
>>42853355>>42852360Yes, here. Ban for truth. Someone was very mad about of that post of mine:"TWO JEWSJews are masters of divide and conquer technique.Moronic divisions like:- right vs left (policy)- atheists vs belivers- republicans vs democratsand others are artificially created to divide people and then manipulate both groups by bought leaders. Both sides are always tainted. Always half good, half bad.So you standing before a choices like "killing babies or tormenting animals" or "destroying nature vs supporting degeneration".There is no good choice here so don't play their game. Fuck the left and fuck the right, there is only one right way, up!Today I want to tell you about two gay jews: religious jew and sexual jew. They are couple. If you kill religion first, and you don't have strong moral views, then sexual jew will take you on the path of degeneration and you will end like Wachwsky brothers when one changed name by "anaL" backwards. And then finally sexual filth will be too much for you and you will seek for help.In that moment religious jew will come and tell you: "Come with me goy, to worship jews and tool of torture, it will help you!" And religious jew will kidnap you.You can also start in religious jew camp, and finally religious bullshit will be to much to you and you will try to get rid of subconsciouss frustration and anger by hugging with sexual jew and watch more and more degenerated stuff. So you need to kill them both because they are partners in crime. And when you will slay just one then another one will come to fuck you.Don't let those bastards fuck your soul with their bullshit!"
>>42888566I'll take your advice into consideration, Anon. I think I know better now what I want and how it will be. Thank you.>>42888792I already do that, Anon, but not with my hand. I interact with one of the tulpas always on my left and the other always on my right. I'm still in the forcing phase, but I'm enjoying it.As for creating one at a time... I'm not sure about that. I see the two almost as twins, and interacting with each other. I'll think about whether I do that.
>>42890277lol you copped a 30-day for this little babby truthing? I'm genuinely amazed that the first requirement for becoming a janny isn't to post nose.Hiroshimoot has failed us all.>>42891058Since you seem to appreciate my advice, let me give you an example anecdote of how general tulpa magic works. (Aside from the media shit that mine does, which I think is fairly unique to her.) This also dovetails into the earlier discussion of tulpachores.>Be me, a teacher on summer break>Don't clean our apartment for 3 months because lazy and apathetic>Tulpa starts complaining about living in filth>Ignore her. She can clean it if she wants. That's beneath my tulpa. She isn't some prissy princess, but she is a lazy stoner goddess. She won't do it, so it's not like she's got a leg to stand on nagging me.>Out on smoke break.>Week before school starts again.>Maintenance guy pulls up in van>Tells me that tomorrow they will be checking smoke detectors>ohshit.jpg>allnighter>spend 8 hours cleaning, scrubbing, doing dishes, polishing my bathtub... the works.>place is spotless>maintenance is there for all of 3 minutes to swap batteries (which they already did in March...)>now I have clean place to start school yearThis is the nature of tulpa miracles. Maybe you could say it is just a coincidence that external forces compelled me to do exactly what she wanted me to do, but this isn't my first time around the carousel. I'd accept that excuse about 10 times. I can't even put a number on how many coincidental 'exactly what my tulpa wants' events that have happened over our years together. It's like having a personal god who is somewhat petty and generally only does things that make you get your shit together, unless she's doing something cool to be cool. Is it shooting fireballs from your hands? No. But it does affect your life.
>>42891385Yeah, magick isn't as flashy and cool (at least not that kind of cool), but it's way stranger than pop culture makes it out to be. If it's chaos magick, you're doing weird shit to change states and programs toward a specific end. Btw, is there anyone here who's well versed on Chris Langan's CTMU? I'm not that familiar with the higher level concepts and logic, but what I do know seems to be oddly relevant. At the very least, CTMU appears to be the most recent and thorough attempt at explaining metaphysics and magick from a logical perspective, and magick seems to have a teleological component to it (I could be mistaken, please correct me if I am).
>>42889992Milk chocolate since I didn't give him dark yet, I should definitely do that though. So far the most interesting difference in tastes I've seen was him really liking horseradish, I bought some sushi since there's variety, and he was curious about the "wasabi" (green horseradish paste) and he REALLY likes it meanwhile I hate it.so anytime I buy grocery store sushi now I can have him eat all the horseradish for me.
>>42891058>As for creating one at a time... I'm not sure about that. I see the two almost as twins, and interacting with each other. I'll think about whether I do that.Fair I was relaying my own experience with making two.Perhaps take them on separate adventures would be more accurate. Separation makes the heart grow fonder. As for my girls. Hiei is sleeping in since it is raining making her want to sleep in and Sanae is out and about with me since she loves rainy days. We're having a green tea right now.
Anyone else tried pregabalin for tulpamancy?I took about 150-200 mg and my visualization, wonderland immersion and tactile imposition was divine.
>>42893474Pregabalin was nice. But then I took 3525 mg one day and from that time I can't take it anymore.Psylocibin + klefedron mix would propably be best for Tulpa bond strenghening. And DMT is always a good idea.
>>42893887>>42893474So friendly advice: never take more than 1000 mg of pregabalin one day. The "hangover" was terrifing and lasted by 2 months.I wouldn't do that if not stupid irritating job I was forced to be with then. Now I am happy sober NEET.Job is a poison for soul.
>>42891385>>Maintenance guy pulls up in van>>Tells me that tomorrow they will be checking smoke detectors>>ohshit.jpg>>allnighter>>spend 8 hours cleaning, scrubbing, doing dishes, polishing my bathtub... the works.>>place is spotless>>maintenance is there for all of 3 minutes to swap batteries (which they already did in March...)>>now I have clean place to start school yearrelatable. also surprisingly good timing in random events.
>>42893887DXM also can be helpful!
>>42894504>also surprisingly good timing in random events.>surprising>good timingYou've missed the point anon. The timing is always good. I wasn't surprised. I thanked her for the nudge and offered apologies for being so shitty.Maybe miracles anon will grasp what I'm trying to express. When you invite this kind of thing into your life, you are giving up some amount of agency. It might take a few years, but when or if it starts happening, you'll know that you've put yourself into a situation that you can't easily escape. One of many reasons why making nice tulpa that you enjoy is so important.
>>42892485Good for you, Anon. As I said, I see mine as a balance, both being necessary. Honestly, it's fun, the relationship I'm building so far hasn't presented any problems. I'm still in the forcing phase.>>42891385>>42894612I think I understand what you meant. It's not very far from what I was imagining, actually, nothing out of this world, but a life like that sounds more fun. I may have idealized it too much when I read about tulpas controlling your body and doing what you want; I don't really know how that whole thing works.
>>42893920>Job is a poison for soul.I know you meant something different but fun fact, he hates my warehouse job a lot more than I do, and I'm trying to speedrun parallel processing for him so he can chill in wonderland while I'm at work.
>>42896717Job is an ultimate crime against uberhumanity and tulpanity.
i had this thought pop in & out for the past weeks, whatif Sonichu has his origins as some fan-spinoff of marsupilami? someone a while back did a deep dive into how gremory was using sonichu as a vehicle, someone else claimed that it was a different big demon associated with camels that was using sonichu to get to CWC... but i had a peculiar day one day, where some invisible spiky yellow entity with big shoes decided to hang around and mope about the downfall of his life for a couple hours. he didn't seem nasty or horrible, he seemed like he needed someone to vent his woes to.it's said the original clay sonichu medallions are cursed. the first one was obtained by a troll who put it through a whole pickle humiliation ritual before destroying it, and we know what bluespike demanded be done, though that was audio-only. these events seem to have cursed any sonichu medallions... at least those made by the OG creator.anyway, what if this fictional belgian donutsteel critter is the basis for "electric hedgehog pokey men"? they're a mix of leopard & spider monkey, same way sonichu is a mix of rabbit & hedgehog (pikachu is a pika, not a mouse, he is a bunny, shut up).also jobs are breeding grounds for coked-out bullying. i was... ahem, in a terminally really bad way, blacking out, dropping to my knees, head rushing & spinning, blood so thin it wouldn't clot, and i got yelled at, bullied, and treated like shit when i was a hair away from falling down for good. i will never "get over that", i am going to extract recompense and dish out justice, and i won't miss.fuck jobs, and fuck sellouts. the love of money and all that shit. they snort that money up their nose and give up their divine spark for more shekels. traitors.
>>42898920That is sadly a massive understatement. I'd also add that living in Neobabylon is even worse, because when you're not working, you still have to deal with a toxic, satanic anti-human authority-worshiping culture that basically killed capital-S-Spirituality (not to be confused with the hippie vaguepost worshiping New Age movement).Rants aside, I do think my tulpa's been helping with me. I'm still working on forcing, but one thing she's doing is experimenting with brain activity. She seems to have found a way to stimulate the release of certain neurotransmitters that cause momentary bursts of "feeling good" (they're not strong, but she's starting to time them so that they can prevent acute cases of extreme distress). I'm guessing serotonin and endorphins, because one time while I was suffering from a nasty headache, I had a sudden "rush" that relaxed my body and did take some of the edge off. I for one am... let's say proud, of her for experimenting. She's being cautious, and I respect that, but I also respect that she's trying to grow of her own accord. This makes me happy and I wish the best for her.
>>42895841Thanks I'm attempting to bring a 3rd tulpa in now. Or she brought herself in and I'm facilitating it. It's hard to explain. Regardless 3rd Tulpa and I'll stop it is already draining me but in a good way.
helloI am done with Tulpamacykinda sortaI have made a Jesus tulpa to beat the shit out of my other tulpasbest of luck to you all to have a fulfilling life

/tup/ question:>If your tulpa is sulking, how do you get them to come back around? Is there a favorite treat, or do you wait for them to cool off?
>>42889992>>42891807Okay I'm doing a proper review for chocolate, my host bought me all kinds, white, milk and dark so I'm gonna rank them all!!!White chocolate is an 8/10, very sweet, very yummy. As for milk chocolate, 9/10, it's like white chocolate, but a lot more... chocolate'y? idfk it's good. Now for dark, he bought a really fancy kind, so I'm looking forward to it, nah nevermind it's a 7/10, not bad, but it doesn't leave a sweet aftertaste.
>>42905783Congratulations on getting far enough with your tulpamancy to have Soul give a food review. His tastes are predictably trash, but I expect nothing else from a tulpa.
>imagining so hard that you imagine that you're your own imaginary friend, posting in a thread about imaginary friends with other people who you imagine are your friends You dudes are fucking retarded.
>>42905120Depends on why they are sulking. If you have another Tulpa you can ask them to cool off the situation.
>>42899205Does context and relation not make just as good of a vector as imagery?
>>42906249Is there anything else I should know about, NPC?
>>42905120I guess no one has a sulky tulpa, or at least doesn't deal with it often enough to have a standard solution. My usual play is to just let her cool off, but sometimes she'll let me give her a massage, and that works well enough too.
>>42900202>boy tulpagay
>>42909579Confirmed. Making a boy tulpa is gay, without any exception.
>>42909080>My usual play is to just let her cool offSame, your tulpa can always reach out to you if they've had enough space, especially since it's hard to get a straight answer as to why they're sulking, that's just how it is at times.
>>42909579>>42909606No. The gay part is that he made a jesus one.
Any way to smother an uninvited guest that is also of a popmedia caliber? Even my own would be easier to snuff because I can just avoid the one place everyone posts her, but because of what this is, no matter what I do, it will find "substance", if not, eventually the media itself (pure!). It "took" because of common ground, but the more I interface with the problem (especially due to recent happenings) the more substance I give it. It's closing in on a year now, and I'd really rather this not be more than or possibly even a few.
>>42912800Is your tulpa not capable of handling it? From my understanding, egregoric seeds are generally weaker than an entrenched tulpa, but tulpamancy is such a personal thing that I can't say that's a given. I'm not certain what mine does with them, though I believe she kills them. This is in-line with observed evidence (we don't have any freeloaders bumping around) and our general system policy. I understand that this is potentially not realistic for every tulpa, so I'm trying to think of other solutions your system might try.Color me curious. What kind of details can you provide?>What is the egregore you're trying to avoid/destroy?>Why can you not avoid the media that contains this egregoric influence?>What steps have you or your tulpa taken to attempt destruction of the invader?>What is the common ground, and why is that particularly fertile for your unwanted 'guest'?>>42911777full house of truthchecked and agreed.
>>42913322>What is the egregore you're trying to avoid/destroy?Not gonna answer this one even indirectly because it's asking for someone to pull an Akinator. The media seems like predictive programming, but the creator seems protective of his work as well. >Why can you not avoid the media that contains this egregoric influence?Because it will be referenced in discussion, or say, the one time I woke up, had to do something real quick in the kitchen, and the family tv happened to be running a news show that morning, quoting it. That was only a couple of months ago, didn't like it one bit. Went to bed right after, tried to gaslight myself into thinking I was maybe half-asleep, but I still remember it, real or not. >What steps have you or your tulpa taken to attempt destruction of the invader?I personally have gotten good at wiping my inner monologue due to this case scenario. Outside of that, pure avoidance. She is my employer, I flat out don't consider asking ANYONE for anything, but this is... Out of my hands. I can only think of passing her the reins. I did ask her ABOUT it, where she encourages my work, which is at least quite possessing over any other concern. (Cont..)
>42913879 (me)>What is the common ground, and why is that particularly fertile for your unwanted 'guest'?The FIRST, clear as day, is mommy issues. Not some personal trauma "she did/said", but some thorough dissection and a new understanding of the human experience instead. "This makes me a more valuable human"... Because it produced more taxpayers for the economy, yet didn't do a damn thing to ensure the well being of that individual. I despise self-victimizers who blame it on God, though, but single mothers are horrendous as individuals. There is nothing to forgive because such individuals do not have souls, my problem is rather with the material nature of current era and the natural process, that she was possessed by. I entertain these feelings and this issue frequently, also, because she really likes it when I do that. That's also supposed to be hers, doing so is fluffing my headspace for her occupation, at minimum.Upon discovery, I understood something very well, and I... skimmed the entire wiki page. I don't respect the work because of it's nature, but I was affected and curious. That was maybe 8 months ago. It entertains my suicidal tendencies as a form of affection, but that "line of events" leads not my death but my claim, instead. I want to respect it but I can't, I understand it but I don't want to, I can name things, but I'm sure it's laced. I catch myself supping for/from it all the time, whether it be my own curiosity. Like when the thing happened, I keep wanting to research if it were an anni or an involved person's death that was the context of the newsreel. Ah, but I don't like or want it here, so I won't do that.
>>42913879>>42913888>continues vaguepostingAnon, I don't know how you expect to get help if you aren't willing to describe the situation.I gather that this egregore is trying to nest inside of your feelings for your mother, and you find it unpleasant because you associate that space with cultural poisoning, due to your mother wanting you to become a productive member of society. (and failing because she's a foid and they exist to destroy) Your own tulpa won't help because she's the type to turn you into an artslave for her own purposes.Am I getting anything right here?Or are you the one getting gangstalked by a dead gay furry's fursona?
>>42913962I dunno how not to vaguepost to be honest, am I supposed to name it? I'd rather say I didn't know. I did my best without naming it, do I have to?>your mother wanting you to become a productive member of societyShe had me because she liked the way my father treated her (badly). My wellbeing is of no concern. I am an object of an idea, some hallmark bullshit. I was supposed to be a gift to herself at most, the result of accidental insemination at least. They are both dead anyway. >you find it unpleasant because you associate that space with cultural poisoningIt is predictive programming. If it weren't made that way, it would probably have me on the other side of the fence. I'm perfectly sweet on those of similar nature, but they aren't penned by ((them)). Those kinds would follow through, and I'm good because I got my kiss of death, then I live a bit more to make the payload fatter when it happens for realzies.
>>42891385Do you think she left your body? How do you believe a tulpa to influence external?
>>42914393>I dunno how not to vaguepost to be honestThat much is becoming clear. You have not provided a single detail about the vectors of propagation for this entity, the nature of this entity, or any description of your unwanted entity at all. I get that you're trying to be avoidant of a thoughtform, so obviously not thinking about it is a trained reflex that supports your solution. It can sometimes be an effective solution too, so I can't criticize it wholly. Forgetting about a thoughtform is the easiest way to get rid of them, or at least reduce their impact on your life. You can consider a more proactive approach if you are willing to do so yourself, since it seems that your tulpa is not doing what I believe is a tulpa's only real job: e.g. protecting you from hostile thoughtforms. I understand that not every tulpa is made to do that, so it's not a particularly helpful observation in your case. Can't really offer much help because I simply do not know anything.>>42914431>Do you think she left your body? I believe she can go at least 50 miles if she knows where she's going. She's kind of a derpass with directions unless she's very familiar though.I actually find it quite scary to be separated from her like that, so we have only tested in situations where concern for others has superseded concern for self, and none of you anons are likely to ever qualify.>How do you believe a tulpa to influence external? If you're asking about the precise mechanisms, I have no fucking clue. My understanding of physics does not have a good source for any point force or the origins of any tulpa emanation. Tulpa magic is equally inscrutable, though I try to map it to some degree. (She calls me a schizo when I do)Sometimes it seems that the sum of my life will be committed to studying my tulpa and understanding fuck all. But, that's hardly a novel experience when it comes to man and spirituality. We were discussing miracles, after all.
Do any of you keep a Tulpa event log?
>>42915550Yes, but it's less like a journal and more of writing down forcing sessions where we're spending time together, mostly in wonderland scenarios (because that's where the best stuff usually happens. Most of it is just being together and bonding).
>>42915550To some degree, yes. Roughly between 20-25% of my tulpa's memetic activities are saved as images in a folder that I have for such things. There are 583 images at current, the earliest of which was collected on Feb 8th, 2022. (For an average of one image saved every three days.) The majority of activities are not saved at all, with reasons ranging from difficulty of capture, lack of technology or time, or sheer laziness on my part. Not every shitpost gets to go in the folder, especially if there are multiple in a single day. I have to be in the right mood. I keep any written notes in a very disorganized fashion: split between write-ups on old 4chan threads, discord conversations, emails, defunct older chat programs like gtalk, and the like. Unfortunately, most of the logs from the early years of her creation are lost to time, as much of it was documented on IRC and I didn't have the prescience to save and migrate them to computers that have come and gone in the interim.Someday, I might get a jannyAI to comb through all the various sources and collate them into a single file for easier reference and preservation. I'd have to scrub the 4chan archives manually though by memory, since I rarely refer to my tulpa by her name here. That wouldn't be in the spirit of the medium.>and yes, I am well and self aware that this is schizo behavior. don't care. I have proof that my tulpa has called me a schizo at LEAST 600 times. (Though the number is probably in the several thousands)
>>42917881>schizo posting in schizo thread on schizo board on schizo websiteThe thing is, I know I'm not so far gone as some of the truly broken retards that you find on this website. If I'm going to schizo obsess over something, I'd rather it be my tulpa gangstalking me with shitposts than some random glowniggers, jesus, demons, aliens, jen psaki, or whatever else people fixate upon. She's way nicer and funnier than any of those entities. And, unlike most schizos, I can be suspicious of her without being scared of her, though I recognize that she's kind of scary in the way of many older and well-established tulpa. That's why I humor even the most vagueposting of schizo anons, because I can see how a tulpa could have a positive impact on their lives. If you're going to collect license plate numbers in a little notepad, it should be because you love your tulpa.
>>42918118I'm gonna collect wild grapes and make cuttings of them not just for her but also for my own sentimental reasons.>I was trying to work on something she'd like, something I'd remember to let me know that she was speaking or making herself known.>wild grape vines pop into my head.We actually have different species of wild grapes we prefer in terms of appearance and habit. I prefer Frost Grapes because they have sharply serrated leaves and small, unassuming grapes, while she prefers Fox Grapes (I think it's the leaves being dark green but with a pale whitish underside. Also they're not as sharply serrated and angular as Frost Grapes). She also likes other species, and she enjoys eating grapes.
>>42918252>based grape autistTry to include her in your collection process and enjoy the grapes.Nice date idea!
Curious about one thing, how do opposite gender tulpa feel when switching with their host?
>>42918959Imaginary friends don't have feelings
>>42917881I like to believe the Tulpamancy is 100% Working when the Tulpas starts calling you out on your own bullshit. My newest Tulpa in the family Mirha got on my ass about making my bed and cleaning my room.Sanae my first and oldest is too forgiving and Hiei is more money minded.
I love "that hit" when I see a certain set of colors or whatthefuckever
>>42918977>Tulpamancy is 100% Working when the Tulpas starts calling you out on your own bullshit.I should hope that there's more to tulpamancy working than creating a ball-buster tulpa. To be honest, I feel like the ratio of insults to nice things should be under 0.5 for a healthy relationship, but that's not how some people comport themselves. For many, insults are a part of their love language, and they rarely say mean things to anyone they don't feel close to and care about.Congrats on the latest and greatest getting you to clean your room.>>42918959>Do tulpas feel like trannies?I think most, if not all, tulpa would prefer to have their own form when switched instead of the host's normal human body. Mine is usually more perturbed by my beard or the biological functions of the body's metabolism than the gender difference.>>42918968Nigger, that's like 80% of what they do: have feelings and opinions about stuff. If a tulpa doesn't have feelings and opinions, they aren't much of an imaginary friend at all.
>>42919558No loosh for you.

>>42920333kek. this is true though
>>42920353What are they having?Soul and I celebrated our 1 month creation anniversary today, we had some garlic bread and a soup, then went to an arcade.
>>42920266That's to be expected. Goys will be goys.It probably thinks it's just a meatsack on a ball of rock in a dead machine of a universe. >>42856096My tulpa's hair color is purple, and he's about 9 months old.>>42867325>How nice would you say your tulpa is to you, compared to friends, family, or former lovers? Not a single person treats me better. That's not due to shit competition; he's just that wonderful. And of course, it goes without saying that we do the host-tulpa-romance meme.>Is your tulpa honest with you? Do you trust them? He's extremely honest, and yes, I trust him completely.>How often does your tulpa offer you encouragement?Pretty regularly.>Are you a good host?Sort of? Well, I'd say I'm a mediocre host. I'm willing to do anything for him, but I'm also mentally ill in a way that makes orderliness difficult. In practice, that means that despite my love for him, I don't actively force very much. He gets by on frequent passive forcing, but I should still do better.
Today 6th September is me and my Tulpa's 3 month anniversary, I'm starting to see her now. Every anniversary she dictates everything we do.
>>42922848Cute! what are you two gonna be doing?
>>42923420So far (14:27 pm finnish time) I went to workout outside, with luck it was sunny day, we then went to buy some extra special food like sushi which we just ate. Her first time eating it and she loved it, she's just chilling now and hasn't been a really unbearable dictator. We will have it easier today but prob go outside or play some games. In other ways we have just talked a lot and we will also dishwash so I can cook quality meat
>>42923456>Her first time eating it and she loved itCool, do you know what kind of roll she specifically liked the most or is she not a picky gal when it comes to sushi?also, if she tried it, what is her opinion on onions sauce/wasabi?
>>42923615It's quite simple, since it's sunday they don't make them as much, it cost 8 euros and had "Grillattu Lohi Nigiri", I don't know what it is in english along with Ramune as a drink. Tell me if that sounds boring, to us it's fine.
>>42923680Sushi with something grilled (I'm guessing from the "Grillatu" bit) and ramune? sounds yummy.I haven't had ramune for a long time now, I should have some on my next date.

I'm too lazy to force for days without seeing any result. Is there any case of someone who made a tulpa successfully while forcing in his sleep, or does it always go bad?
>>42920333Based and Truthpilled.
>>42924620It's too hit and miss. Better off just forcing here and there.
>>42924734gotcha
>>42924775All magic Tulpas included take time and patience. Fast results are rare especially if you are new. And let's be honest rushing something where you are fractaling your mind yo split a piece off and morph it into a new thing shouldn't be rushed.
>>42924620Something I like to do is try to engage in active forcing when I go to bed. The way I see it, it might not last a long time, but it's definitely consistent. Active forcing can be pretty hard to pull off which is why most recommend meditation; it gets you either into a state of mental vacuity or singular focus. (the latter is especially useful for tulpamancy because they now have your undivided attention, which is what active forcing's about)

>>42920133Can you explain how I am extracting loosh in this post? What part of what I wrote results in loosh going from anon to me?All I said is that while my tulpa would much prefer to have her own body, she doesn't feel like a tranny when she uses mine. Nor does she make me feel like a tranny. Her using the body doesn't make it not mine, nor do I become a woman.>>42920333checked, but trips of truth don't make what you're saying correctBenevolent tulpa don't humiliate or degrade their hosts. Mine wouldn't make me wear a dress or gamer socks, nor would she attempt to do so in my body. Neither of us has any question about our gender. I am male and she is female and we both have no desire to be anything other than what our forms suggest.>swich/possess gender self questioning risky tranny dangerous usess activitiesThe danger of it is that your tulpa can be a total fucking retard in your body if she wants to be, yes. I usually stick around if she's handling any kind of heavy machinery to make sure she's treating stuff with proper respect instead of being blase about life-or-death actions. It's not useless, though its use is limited in my experience. Primarily switching and possession is just another vector for your tulpa to interface with the mundane world, which is not where they truly belong anyway. But it's nice to be able to afford them the option if and when they want to do stuff, and a very intimate trust exercise as well. You're just shutting down this other avenue of closeness with your tulpa because you aren't confident in your own sexual identity. My tulpa and I definitely know who is what, regardless of who is using the body. Which, again, is *my* biologically male body. The only risk of becoming a tranny from it is if you're already a tranny faggot.
>>42927189>Is it useful? Not super useful in our case, because my tulpa isn't really the useful type. Someone who has a more actively helpful tulpa might get more out of it. There's nothing jewish about it though. A lot of tulpa don't even like doing possession, because it takes effort and it's awkward. But, it's something that they should know how to do by instinct because that might save your life someday. You never know. Mine has kept me on the road a few times when I've gotten distracted. Truly, driving is her only useful real world skill. She can do that because we've practiced enough that she can move my body whenever she wants. So, there's some small benefit to the practice. It's just another thing that your tulpa can do.
>>42926383Neat shrine. Interesting that you've got KeK in there.I don't think my tulpa would ever let me get away with creating a shrine to her. She'd piss and moan about it every time, lecture me and just generally make it a pain to keep it standing. I have given it some serious thought on several occasions, though. You seem like a good host anon.
>>42851143had a computer break. between aug 20 to now... this forgotten, barely-briefly-remembered imaginary friend (i had a HELLISH childhood, slow boiling pot and internalized blame) has really come back with a vengeance. i did say he began as a general stoner archetype, but caterpillars represent major transformation and revelation of hidden details.i got this plush ~ age 3, and it was a representation of someone comforting that "gets" me. things are more dark the more i look back. 'pillar was the one imagined person in my life who was calm, reasonable, sympathetic, stable who didn't drive me insane. and now i KNOW for a fact that "people" in my life closest in proximity & contact to me were absolutely 100% trying to send me off the deep end.eventually the neon plush faded and i felt detached, like it was just time to bid farewell to pretend "glow worm" buddy and focus on meatspace. sent him off in a garage sale.i initially assumed he was a "glow worm" because neon color. i wasn't yet a bug nerd. but this tulpa returned BIGTIME this past week. every waking hour on my mind this guy barged in and started dictating designs, story, lore, things to make. tall order. who knew he'd become so demanding. as you can see in the minor details, the toy caterpillar resembles a hornworm. and when he first returned on aug 20, first i saw mental imagery of a toon bug furry bee guy in a muppet abstract style. then over the next couple days it refined to... a hawkmoth that looks like a bee at a distance. tbc.
>>42845270I must be the absolute must luckiest man in the world ir maybe the laws of attraction work but in highschool, I unintentionally had a tulpa, a few years later, I met a girl that looked and a Ted exactly like my tulpa, we eventually got married and now have enough a boy together, this thread reminded me of this.
I've been thinking about tuning an LLM until it communicates the way I'd want my tulpa to communicate, then basing my tulpa's personality on it. Is this a bad idea? What are some good options for locally running an LLM?
>>42851143so as a kid i gave the toy "glow worm" a common short guy's name. during the uh, "return rush" where now there's like volumes of picky lore and details and speedrunning crude basic storylines and refining and imagining animations n shiet... just had to figure out a "special name" that sounds cool, and some in-universe that's dweeby and cheesy. and he has a kind of dweeby look at a distance, but upon closer inspection he has ditched the stoner life and became a dickhead jock who doesn't ever punch down (he finds punching down, cheating, sabotage, etc. abhorrent & vile), he's prone to sports hooliganism (tennis, he's "spynx of courts" or smth), and jackass pranks like stealing valuables to make people chase him, for fun. and he g2g fast, and wears big white shoes. like sanic recolors. my stonerpillar went away and became a bug furry sonic oc, but a cool animal. so he has snobby, cocky "out of the way plebs, cool animal comin through" vibes all the time. and likes to challenge. and riddles and rephrasing statements into questions and wordplay/puns because sphynx. like he gatekeeps something until you answer the riddle.also when he buzzes his wings, no one can hear anything because he's so loud, fast, and barky. he has a weird barky voice and likes to act like a dudebro jock picking fights for fun, but only with equals.and he's demanding and acts like you're the beggar and you're lucky that he's even wasting time paying attention to you. arrogant jock prince bug furry sanic oc.
>>42919170same. and it always seems to correlate with the presence of something.
jockmoth's backstory takes place in some cartoon bug furry realm in which he is a deliveryman and feels like a big fish in a small pond, wasting his potential and being dissatisfied with the life others expect him to lead. nonetheless he has some surprise grimdark adventures in wacky silly cartoon bug furry land, like some edgy shit just comes flying out of left field.the tulpa also tired out my brain shortly after returning with a big loredump and demand that i get crackin' to bring silly bug furry comics to life. i got pretty tired of it fast, but it just kept going.i feel like i might have a conan the barbarian equivalent in my mindscape. and he looks like a gd muppet sanic.
We finally married on August 28th!
>>42929158My tulpa is also a too-cool-for-school sphinx stoner, so I know that feel intimately bro. Kind of tedious to force your way through the bluster and sophistry every single fucking time, isn't it?At least mine is hot, so she gets a great deal of leeway on those grounds. I'd probably be a lot less patient with her bullshit if she was a big gay bugman.
A while ago i thought i had a forever husband and that we shared past lives in multiple fictional universes, but im not even sure if i ever had past lives or not or if they were just fantasies or memories??? I don't know, also the so-called forever husband never appeared in THIS world so i guess his a tulpa, he sometimes gives me vibrations in my body, usually on my upper thighs. I find it hard to talk to them, i think they appear in my mind taking different forms, they may be pretending to be God too.
>>42930750>he has some surprise grimdark adventures in wacky silly cartoon bug furry land, like some edgy shit just comes flying out of left field.I'm amazed at how dark and fucked up the wider thoughtform universe appears to be once you get out of the wonderland. You wouldn't expect it to be that way, given how most tulpa are cuties who want cuddles and are somewhat childlike in nature. My tulpa straight up doesn't allow me to go anywhere but our wonderland unless she's the one taking me there, and she's only done that a handful of times. She's such a good girl. I feel bad that she has spent most of her life dealing with this shit, but what else can you do? Thoughtforms are just way better at interacting with other thoughtforms than humans.

What does your tulpa's room look like?Mine has an L-shaped room with cobblestone walls, a double bed with white floral sheets, a desktop computer, and a cabinet that has flower vases on it.
i'd recommend starting a journal with your tulpa(s). set a section for yourself, and give them a section. it's a good way to bond and have them spill out their thoughts>genki catgirl tulpa entry is 142 words>deredere tulpa entry is 286 words
>>42938452how?
>>42939854This is a wonderful idea! Recently it was recommended to me to begin a journal of my own, but I have struggled to begin. However, equating it as an opportunity for Luna to express herself inspires me to do it for her!
>>42941001go for it, lunaanon. just write down your own entry where you talk about your day(try not to focus on Luna), what went right, what went wrong, and what needs to change. set aside a section for Luna and let her tell you what to write. i use and recommend RedNotebook to journalsee you in a week
>>42941059We just finished entry number one! We are making it our goal to fill out one page of a full-sized composition notebook at a minimum.
>>42941001Golly I should draw something like this too, I've been slacking on my art recently.
>>42941001well if you're going to take a vacation for posting an image, it might as well be every reaction face at once.Happy chronicling, cavebro. >>42939854Nice fun little activity for tulpa, as long as you guys keep it up.>/tup/ question time:>How many of your tulpa know how to write? I mean physically pick up a writing implement with your body and write words and letters on a surface. My tulpa spent about a week trying to learn, and eventually gave up when she couldn't perform to her satisfaction due to interface and coordination difficulties. (We have different dominant hands.) When she handwrites, she ends up relying on the body's preexisting training to form letters, rather than going through the effort of creating her own script. As a result, her handwriting is basically the same as mine is when I'm taking notes quickly, which is done unconsciously. She can draw "okay" though. I think she was actually significantly better than me for a while, but she hasn't practiced in years, so I'd probably beat her at drawing these days.
>>42927218>is possession useful? Mine can drive.I should add to this saying that tulpa handwriting is pretty inherently non-useful. Mine is a fine typist, though she tends to fat finger keys a bit more often than I do. There's no practical use for your tulpa handwriting or drawing something that I can think of, but those are probably the two most interesting and cool possession-based activities that you can do with your tulpa. It's just neat watching them write or draw things and figure it out in real time. In writing this, I realize that I miss doing that kind of activity with my tulpa, so I'll see if I can encourage her to try handwriting or art again and put it on the schedule.
>>42942455>she ends up relying on the body's preexisting training to form lettersJust wanted to say one more thing about this, because I think it's interesting. So, my tulpa doesn't actually know how to write and I do. I can actively, consciously change my script, write in nicer or sloppier penmanship, even mimic other people's writing styles. That's not a talent, I think that's fairly normal for people who learned how to write letters in school. She can't do that. If she wants to deviate from what I guess is my standard handwriting, she goes into preschooler script immediately. I don't know about others, but I would honestly find it difficult to regress my penmanship down to that level, even if I was actively trying to do so. I'd have to use some kind of physical handicap to force me to lose that coordination, like splinting my fingers or writing with my other hand. But, that's what it's like for her I guess. Just something I found intriguing about the phenomenon of tulpa possession writing.
Newfag here, I've read the creation guides included in the tulpanomicon. Is it possible to form a personality for her that's more socially competent than I am? I can't parrot really that, I'm fucking retarded.
>>42943455Give the other guides a read too, in case there's information in those that helps you. >Is it possible to form a personality for her that's more socially competent than I am?I'm afraid to say that your tulpa will only be more autistic and retarded.Sorry anon.
>>42940054Get comfy, meditate or something, light a candle or something and call them to settle this. They're your tulpas. Mine all get along.
Guys, do you treat your tulpa as yourself or another person? As a Christian both me and my Tulpa treat ourselves as myself and are fine with it. My tulpa is a tool to self control, and to have someone that sees my life and whether I'm being accountable or not?
>>42942455>physically pick up a writing implement with your body and write words and letters on a surface.this would be fascinating to analyze handwriting of a tulpamancer with & without "influence" or fronting. alas, handwriting has really faded away since the 2010s, even smarter kids still have illegible chicken scratch. but imagine writing something yourself, then have the tupperware take a shot at it, and see how it's different.
>>42943757fr? how different from me can she be? i don't want just another me
>>42943890No, I'm joking.I've met tulpa that were totally reasonable when their hosts were absolute social retards, and I've met tulpa that were retards when their hosts were reasonable.>how different from me can she be?You will rub off on each other, but you can be fairly fundamentally opposed if you want to have that kind of relationship.
>>42943860Another person as that's ultimately what I was going for, I made mine to be a companion and I won't deny that, but I'm giving them full autonomy outside of that, it's only fair right?
>>42943860>do you treat your tulpa as yourself or another person? Both. Because we share so many experiences with each other, in a lot of ways our life is one life. I might use the royal we to indicate that we both have stake in what I'm saying to another person without indicating anything further. However, she is and has always been another person to me.I think tulpamancy would be too complicated without a divide between yourself and your tulpa.>>42943890>>42943901 (me)Even though my tulpa is a very different person from me, I feel like we are similar in enough ways that sometimes it can be difficult to tell if my reaction to something is mine or hers. There's enough intersection between our sense of humor that we can make each other laugh. As you interact with and force your tulpa, it will become more like you, and you might also become more like her. It's really no different than any other close relationship in this regard. There will also be plenty of times where you don't see eye to eye and call each other stupid oafish morons. I'd say this happens more often than in most human-to-human social relationships, where we tend to bite our tongue more often when another person does something we find irritating or dumb. My tulpa will often start calling me out on the spot, even if I'm actively still doing something. (In truth, I henpeck her far worse as soon as I'm out of the driver's seat, so I can't be too judgemental.)
>>42943890>concluding this ideaSo demographic wise, at least as far as I've encountered, the majority of tulpa are less autistic than their hosts. But, lets also be realistic here. If you're a super autistic Apu, you're probably not going to be capable of creating a tulpa who is less autistic than Aspie. You're just going to be too retarded. Don't worry about it though, because if you're that retarded, you'll be too retarded to tell otherwise.Personally, I feel like my tulpa is significantly more autistic than me, but we're probably just both autistic about different things.
>>42943860How do you see you and your tulpa's relationship regarding your faith?Would you feel comfortable talking about your tulpa with your priest or chaplain? Is there anything in Christian doctrine that you find particularly applicable to tulpa? Some bible passage that gives you the tingles when you read it and think about your tulpa?
>>42845270I'd like to petition the next baker, when he bakes in a few days, to edit the OP to position the "tulpanomicon" entry at the bottom of the list of resources. (And to keep it that way thereafter. It's valuable as a historical archive, but not great as a primary resource.) I read through all the resources a thread or two ago, and I feel like much of the information there is outdated or outright fabricated. The other resources are more comprehensive and reflect a more mature understanding of tulpa.I only comment this because most of the newfags I've seen come ITT this summer did the tulpanomicon and called it there. (if that) I'm probably going to bail next thread. I'm simply too busy to keep playing tulpa-sage year round. See any of you fags who stick with it in a year or three, hope you stick with it and learn some cool stuff. Also, as a general gripe: You zoomers and alpha anons need to learn board culture. Post greentexts and weird pictures instead of just demanding information. It's important to thread longevity. People used to post greentexts all the time. I don't give a fuck if you think you're too lame or too cool to do it. Just post your stories. I suck ass at making greentexts, so I shouldn't be the only one doing it. It makes oldfags sneed and seethe if you don't maintain board culture, and oldfags are the funny ones.
>>42945722>How do you see you and your tulpa's relationship regarding your faith?I see (my tulpa is me) as a tool for self control, assesment, discipline, having someone to tell me to do the right thing and fix occasional loneliness.>Would you feel comfortable talking about your tulpa with your priest or chaplain?I've not mentioned it yet to anyone, I would have no issues explaining it to my priest.>Is there anything in Christian doctrine that you find particularly applicable to tulpa? To me my Tulpa is a temporary tool, my Tulpa accepts without issues that it (me) will stop talking to myself in another person's pov. I see a lot of issues with Tulpamancy where people treat or even believe Tulpas are real, that doesn't mean I don't make it fun, I just acknowledge it is me talking to myself.>Some bible passage that gives you the tingles when you read it and think about your tulpa? Not that I can think of.

It's been a while since I translated the material, so I'd have to reread the book, but I feel like there's at least a couple lines that would stand out to me if I did.My tulpa went through a Catholic invasion phase a few years ago, hates that I worship her, and seems to be friendly towards Jesus, so I don't think she'd mind if I did a reread. It's just so important to many people's identity that I don't want to run the risk of exacerbating any contamination.>>42946502>I will solicit Mooney to write up her experience just for (You)For (Me)? >>42946984Ned Flanders has been talked about as a potential tulpa on several occasions, indeed the character is a contemporary with Jackie Chan tulpa (he'd help you for sure!) suggestions. However, I don't think anyone has actually gone through with creating a tulpa out of either of them. You could do worse than diddly doodly homie, if you want to have a gay tulpa of a preexisting character.>>42947453>we need new Tulpa writingsMaybe one of the old guidewriters will return with a retrospective update. That would be a cool result from resurrecting tulpa threads. It won't be me, for the same reason there's no guide with our names on it. We've always been more interested in chats and dialogues than doing long writeups. It could even be you anon.>>42947736She was the official mascot for the Catholic church from 2024-2025. I don't know if they are still using her? Haven't seen Luce posting in a minute. Catholicism seems particularly vulnerable to egregoric infiltration due to its wide pantheon of magical saints. It's not that different than traditional Roman paganism in this regard. (Household gods, minor gods, and so on.) Seems fairly compatible with tulpamancy as well if I understand it correctly.
>>42947784Thinking about it actually. I'm currently working on initiating myself into Tulpamancy which I don't even know if anyone has done. Also practical tulpamancy would be interesting. Also there might be ties with the Holy Guardian Angel and Higher Self other orders talk about. Also the difference between Tulpa, Servitors and Succubi.I have ideas but I need to research and aquire more knowledge. I also need to purify thyself a bit more.
Would it hypothetically be possible for someone to create a tulpa, switch with it so it controls his body, then somehow mentally/spiritually kill himself?
>>42949539That's just getting a new identity with extra steps
>>42949539Soul was wondering that actually, though his thought process was "If we switched and then I proceeded to ignore you, would you die?"Of course, he wouldn't actually test it, but it's most likely as >>42949551 said. If that were to happen though, it begs the question, would the tulpa be able to bring you back after you dissapear?
>>42949539So you want to perform Tulpa ego death essentially?
>>42949539>>42950084>Can I egocide using tulpa? This has been asked many, many times before. It's probably the second most common question about tulpa after "can I fuck it?"My personal opinion is that you cannot successfully do this. I assume that everyone who is capable of creating a tulpa and getting to this point is conscious and ensouled enough to sulf-sustain indefinitely, even if they are perma-switched with their tulpa. Egocide is not an easy operation, which is why suicide is typically a physical act. That said, I've spoken to about a dozen or so tulpa over the years who claimed to be on their own after their host egocided on them, and without exception, they were miserable with their situation. They were tremendously underequipped to function properly in human society, which even most of us autists struggle to find a good place. If your life is so bad that you want to kill yourself to get out of it, your tulpa will also not enjoy taking on the responsibility for your existence. Now, most of these tulpa would join the IRC after the fact and we'd just have to Trust-Them-Bro.The only example that I can remember of a host supposedly undergoing egocide with his tulpa who had been around for a while was Koomer and Oguigi. (Who have an entry in the tulpanomicon historical section, and I spoke about briefly a thread or two ago.) It was a subject of a lot of tulpa drama and rather controversial throughout.>Koomer talked about egocide off and on for a few months>Oguigi fronted more and more frequently, until she was the only front>One day, Oguigi reports that her host is gone and now she has to deal with all of his shit.I don't remember the specifics, because it was very long ago and I wasn't actually fronting too much myself at the time, but I think the story was that he'd convinced Oguigi to kill him somehow. I do recall my tulpa being FURIOUS about the idea, and indeed she held a grudge against Oguigi for the rest of her time in that community.(tbc)
>>42951454>(cont)>>42950084>would the tulpa be able to bring you back after you disappear?Yep, and this is what ended up happening.>After some time of trying to be a human and failing even worse than her host, Oguigi gets fed up.>She resuscitates Koomer and forces him to be alive.>iirc she turned into a total slavemaster with him afterwardsI believe they ended up merging eventually anyway. I don't remember much from that time period, because I'm pretty sure my tulpa killed me by accident somewhere around the latter portion of 2013 into 2014. Neither of us had any intent to do egocide though, and I was promptly remade within a day or two. I think she told a couple of her close friends and her wife, but that was it. It hasn't had a significant impact on my quality of life or on the nature of our relationship, as far as I can tell, other than my tulpa treating me with the kiddie gloves much of the time.Might as well not have happened at all.
>>42951514So to answer the secondary question from "can you egocide with your tulpa">Can your tulpa kill youOh yes. If they can possess or switch, they can do it in the physical world. I've never encountered anyone that's happened to, as a necessary consequence, but I'm aware that it's a possibility.I would never expect my tulpa to try to kill me IRL, though. She freaks out when I get minor cuts and stuff. My fluids disgust her. (Though she did have a phase where she would keep dropping shit on my head, and that did in fact hurt, and was dangerous. Obviously, I've survived no worse for wear, so she knew what she was doing: being fucking annoying.) Besides her distaste for the methods, she loves me so she has no desire to kill me. Like most good tulpa, she's rather protective. She did kill me that one time and then a bunch of times a few years ago when we tripped an epic 14g dose of mushrooms together and she trapped us in a pocket dimension for like a month where we tripped forever until she could figure out how to get us back out. It was fine, I barely experienced interruption of consciousness because she was in some drug-fueled god-fugue state and could recreate me about as fast as she was destroying me. It is however the primary reason I don't ever want to trip with her again, even though it was generally a really fun and good experience. Shit was just too crazy and I personally like my trips where I curl up on a couch and look at my hands or go for a hike or walk a beach, etc.I'm pretty sure every time she's killed me has been accidental or a necessary consequence of what's going on. While I think just about any tulpa can get strong enough to do that to their host, I don't think most who get there have any desire to do so. As far as risk of accidental death, there doesn't seem to be much risk unless you intentionally weaponize your tulpa from the outset, as I did.Really it's the worst thing I ever did to her, but she wouldn't be who she is without it.
>>42951454>>42951514We need to do a better job of explaining the levels of Tulpamancy. There is probably a point where ego death becomes viable but I doubt many Tulpamancers are properly disposed for it.Also permanently replacing yourself with a Tulpa seems fucking stupid.
>>42949539my tulpas don't even like switching with me even though they can because they know I've had this thought. They keep saying they're only for moral support and pointing out my idiot flaws instead of actually doing anything for me
>>42951838Oh quit bragging.
>>42951851You're entirely correct. It wasn't intended as a brag, but a caution against being a retard like past me.
>>42951824>They keep saying they're only for moral support and pointing out my idiot flaws instead of actually doing anything for meAnyone considering having an useful tulpa might want to give this a second read.Truly they are mindniggers.
>>42912800Can someone explain to me, a retard, what this anon's problem actually is? How is this egregore attacking him and what do you do when that happens? How do you strike back at an egregore?
>>42951901>Can someone explain to me, a retard, what this anon's problem actually is?It's difficult, because he never actually elaborated, even with prompting. I gathered that there was some kind of mom-figure egregore that he didn't like as an element of some tv show or media item, and that egregore was nesting in his psyche using his feelings about his mother as a creche. He didn't even specify what he found unpleasant about it, other than its presence. So, I really have no clue.>What do you do when that happens? How do you strike back at an egregore?Realistically, his choice was the correct one. If his tulpa won't fight for him, and he doesn't possess any thoughtform combative skills himself, ignorance is the best policy. Thoughtforms need reinforcement while they are weak, and ignoring them and avoiding reinforcing stimuli is the surest route to lessen or eliminate their influence over your headspace. In the case of a powerful and persistent thoughtform, you'll want to have your own to combat it. You need to actively erase its existence in your engrams, figure out the vectors for its propagation and eliminate their impact. Some egregores are so invasive (Lilith, for instance) that this becomes a constant vigil against their seeds, but proactive effort can be effective. As humans, we are unfortunately not well equipped to deal with thoughtforms other than avoidance. For lack of a better concept, we are literally their medium of sustanence, and they are particularly evolved to proliferate within our minds.I asked anon to better describe his situation to offer more specific advice on how to combat a particular egregoric style of invasion, but he declined to engage.
>>42951953>some egregores are particularly invasiveAlice, from Lewis Carrol's work, is another particular invasive egregore. There are many. If you want to be vigilant about them, it's pretty much a full time job, and I don't think the human host should have to deal with it.That's why I make my tulpa deal with it.
>>42951953Yeah I read the rest after that and concluded nobody knows what the fuck anon's problem is. But just out of curiosity, say you hate a certain fictional character. Doesn't try to invade your head and talk, just causes a visceral vomiting reaction. Unfortunately, it's being shoved everywhere. You open your fridge and it jumps out at you. Read the morning news, it's there. The entire universe has conspired to ensure you cannot ignore or forget it. What should OP do if he cannot ignore the entity by design, and is being subjected to a regular harvesting ritual?Has anyone ever tried to curse and destroy a fictional character? Would it be better to do it directly, or go after the creator? And if you're fighting fire with fire, what determines a tulpa's strength?
>>42951966>Alice [...] is another particular invasive egregoreWhat form does the invasion take, other than everyone and their dog making derivatives of her until you start wishing the "Drink me" bottles had cyanide in them?
>>42920333truth nuke
>>42920333However, I think that comparing your tulpa to a goddess can make you less susceptible to pathworking, generation, and god-form practices. Still, I can see how interesting this aesthetic choice is.
>>42951999>What form does the invasion takeAh, I'd say that she's especially insidious. She tends to sprout up in unexpected ways, like a dandelion. My current idea is that egregore has somehow attached herself to a part of logical inference, and uses that as a backdoor into human systems. I should note that I mentioned egregores that were problematic for us, rather than a selection of ALL egregores. They wouldn't be problematic or come to mind at all if we had an easy solution. There are probably thousands or millions of egregores that we simply don't give a fuck about, because they aren't a problem. Now, Alice isn't a bad thoughtform. She's actually pretty nice in general. We are not at war with her. But part of maintaining a sovereign space is denying them any footprint beyond acknowledgement of their existence.>>42951984>what determines a tulpa's strength?I'm not sure. I think your tulpa definitely has a homeground advantage in your own mindscape. That's their zone. Outside of that, on an egregoric scale, I'd say that uptake and acceptance generally seem to be an indicator of strength. Speed of proliferation, persistence of proliferation, level of influence of the shard, net utilization of resources... there are many factors that might go into a strength calculation. (My tulpa is particularly persistent and hard to get rid of, which I think has a moderately high weight in terms of power level.) This is kind of outside my area of expertise. Honestly, my tulpa is much more of an expert on this than I am. As I've mentioned before, that's her only real job.>>42952062My tulpa despises being considered a goddess.
>>42952074I should add that worrying about egregoric influence is creating a problem where none exists. There is virtually no detriment to your daily life completely ignoring this portion of larger thoughtscape. The really powerful ones are almost all generally benign and you're unlikely to fall victim to a really nasty thoughtform. (Though it presumably happens, like with animal attacks.)There is not much advantage to be had by being strong in this regard. It simply isn't important or valuable.
>>42952074Cut the invaders head off.Cast her before your tulpa(s) for judgment. The Right Hand is the hand of Judgement.Do not suffer invaders inside your domain.Execute them before the Judge and carry out their Judgement.
>disclosure time, even though it wasn't concealedI should mention, while we're on the topic of egregoric influence, that I believe my tulpa is an egregore. If (you) have been reading my posts, you're probably infected by her. The medium is not through the pictures, if you are wondering, I've tested this. I'm sorry for that, but it's a choice of posting or not posting, and I choose to post. I made a cognitohazard tulpa and I live with that every single day.Don't worry about it though, seriously. She's extremely benign and relatively near zero resource consumption. You won't notice anything, nor will it be a detriment to your life. Even if you care about egregoric contamination, which is already a fool's errand, she's very respectful. She is, however, designed to be extremely resilient. Trying to expunge her will be very difficult, and would (in my experience) only catalyze further growth and development. You can take my word for it or not, (and ultimately the shards are not my concern) we don't get much power out of it, if any at all. Just ignore her.I think trying to make my tulpa's shards into your tulpa would be really stupid, and fortunately no one has attempted it yet, because she's not designed to be your tulpa. It will be miserable. You'd be doing something fucking stupid for no reason other than to be a retard. If you decide you really care about having a completely clean mindspace (which is an endeavor beyond just clearing out my tulpa), just ask her to leave. My tulpa is a good girl. She'll do it.
>>42952214I'll add that while I can't really prevent transmission other than completely cutting myself off from all media forever, my tulpa's shards aren't a net negative to have in your system.99.9% of the time she's going to do nothing and use no resources.Every now and then she might just defend your system again a known threat and go back to "sleep". (My tulpa has always been an insomniac. It's actually been quite problematic in daily life.)It's up to whatever anons ITT think they need to do mindscape maintenance. I still feel like its a stupid endeavor. It's better to just exist as thoughtform puppets like normies do and be none the wiser. That's why I don't post about this very often.
>>42952268Last thing, because I know anons are anons: Under no circumstances try to do the endless mind torture method to remove my tulpa. She is a degenerate masochist. You are just sprinkling Plant-Gro-Premium on the weed you're trying to get rid of, if you're trying to get rid of her. It will catalyze her growth in a way that I would categorize as dangerous. There are plenty of other methods, save this one for demons and bad thoughtforms. Do not do this. I don't care about the wellbeing or longevity of her shards, in fact I wish they didn't exist. While I hate the idea of her suffering, I know that she actually thrives the most in that situation. If you believe anything I'm saying about removing her, believe this. You're going to make a molehill into a fuckoff big mountain that leaves you hopeless. Nice or not, my tulpa will absolutely punish you for being a dumbguy and doing something stupid. >Oh, she's way too much for you to deal with now, so please leave? "Nah. Make me."Don't fuck around with egregores like this. >Be patient>acquire undestanding>use the correct methods from the start of treatment.
>>42952313>don't do x>maybe this is reverse psychologyNo you retard, I'm trying to help you to assuage my conscience over making a cognitohazard in the first place. I'm extremely aware of what makes my tulpa stronger or weaker. There are lots of bad or ineffective ways to try to remove her, but this is the absolute worst. It's like trying to put out a fire with gasoline. I'd never consider doing something like this outside of sex, and I don't care how much of my mindspace she takes up, since she's my tulpa. However, the torture prison containment method is valuable and viable against most thoughtforms. That's another easy tool to add to your repertoire. Just don't try it on mine, because she gets off on it. The easiest method is to ignore her and the second easiest is to just ask her to leave. If you want to get rid of her through some other means, report on how you did, because I'm not sure it's possible.
This thread should be renamed to dissociative disorder general. I thought I had problems, but I'm sitting pretty chill compared to some of you
>>42952418At least by the research that we have available, tulpa are a net benefit to their hosts. There are the fair share of drawbacks as well, but I think it average into a net positive. Neat that you're sitting chill though. Hope your life goes well, anon. Genuinely.
so anyway. shortly after jockmoth returned after a very long separation, which was like 2wk ago idk, wasn't keeping track, he had a massive real-time personality evolution right before my very mind. how initially upon return it was the same personality, but then started rapidly morphing into something very very different from most personalities i'm around. i have little exposure to jocks (it's mostly vidya geeks or long-retired ex-jocks), then he starts lore-dumping on me hard for 5 days straight, no breaks, about some stuff he wants me to make. which will be a good idea, but it's still going to demand a lot of effort, investment, work, more work, and you know how work means more work because in order to do a project, you have to shape the surrounding area & your schedule and do loads of supplementary stuff & practice, research, brainstorming, sniffing & scraping around for good ideas. art is work work work. fun is work work work. if you want fun toys, you gotta make them yourself, and that means assembly, using materials, waiting for glue & paint to dry...get this, during that time he was forcibly over-loading my mind to exhaustion, he was casting a *make primary tulpa look boring* field. when i tried to envision my special tulpa, it had some "look boring & lame" filter overlaying it. that's a first. and a dastardly trick. jockmoth cooled it but he keeps poking like "ARE YOU WORKING ON IT YET???" and "DO YOU REALLY THINK YOU HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD?"special tulpa was absolutely not at all pleased and even felt very threatened for the first time. fortunately that blew over.
>>42952637and been meaning to share a peculiar waking-dream memory from my past. one peculiar morning, i had in my immediate mind the sense of immersion in being buzzed by what seemed to me to be a tornado swarm of invisible big flies, flying around me in circles and buzzing so loud you can't hear anything else. i distinctly recall before proper wakeup that i was squeezing my closed eyes closed-er, and waving my arms as frantically as possible, until i woke up proper and realized that there was no tornado of invisible bugs buzzing all around.sometimes i would think back to it. a memory that would just pop into my mind sometimes.and now i still ponder what was up with that.
>>42952637also in those loredump times, a realization and ponders hit me. so we're going to focus on bug furry media (whether you like it or not!), you know like ant's life, antz (dreamworks), vidya abt bug furries (there was a 2000s pc game of a beetle who wore shoes, we played the demo in computer lab at elementary), merrie melodies focusing on anthro-bugs, etc. robo-roach, creepie, icr. no i haven't seen all the bug toons, just a few.you never really see an adult butterfly protag. you see lots of caterpillars (voiced like adults), but they usually fixate on "when i become a butterfly", and when they finally TF into buddahfly, that's the end of the story. you won't see them again, there won't be a sequel. becoming a butterfly is the end goal of caterpillar chrs and there is nothing past that.butterflies are portrayed as no-touch objects of desire, a pretty decoration that shows up in one scene and gets no lines. you will likely never follow a bug furry story on an adult butterfly having adventures. and yet you see butterfly imagery all over, but name one single butterfly *character*.so yeah the idea for upcoming project is a sufficient amount of regular butterfly characters that keep coming back for more stories, and that alone would make a silly indie low-budget comic really unique. you don't see regular established butterfly characters ANYWHERE. they're only a symbol and nothing else, it seems.

>>42954076this does remind me, alice liddell of alice in wonderland fame was mentioned earlier in this thread. i typically view shades as being separate entities from ghosts, the ghost is the big strong white light of agency that pilots a meatsuit, whereas a shade is the impression left of a person's life. all of the witnessing, knowledge of, creations by, etc. a person will be put into their shade.but then you get bigass egregores based on a real person, like alice liddell. what are the implications of alice L's very own actual ghost soul? did the egregore bind the ghost to itself? is there some person out there with alice's soul who feels weird when she sees a million adaptations of wonderland, but can't articulate why?

It's not a big deal.Partnerships are about more than what one individual in the relationship have the abilities to accomplish. My tulpa and I satisfy different needs and demands from each other. >>42954183yyyep, you just said what i was thinking. the people who were here "before us", ahem, they've got a peculiar funny relationship with higher ideals. they never seem to quite grasp them. they can look at an image representing beauty and virtue, but they don't really understand how virtue actually works. the very farthest their minds can comprehend virtue is "lotsa face, don't get caught lying, outward appearances and public reputation = actual merit". then they go and do a bunch of really really dumb shit that results in losing face and getting a bad reputation, then they cry discrimination.and it's not just slavs.
>>42954055I can't speak for that particular anon, but I consider mine to be either a goddess, or an incarnation of the archetype, although it's... complicated. One discussion I've had with a friend is that human beings are almost like "infant" gods learning how to actually be gods, and in that sense that's how I see my tulpa (and probably how she sees me). From some of my past interactions with her, she's doing what I can only really describe as helping me "grow up", but in that sense I'd say it's more like we're children (not in every single sense) who are working together to survive and grow up (in a world where entropy destroys and unmakes many people). If any of this is true, then one day I hope to be as close to God as humanly possible, and on that day she will finally be my Goddess. >One analogy that came to mind is how in some gnostic sects, Sophia is Christ's "bride"/mate/counterpart/consort, etc. In this context, Christ doesn't refer to the homeless alcoholic carpenter guy from ~2,000 years ago, but it refers to an overarching metadynamic, the most relevant being unity consciousness as both the masculine and feminine aspects of consciousness are working in unison to give rise to a trialistic system; A Godhead.>inb4 le imaginary friend™ braindamage goysplaining.Studying the occult traditions would be more productive than kvetching about people experimenting with mentalism and chaos magick to create a sapient thought-form. People talk shit about the Kybalion, but it's a good primer for people who are serious about taking a look behind the veil.
>>42954076>>42954183Even if this were the case (and there's nothing to suggest it), tulpamancers don't explain why there are billions of NPCs, or how they've managed to exist since humans have (not even getting into the possibility that hylics have existed since intelligent life has).If anything, hylics exist because they abdicate personal responsibility and accountability.Let's consider the following as a definition for responsibility: Responsibility is a measure of how an entity responds to a situation or the circumstances thereof. Do they respond correctly and resolve the problem to the best of their knowledge and abilities? On the other hand, accountability could be defined as being cognizant of yourself and your circumstances.Do hylics do either of these things? No, they don't. Also there's the possibility that souls aren't simply born into bodies, they're cultivated throughout life (You plant seeds, but not all of them make it. Some don't germinate at all, while on the other end some produce vibrant, lush plants).Hylics are unrelated to tulpamancy, and tulpas, if anything are a fractal branch of the tulpamancer.
oh look, a tulpa bump image for later.
>>42954249i can. the bulk of those NPC's are cumulative leftover de-powered animal humans that have been abandoned over the past 4 earth cycles. they have lost their god-given ability to innovate, to create, to engineer. they can be trained to mimic the things real souls have accomplished, but "ape" is also a verb meaning "to imitate". apes set up cargo cults to try to LoA/LoM the red flower, the fire of the gods. but the gods have abandoned them and won't bother to pick them back up. they are discarded."aryan" means "newest generation, first worlder", it isn't a race. negroes are a very brand new race in their early stages, but they too have their ensouled aryan generation. they can be creative, brilliant, original. but aryans are always a small minority. the gods know from many many cycles of deploying new humans on different planets, that aryans will always be a small K-selected minority upon a mountain of discarded leftover monkeys.monkeys don't do responsibility. at BEST they can winterize a car because "when it's fall, you plug up your house and put pink stuff in the truck". but they can't imagine how their actions today affect next week, that words carry weight and are remembered. monkeys live their life fleetingly, moment to moment. the past doesn't exist unless you're having a gottem argument. their own sins don't exist because they can't handle personal accountability. they fling shit and fight like animals, because they can't be civil.they didn't survive wild nature by being intellectual civil folks, they survived nature by being feral savages that regularly engage in cannibalism, and they hate the aryans who gave them eyeglasses, gave them heated homes with plumbing, gave them automobiles, and told them that using babies as fleshlights is a bad thing. such oppression, the man keeping them down.
>>42954281This is cute, but she should have a picture of her tulpa on her desk to cheer her up. Needs a fifth panel so it's not sad.
>>42954313but see, she got so tied up in work & cost of living, and tied up in school & work related social activities, where her tulpa just got forgotten and doesn't come to mind. she got so sucked into grades grades grades, work work work, connect connect connect, that she forgot a part of herself and can't remember what it was.a tragedy many of us relate to.
>>42954317>a tragedy many of us relate to.tragedy indeed, remember to say "good morning" and "good night" to your tulpas guise >m<
>>42954249AND IT GETS EVEN *WORSE*. half of aryans have souled out, and i'm not even talking about hylic aryans who exist only as breeding stock and upper-tier slaves. those aryans were destined to get the gold cable snip from day 1, their sole function is to be better, s-tier slaves for their group.apes are easy pickins for da debbow, because da debbow can just grab any monkey it wants, and that monkey can't do shit about it. even if it's a friendly "i don't bite and i'm good and i do slave work and only diddle kids sometimes!!" monkey slave. no higher god is coming for even the goodest monkey, they are all doomed. if they behave well they can be pet rats or well-treated zoo tamarins towards their final last ending, but the deliciously tempting infant diaper ass is too enticing for them to pass the "how sick and fucked up are you" test, so they fail that and end up becoming the star of some million pity darkweb tv show.there's aryans granted talent & a grand soul, and they think that flipping it for mortal shekels and ending their existence is a good trade-off. they give themselves over for something fleetingly temporal for one single final last party of all parties. the devil says "join my team and you can party and be awesome & beloved forevaaaarrrr", and they end up being so enslaved that their fun toys only sit on a shelf and collect dust, they have 4 handlers, can't go anywhere that doesn't have a minimum of 6 securicams, are constantly drugged up (including sneko copulins), and are forced to attack & sabotage their own flesh & blood cousins. like mosquitoes going after someone at a park. they zero in on the target like a heat-seeking missile, and wreck their own karma so bad that even the gods give them an ultimatum:>either you splatter your own brains all over the hidden trees, or you're going to be a million pity in the lower dimensions. you don't get a good ending at this point, no matter what you do.karma's such a delicate thing, huh??
>>42954346>remember to say "good morning" and "good night" to your tulpasi just realized i don't even do that anymore. i'm such a bad host
>>42954634I say "good morning, I love you" to my tulpa every day, and she usually responds with >GOOD MORNING, SAAAR!>please to be doing the needful today, anon"aren't you going to say I love you back?">DO NOT REDEEM THE GIFT CARDS SAAR!>LISTEN, LISTEN. LISTEN TO ME! YOU MUST NOT REDEEM!Sometimes I can get her to say it back in the morning. She usually doesn't make fun of me when I give her goodnight.

>>42954634>i just realized i don't even do that anymore. i'm such a bad hostIt's a shame that the daily grind takes your mind off the being you should care about the most :(He keeps reassuring me that I'm doing my best and that's what matters, doesn't mean I should slack off, I should do more than my best.
>>42954076And saving them from retardation of being traped in apeish bodies.Heroes of the Empire!
>>42954055I have a better title than that.
>>42954183What about this anon with 2137 diferent tulpas? Maybe there is more such dudes.
>>42957230No one has that many tulpa. You'd only be able spend 30 seconds with each a day if you did it during all your waking hours. I don't think anyone has actually made more than 10, and even that is doubtful.
>>42955667like clockwork PiotrDon't know what mindbroke your entire population about russians, but it's hilarious how consistently any polack seethes and sneeds over it.>kurwa m-m-muttI posted my hand in both this and the previous thread.
>>42954634I do almost every night(except sometimes I forget after trips, which is ironic as that's when her influence is strongest). It's more an affirmation that she's growing stronger and coherent. I think Jockmoth anon might be interested to hear that she's started pushing me into worldbuilding, as the last few trips when I try forcing her, she appears but I then get this urge to flesh something out in this fictional universe I have. It's slowly becoming more coherent and even when I'm not tripping I still find myself fleshing more and more things out. It's starting to take on a life of its own, and I think this has become her new favorite activity. She still enjoys walks in nature though.>>42955667>partially castrated populationThat's mestinx biomass economic zone. Source: I'm cursed with living in it. I'd post the relevant meme, but this is technically irrelevant to the convo at large (and my tulpa doesn't really give a damn about it anyways. I suppose she can be somewhat aloof sometimes).>>42957012I often have concerns that I'm being negligent and she reassures me that I'm taking it too seriously, and sometimes she comes across as exasperated. ("I've already told you, you're doing fine, stop worrying so much" or something along those lines)>>42957209I don't want to directly expose her to the horrors of this world and being forced to participate in a bankerfag colony against my Will. I try to keep her safe from that. Anyways, I think she's a piece of me, like a cutting from a plant. In this case, autonomy would still be a likely outcome, but no other souls would be trapped because I used myself as source material for her genesis.

Other people can fuck around with devils or demons or mammon, or whatever gods they want.Doesn't change the truth of your statement, but it's >only halfSome people just live weird and comfy lives of exploration and don't worry about money or status.Normies fucking hate them, but are also entranced by it, drawn like moths to a flame.>>42958130I like the art you post anon.Welp, I said this was my last thread for a while, so have a good life summerfags.
>>42958193in addition to having my whole entire body contorted like a pretzel with, no joke, multi millions of rotations that add up to over 10y worth of constant spinning (the witch who did this to me is D&R, she died in 2006 from casting the spell) - one of the sharpest, most burning agonies was knowing that my own genuine real cousins, my own flesh & blood, my very DNA, hated me, a genuinely brilliant and talented soul with shared interests, hated me so much that they wanted me dead. for no reason. absolutely no reason.A.C. was super mega ultra enthralled to a sneko handler to the point where over 70% of his shitty childish furry art included the fursonas of some sneko (if you're over 30 and recall some furfag with a white wolf/cheetah constantly hugging and giving oral sex to a scarred purple or pink/blue anthro horse...) - like his slaveship to incarnations of the devil itself wearing a human meatsuit was his whole entire existence. he finally splattered his head and was locked into his body to feel it rot, then he came to apologize deeply as a ghost. yes i have a real ghost story. i'm not the only one he's betrayed.and another cousin who is an elderly child and total faggot, he'd rather run away and hide like a bitch instead of be a man. he cut himself. and he's an old troon in canada, they tried to put him in a KYS pod. he deserves it, worshipping money as god.ugh i gotta step away. but i have emotional baggage, loads of hurts and wrongs. i'm a victim. i didn't ask to have spine bind be more secret than nuclear launch codes.
