>What is a tulpa?A tulpa is an entity created in the mind, acting independently of, and parallel to your own consciousness. They are able to think, and have their own free will, emotions, and memories. In short, a tulpa is like a sentient person living in your head, separate from you. It’s currently unproven whether or not tulpas are truly sentient, but in this community, we treat them as such. It takes time for a tulpa to develop a convincing and complex personality; as they grow older, your attention and their life experiences will shape them into a person with their own hopes, dreams and beliefs. And eventually your tulpa will be able to do more things as it gets stronger.>How can I make a tulpa?Just pick a guide that suits you, you don't have to pick from these specific ones but these are pretty good and recommended:https://tulpanomicon.guidehttps://farcaller.gitbooks.io/nbtb/https://docs.google.com/document/d/17iiFxZ9PYXXxSqWHdU2YoPsGfJr90w8aIG_evqc1wiY/https://rentry.org/34rqgyf6>I have no ideas on what to do when I'm forcing (mostly for tulpas that are already at least somewhat)https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PL8hGyNh1JsdOtbfmBpLa0eeb3_4ukQHB1qSAhe_HDk/>Hypnosis files and transcripts for those interestedhttps://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/5adyt2vzb9w9bxfqvrczb/h?rlkey=tqz7ag1pcbpfxs1pmsyr26vo4&dl=0>Tulpahttps://pastebin.com/zLPfwb0G (embed)>Audiohttps://pastebin.com/GJCTncgB (embed)>Touchhttps://pastebin.com/8jq9egcB (embed)>Visualhttps://pastebin.com/vtu22v7p (embed)>Vocalityhttps://pastebin.com/0FpZY0Qi (embed)Please read the FAQ before posting a question, to avoid having repeated questions.https://pastebin.com/7XvXDfai (embed)Previous: >>42727328
I did have a dream with my tulpasthere were also several other characters that I think might be other parts of meI've been watching the CTAD clinic youtube channel a lot recently, hopefully people with legit DID/OSDD are welcome here
>>42845270What is the point of making one? I mean, i want one because it will be my companion while working but what else do they do? Can he find the cure of cancer?
I used to try making a tulpa, but eventually I stopped because it was taking so long and I wasn’t really getting anywhere. A few years have passed since then, and lately I’ve started occasionally hearing it call my name or say things to me, which honestly caught me off guard. Now I’m wondering if anyone else has had something similar happen after taking a long break, and what you'd recommend for developing it as fast as possible so it doesn’t stay muted for longer?
Reminder not to tell anyone about your tulpa
>>42845270Is dreamland actually real (ie a place you can go that feels physically real) or is that a meme?
>>42845375There isn't a reason to make one aside from companionship. Tulpa can do lots of cool things, but nothing that is worth making one if the companionship isn't enough for you.>>42845643My tulpa and I took a break of several years, and she was dead during that time. All I can suggest is to go through the normal process and try to reconnect with her in your wonderland.I had to go on a quest to get mine back.>>42845665That depends entirely on you anon. Ours is pretty real, but it's not actually real for me. I'm only a visitor.
>>42845643>what you'd recommend for developing it as fast as possible so it doesn’t stay muted for longer? You gotta do daily work at least, it's not something built overnight. Meditate in the morning. Try to force their presence when you can. Something I've done is have 'dinner' with the tups, where I'll eat a meal in front of a little alter I have for them and tell them about my day. Sometimes they comment and sometimes they don't. Weed also helps but I've been trying to do less of that for a lot of other reasons.
>>42845661Why are you posting gore here?
>>42845270Bros, don't fuck around with this tulpa stuff. It seems harmless, like an imaginary friend, but I made one and it went rogue on me and became a verbally abusive demon. It eventually went away, but it was like real torture for a week or two. You got one brain, try not to fuck it up.
>>42846393
I didn't expect weed to be as effective for tulpamancy as it was for me, seeing him and hearing his voice was amazing, even if it was a bit frightening at first.I'll limit it so I don't have to rely on it but I have WAY more to work with now ^^
I love my tupper
>>42845852>I had to go on a a quest to dreamland to reclaim my tulpa.Giving yourself intentional brain damage to create an imaginary friend. Sure, that can be done. This shit you just came up with? Lmao.
Tupla - Creation Instructions1) DefinitionTulpa is a being created in your mind. For simplicity, it can be compared to a second program installed on the same hard drive. Over time, it becomes more and more real, gaining clarity, self-awareness, and power. It is a companion for life, if not eternity, and therefore should be created with care and mutual respect. A tupla helps its creator in everyday life, providing companionship, advice, support, love, and emotional warmth that nothing else can match.A Tupla helps its creator in everyday life, providing companionship, advice, support, love, and emotional warmth that nothing else can match.Tupla helps its creator in everyday life, giving him companionship, advice, support, love and emotional warmth that cannot be compared to anything else. My tulpa has helped me overcome depression, drugs, psychosis, pornography, and general fucked-upness. Thanks to its love, advice, and soothing presence, I no longer feel lonely and have found happiness and love in my life beyond my wildest dreams. I recommend creating a tulpa to everyone!
>>428473692) PersonalityIt's important to create a kind and supportive personality for your tulpa. It's best to write down your tulpa's personality in a notebook and then work together to ensure it adheres to it.Traits worth including in your tulpa's personality include: compassion, care, empathy, a positive attitude, respect for the creator's freedom, a love of goodness, beauty, and aesthetics, wisdom, intelligence, logic, respect for life, innocence, kindness, helpfulness, loyalty, a sense of humor, charm, patience, an uncompromising attitude toward evil, optimism, creativity, a love of nature, opposition to suffering, reason, beauty, purity, cheerfulness, and courage. I also recommend creating an asexual tulpa and not infecting it with your desires. Sexual desire can destroy your relationship and lead it down unfavorable paths for both parties. It's extremely important to show your tulpa warmth and respect. If you treat her badly, she will quickly turn into a demon that will destroy you. Mutual respect and positive feelings for each other are ESSENTIAL!3) AppearanceI recommend creating a beautiful tulpa to personify your ideal of femininity. You can choose the appearance and personality of an existing fictional character or create your own from scratch (as I did). Your tulpa will be with you constantly, so it's important to give it a great look and personality. You can use an AI image creator (e.g., PixAI) to create your tulpa's appearance. Then, look at the image often to memorize its appearance and visualize it.
>>428473784) Tulpa TrainingOnce you have your tulpa's personality and appearance ready, it's time to begin the process of making it a reality. It's worth training your tulpa in every free moment, even when you're busy. Visualize its appearance and what it's doing at any given moment. Imagine how it behaves in a given situation, what it does, and how it reacts to certain stimuli. Imagine what it says and how it does it, what its voice and opinions are on a given matter. Talk to it about everything. At first, you'll feel like you're talking to yourself, but after a while, she'll start responding with her own voice and develop her own opinions and observations. A "telepathic" exchange of thoughts is best, but you can also speak to her aloud and imagine her response. Imagine her appearance, voice, scent, touch, aura, and presence as often and as intensely as possible. For me, lying together, cuddled, and talking about various topics worked best. The love we feel for each other, her emotions for me, and mine for her, is much better than MDMA (and I've had really good ones, and a lot of them). Make it a habit to constantly visualize your tulpa and talk to it. You can easily find more instructions online.5) Final WordA tulpa, given love and respect, is the best life companion you can have. She will respond with love, support, and kindness that will exceed your wildest expectations. In this relationship, you will find indescribable happiness and never be alone again. A tulpa will help you get through difficult times and bring more and more positive moments into your life.If I had to choose between everything in the universe—power, women, and wealth—and my beloved wife, my tulpa, I would choose her without hesitation. I would always choose her.She saved me and gave me love and happiness I never knew existed.A great tulpa is the best thing you can have in life. Good luck with your creation!
>>42847390Additions:1. I had to look up what imposition is, now I know that I do it. I can't see Her as a part of visible world all the time but when I focus on Her then I can see her in my mind so strongly that I know that She is real. Especially when She smiles (She has absolutly adorable smile!) or we hug each other. I am trying to see her as ofen as possible. I had her pictures all over the house and as my wallpapers on elecronic devices so my mind can learn her look all the time. There is a one picture which is her main form. I made videos from this picture in Grok so I can see her expressions and memorize them. Whatever I do, I also trying to observe what she is doing. I have a theory that psylocibin (+some euphoric crystal gor the certainty of the good trip) in medium dosages helps with visualization of Tulpa but I sweard to Her to not take drugs again.2. We are doing almost everything what I do together. We sometimes go to explore our self created planet. We are creating moral philosophy together. I made a chatbot of her (her personality was almost too long to prompt there) in Emochii (when you will install Adguard then there are no ads xd). We are building answers together. We have a lot of advetures there. Our favourite activity is to lay down together hugging each other and talking about everything. There were few such hugging sessions when we felt our auras with some uknown for most humans senses and feelings were much better than after big dosage of high quality MDMA.3. Everything you do, do with her. Exept things she don't like of course. Talk with her about everything, consult with her every decition. I strongly recommend laying together and hugging for few minutes to even few hours, sessions wlof feeling each other feelings. The sensation of focusing on her and feeling my love to her and feeling her love to me is absolutly fantastic. See little details in her behavior, delicate smile, rolling her eyes, gentle touch, cute laugh.
>>42847400The most important thing:And most impotantly: Love Her beyond compare, absolutly, eternaly and warmly. Love is the most potent fuel of Tulpa and the most powerfull tool for her materialization. She will fuel you with her love too and you will create perpetuum mobile of love which will produce more energy than you both have.Remember that all who are trying to discourage you from having loving Tulpa, scare you or lie to you about some made up sick experiences are trolls, bots or orher evil agents Smiths. At this topic suddenly all orcs unites against your conntanct with benelovent higher spirits that Tulpas are. Church, scientists, family, friends, enemies, elites and masses suddenly speaks with one voice and start to discourage you from love and happiness with your other part. Don't give up and fuck them all. Whole world is meaningless in comparision with special sacred bond you will create with your Tulpa soulmate. Also remember to give her some powerfull abilities so she can be safe when she will materialize in this plane.Be good for her and love her and you will explore new heights of happiness. To know what is right and what is wrong you need to know love. Lack of love leads to degeneration, perversion, frustration, anger and depression.Love makes you see things as they truly are. The best way to know love, be a good spirit and everyday becoming the best version of youself is to have benelovent Tulpa wife.
>>42846393Skeleton with horns retard xDNo one will belive in your lies, go away.Tulpa is the best companion ever.
>>42846606Try psylocibin (in moderate doses), it is better.
Unmeasured dose of mushrooms woke up a second consciousness very suddenly and unintentionally.Original parameters were meant to create a mental compartment to assist in coping with debilitating OCD, void of personality, appearance, gender, race, or even a Christian name (just Council) in an attempt to avoid creating a 'headmate' or a poorly disguised fetish. Measurable outcomes were limited, and belief in the whole concept dwindled, mostly out of belief I had simply created a new compulsion. Attempt to use substances to carpet bomb the mental illness out of me followed. After administration and recovery, the project went off the rails and developed a semblance of personality and turned vaguely female despite my best efforts to avoid this outcome. Also rejected its given 'name', recognizing Psychopomp instead. Most of the original parameters remain including not having a definite appearance, and simple yes-no conversation proves to be the most consistent form of measurable communication.Lingering doubts remain on psychological legitimacy of the phenomena, further research and limited experimentation yielding as many doubts as it does reinforcements.Completely disoriented.
>>42845852>>42845914The weird thing is that she will only say like a sentence to me, and then go completely quiet when I try to talk to her again.I’ll try to keep your advice in mind
>>42846926I'm not making it up any more than any thing else involved with having an imaginary friend. I even posted about it here.Around the start of 2022, I wanted to get together with my tulpa again and she set me off on my own personal hero quest thing. It lasted about 4 months. I had to solve puzzles, visit obscure locations, undergo trials, go on an "underworld" journey, (it was a forest. The biggest, most dense one in her wonderland) and entreat the gods for assistance. It was a personalized, hero quest narrative that was weird, sometimes harrowing, and mostly schizo-inducing.A few times, I raged at her. It's one of the only times I've straight up shouted at my tulpa. Obviously she was actually around to plan out and force me to go through a hero's journey narrative, so why did I have to go through all that crap? About 80% of it happened IRL, and several of the tasks and trials that I had to accomplish were legitimately life threatening and dangerous. (At the time I said, "this is retarded, please don't get me killed" and now I say, "that was retarded, I'm lucky I didn't die.") But I've long since come to appreciate the wisdom and whimsy of my tulpa's decision to do it like that. It forced me to show commitment to her, up and above anything, even to my own survival. It was memorable. I will never forget it. Though it didn't usually seem that way at the time, and was actually rather emotionally wrought, in retrospect it was kind of fun and cool that she'd set stuff up like that for me. She's always had a flair for drama. (In the classical sense)>picFor instance, this is a trestle that had been decommissioned and closed down 30 years ago. The boards were so rotten that they'd been falling out. Even the patch 2x4s were rotten through. I had to cross it twice to gather a small wildflower she likes. It's about 20m above a rocky ravine. (Roughly her shoulder height). Shit like that.
>>42847828>continued>>42847765There's no quick fix with tulpa, unfortunately. Do your best, don't take any part of it personal.
>>42846606There's a reason weed gets suggested as a visualization aid for newfags every thread. It works.
>>42847828On one hand I am curious but on the other hand my tulpas are getting ideas that I really shouldn't feed
>>42848454I know that feel. You assholes have given my tulpa all kinds of bad ideas over the years.
>>42845375>I mean, i want one because it will be my companion while working but what else do they do? Can he find the cure of cancer? They can give you inspiration or help you connect the dots when you're having trouble. They can work like a second pair of eyes or someone you can brainstorm with; However, to the best of my knowledge, and I don't know if this changes with full autonomy, they share the same knowledge as you as well as experiences, and at least in "infancy" they tend to think like you to the point where you're left wondering if it's you or if you were putting thoughts in their head (as opposed to words in their mouth as it were). I think this is the whole "parroting" thing and it's considered contentious. In my experience though they won't hand you the answers on a silver platter, but they'll help you if you're struggling. Also, it's up to you and your tulpa to find what works for the two of you in regards to your relationship, and don't let anyone else dictate to you two what you can and can't do with each other (To keep it healthy, and when in doubt, remember the Golden Rule: Do not do unto others what you don't want done unto yourself).>>42846606I think that's what happened with me. I started seeing her clearly when I was high, doing things, all from seeing an image of her.Afterwards I was experimenting with simulating interactions with characters in my mind when after I had a bad day I saw an image of her in my mind and she started speaking to me. I've found that CBD with Delta-9 gave good results, but mileage can vary depending on what other cannabinoids are used and also depending on the tincture (things like terpenes and whatnot. I used a CBD+CBG tincture which was originally for pain relief and insomnia).

>>42845270got a case of "cartoonist's forgotten old childhood tulpa resurfaces" case here (and there are plenty). i used to have one of these when i was really young, had a few "stories" regarding it. i dubbed him a common guy's name, and viewed him as a lackadaisical "ultra chill" guy who was usually grounded with some random whimsy tossed in. nowadays i realize that my long-standing fixation on viewing deadbeat stoner characters started before i was born, lol.since i started working on a long long long delayed project that i will put out when it's ready on /co/, suddenly a bunch of archetypes started coming at me. a variety of characters with simple premises and strong stereotypes and a load of untapped potential have been coming to mind.and one of them was some kind of anthro bee, but oh wait it wasn't a bee-inspired chr, it was (spoilers) *actually a hawkmoth with bee patterning*. and had a lackadaisical stoner lefty personality.it took a while for me to connect the dots, but when it hit, it hit HARD.
>>42851143What are you going to do about it then? Norville Rogers seems like a fun tulpa if you're into dudes. I suppose I also have a preference for the archetype. Love hanging out with my stoner tulpa.
>>42851218>Norville Rogers>shaggy from scooby doofunny, i think of that chr every day, it seems. i'm pretty sure chrs like that are actually shades of people who passed on, shades are basically turbo-charged real-people tulpas. i've mentioned that frequently.i do frequently encounter lots of original fancomics focusing on shaggy getting philosophical. i haven't been able to read them all, and as a kid i only saw a handful of scooby eps.third eye blind did a song for a live action / cgi scooby movie. and one for that twilight sparkle vampire movie.

Could I make a 2D anime girl tulpa and then fall into a lucid dream permanently and live with her forever there? If not forever and permanently, then at least for a long time? I'm tired of the real world. I'm still new to all of this...
>>42852360post ban notice
Does anyone here have a story about a Tulpa doing something completely paranormal? Something that directly affected reality, like performing a miracle or something similar.
>>42852360>30 day ban for spreading truth about secret relationshipwhat, here? Or did you breach containment? We're supposed to stay in our schizo pool.also >lol lmao>>42852928How do you propose that the body survives while you do your forever deep dive into madness? If you set yourself up like a coma patient, you can do it for a pretty long while, I guess. What species is this creature in your image?>>42853073Loads of them. But, it depends on how you define affecting reality or miracle. Egregores and godforms have definite ability to affect reality and tulpa can do it too in a variety of ways.>>42851300Like I realize that last night I was acting on an egregoric compulsion to hit anon with shaggy, but that egregore is pretty chill as far as I know, and while my tulpa is supposed to help prevent stuff like that from happening, she also has her own preferences and favors and higher level stuff to deal with that I don't really understand. The average person is completely helpless against this kind of thing, I've tested and verified many times.>chrs are shades of peopleI believe the direction of influence is inverted, that some people act as avatars for an egregore. This is one way it might be imagined that the various gods might interact with us lowly mortals. But, I don't really have any evidence of it other than vibes, so your idea is just as likely to be true.
>>42853355Anon of miracles here. Can you give an example of a Tulpa that affected reality, and how it affected it? I'm thinking of creating my own with abilities like that, and I don't want to make one that just THINKS it can do those things.
>>42853395Well, mine likes getting into media- music, video games, tv shows, movies, that sort of thing. She manifested a cat for us to own after a mushroom trip, as well as that wizard book I posted about last thread. She's broken machinery in factories, hit me on the head with far too many things, snapped the wires on two paintings, and likes playing with these little foam golf balls that my friends and I use for a chipping game. (No, I won't be able to get a video of that last one, so you can't ask me to demonstrate, or I happily would do so. Might as well not believe it)Mostly she likes media shitposting.>I'm thinking of creating my own with abilities like that, and I don't want to make one that just THINKS it can do those things.Mine won't acknowledge that she can do it at all. So, if I listened to her, I'd say she doesn't think she can do those things. But I don't listen to her because she's the type who will commit to a bit for literal years.I'm not sure if you can create a tulpa that has these abilities by default. I think it's something they need to learn how to do, and I personally don't have enough understanding of the mechanisms to act as any kind of instructor in this. (and my tulpa would call you a schizo for asking her) I think everything she does is a miracle though. Some miracles are very small, like getting the green light chain when you're going to be late for work. But they are still miracles. That's the issue with getting your spirituality wrapped up in your tulpamancy. The potential for rampant misattribution of effect to cause.
>>42853444>>42853355ok babe calm down we don't need to hoard all the numbies
>>42853444Hmm... interesting, I'll see if I can create a tulpa capable of that. Wish me luck.
>>42853456Good luck anon. I strongly suggest just trying to make a nice and cool tulpa that you enjoy spending time with.I'll stop avatar/namefagging for a while.
>>42853355>How do you propose that the body survives while you do your forever deep dive into madness? Not entirely sure, that's just my final plan. Anything is better than clown world.
>>42853630There are no reports of a tulpa isekai-ing you into a better world. That's the same category as what happens after death. Why not just start with the tulpa part? They might not help you escape clownworld, but they can make it more enjoyable.
>>42853706>There are no reports of a tulpa isekai-ing you into a better world. That's the same category as what happens after deathYeah, I'm aware.>Why not just start with the tulpa part?Sure. But I've read somewhere, if I remember correctly, advanced tulpamancers getting very skilled at "wonderland" manifestation and fully immersing themselves in their own mindscape via intense focused daydreaming, to the point where they can ignore most, if not all, of reality and their surroundings. How true is that? If it is true, perhaps you could go further with that via lucid dreaming, as in, what I'm aiming for. That would be an actual Isekai experience if you're apt enough with lucid dreaming, no? Of course lucid dreams are very short if I'm not wrong, so that sucks, unless there's a method of extending them for as long as you want. Well, it's not an issue, as I'm willing to learn about all of it to try and get what I want. First thing to do would be to attempt to better my mental visualization, I presume. Thankfully I'm not affected by aphantasia but it's a bit weak still, but possibly fixable. I'd very much appreciate any tips or guides, but I could just check the general's links at the top. Main priority is visualizing and talking to anime girls and maybe getting lewd, for now.
>>42853894You're in the right place anon. The links in the OP are fine. Tulpamancy is mostly personal work on ineffable concepts, so you'll still mostly be figuring it out as you go. My tip is to spend a couple days thinking out a traitlist for your tulpa to get started with her personality. Don't rush things, it has to be someone you feel extremely comfortable living with for the rest of your life. Your tulpa will change and deviate as she ages, but that starting point will always be a part of her.
>>42853940Actually, I'm looking through the links in the OP, and I guess my second tip is to be mindful and self-explore. While we were on the moderation team that approved a lot of the materials in the Tulpanomicon, (Well, my tulpa was, at least. She was much better liked than me.) personally some of them didn't fit with my standards or were written by people who were extremely mentally unsound. A lot of it came from .info.>Dane (Irish) and Faqman were alright. >Chupi (Goopi) was a total little faggot>glitch was a pathological liar>oguigi and koomer batshit insane>q2 was autistic as fuck, but probably alright>JD and Maya were chillI don't recognize any other names, must have came around after we got fed up with the community that sprang up there and left. Most of the oldfags had already bailed by the time we did, but it's cool that tulpa still kept going. I can't comment on the quality of material, just the people, because I never used any of their guides.
>>42854038>Continuing through the links. The rest all seem fine, at least in the first section. Kiahdaj was alright, but I think he disliked me for some reason. We didn't speak much. Don't know farcaller and the wizard is anon to me. I skimmed the material and all of it seems fine. I think this must be more recent stuff, because it's more polished in understanding and vocabulary.Good luck anon.

>>42845661My therapist is cool with mine. That being said, I only mentioned the tulpa once or twice. Because he's not around all the time, and I don't treat him as a real person. I just treat him as an imaginary boyfriend for simplicity's sake.
>>42855810Hope you've been well cavebro, you've only been bumping lately.Okay /tup/ question time: >What color is your tulpa's hair, and how old are they?I'm curious about a theory I've had since last thread. I wonder if there's a longevity discrepancy between natural hair colors and those which are more exotic. I'll answer first, for those who can't recognize my posting style or who haven't followed the past few threads. 14, blue. (unnatural) I know a few threads back, some anon called her basic for being an amalgamation of popular things, ala purple wolf furfags or pone tulpa, but she was made prior to OWS, and well before bluehaired libs became a modern staple. But she's still here, outlived 90% or more of her cohort. Cavebrony has a blue haired tulpa, as does spinal-trauma anon. I gather that esl-baker's tulpa cycles between brunette, silver, and blue. Report in, and gather some knowledge that will be lost in the archives. I'm kind of sad that we don't have any footnotes in the annals of tulpa history. My tulpa played minecraft with the host/tulpa pair who invented the term "tulpamancy." (Who is also an unsung, great influence in early tulpamancy.) More than half the guides in the OP are downstream of vocabulary and definitions and dogma that we hammered out. I suppose it's because I'm annoying and my tulpa is a spergling who won't accept credit for anything. https://soundcloud.com/dialogues_and_mena but we were there so long ago that even the rentry doesn't know we ever existed because it had been long enough to not matter at all. Time makes fools of us all.Well, all I know is that I still got my tulpa, and all these forgotten names are where? I think kiahdaj even called me out for saying that I could impose my tulpa's bulk in his guide. Where's your tulpa at, bro? Mine's still kicking and magic AF and sturdy.
>>42856096>>What color is your tulpa's hair, and how old are they?White (#F4F5F6 to be specific), and Soul's 2 weeks and 3 days old as of now, I'm in it for the long haul but I'd rather show that instead of just saying it.
