ok lets say hypothetically that we created an /x/ based "private social club"...
what do we do as a club? what are our goals?
ouija board use seems like a simple start.. but then what else? camping to find bigfoot? camping in skinwalker ranch? native american sweat lodge sessions with native guides? tour through haunted houses?
what is the plan? what ideas can you come up with?
do we do some stuff that is just outdoors type stuff that gets us out away from the city to clear our minds and put us in nature for a while.. like kayak or canoe trips?
or do we try to use the paranormal as a way to earn.. not through scam but through things like remote viewing to find opportunities and value.. maybe even we develop a method to 'see' the numbers of a contest of chance like a lottery.
or find lost archeology sites through remote viewing or dream visions.
maybe we team up with native shamans?
what are your ideas?
do you think this is a good idea?

I like the shamanic angle or a way to make money would be cool. I’m also down with contacting higher dimensional beings, I don’t give a fuck about the consequences anymore because earth is about to end anyway
I say reach out to arcturians or andromedans or whoever is in charge of the Milky Way galaxy. I’m tired of living on Epstein planet. We need help before these politicians rape all the children
>>
>>43082936
>camping in skinwalker ranch?
Why would you be so disrespectful as to bother a spirit who obviously wants to be left alone? Especially a powerful entity like a skinwalker. I wouldn't join simply because of that.
>>
>>43085392
They’re just brainstorming but yeah, no need for me to go after skinwalkers. Someone should assign that job to Israel because they love violence and raping so much
Let them go rape demons as an outlet for their own demons

I like your thinking.. my idea is to gather together as many people as possible who already have a vision for what this idea could be.. and then use the collective resources and abilities of the participating members to build each person's vision into reality. Basically every member of the group would have the opportunity to build another group in the form of their own vision and the first group could manage to contribute to and participate in each second tier group.

Your vision is definitely appreciated and there would certainly be a niche group that would be deeply interested in it.
>>
>>43085392
What do you know about it? You are assuming they choose isolation? So they imitate the voices and appearance of others why? And how much power do they really have? They seem constrained to feeble physical limitations from most accounts.. even if this is only up until the physical material no longer matters

The bottom line is that you are just skaert.. of shadows and boogiemens.. but in reality when the phenomenal actually happens people usually don't even realize that they are seeing anything out of the ordinary.. even when you see a ghost it is just an ordinary experience and nothing seems unusual or special.. like even if the ghost is trying to communicate a point you probably won't get it ..not until much later.

How exactly do you think the mk Ultra program was conditioning young people into high cognitive aptitudes and perception abilities? At some point the subject begins to be introspective and reflective on the concept.. exactly what is torture? If I can calmly observe the situation and find points of control available to me then at least I can take responsibility for my own ability to express my own influence. Existence is existence in whatever condition. We endure. Conditions come and go like the weather..

Those who have become truly neutral and detached have endured more than you know
>>
>>43085412
I'm of the opinion that there are only life forms that can be approached by scientific means and no terminology given to us by any aspect of abrahamic narrative has any merit or basis in reality. In my view the Rothschild investment that is known as israel also has no merit and no basis in reality. It will inevitably go away eventually.. and the sooner the better. If the populations of the world were to be accurately informed they would probably do exactly what they said would happen in their scriptures so I'm for the idea of informing the people of the world so we can see if they actually do exactly that.

>>43085360
A collective collaboration of people could develop methods for squeezing funds out of the concept through direct or indirect means. In other words you could directly get the lottery numbers from ouija or you could drum up seed capital through fund raising efforts either online or on the street corner or door to door or in venues public or private. I have ideas that I won't be discussing in a public forum.. but yeah it's probably possible to build a significant financial empire with the right team

This is a really cool idea and I think being a private club is really important. I’m not sure how that can work, though. Two problems
>1. How is it continuously kept private? Places like country clubs keep this by asking for large amounts of money most people can’t produce. If this club is public knowledge without an objective barrier for entry like a financial one, then how does the door stay closed?
>”private” in this case literally means “exclusive”. While that’s a good thing, I’d want to know who is going to be excluded and for what reasons before I’d consider being a part of it
>>
>>43085715
https://youtu.be/i-GidagO6C8
My suggestion would be to include the bunjinkan in whatever you manage to develop
>>
>>43086735
This is probably the hardest part. It’d be easy to say “by invite only” but even that has major problems. It only takes one bad invite from one other member to start a chain reaction which ruins the whole thing. Whether each member gets one invite or infinite, the issue stands that one bad apple could get invited in and spoil the bunch.
>>
>>43086782
Yeah my first thought was a council of 5 or something who oversees the invite process and votes the invitee in if they pass or whatever.
But I’m honestly pretty fucking done with the voting system as a whole. Not everyone’s opinion is equally valid and I’m done pretending.
>>
>>43086821
Why note make the barrier to entry a little more simple than that and also one that helps vet new entries?
For example
>New invitees must provide legitimate academic proof of having passed Calculus 1 in a standardized school environment
You’re not making sure everybody is some kind of math genius, you're just keeping out the people too dumb to understand systems. Doesn’t matter if they took Calc1 in high school, at community college, or at MIT. You just have to have passed it legitimately.
(by cheating would count i guess because that’s not easy at all in real math courses. If someone can cheat through Calc1, they might as well have passed it as far as i’m concerned.)
>>
>>43086846
I don’t hate that idea. This way everyone gets an invite(s) but if they try to invite a ‘tard then they know exactly what’s about to happen. Inviters would end up vetting the invitees for you by asking
>hey actually have you passed calc one?
so that nobody ends up looking dumb during the process.

The group responsible for this cypher was using the same concept.. jump though the narrow hoop to be invited.. only those already studying the medical concerns of the eye were the potential recruits for this branch of their operations.

I was shown in Germany in 1980 how secret societies have controlled Europe throughout the last 600 years.. from the early 1300s to the early 1900s..
documents marked by watermark to indicate to the network what a branch group has determined the response to be. Any type of document could be marked by a regional group to indicate support or opposition.

What I am suggesting is a system that would be under the direction of a few individuals that are deemed to be the highest competent in each of several fields and otherwise people will be able to remain anonymous.. and each one is encouraged to build a similar group under their own direction. Not required but available

Academia is what it is.. but it is a very narrow view of the substance of an individual. Never mind their previous experience.. it would be better if they have none.. a blank slate.. tabula rasa.

If you want to evaluate the individuals ability to learn the material that might be of value.. but a bumbling idiot that has real world common sense can often be of more value than an academic genius who has never had grease, mud, or blood under his nails.. provided you can harness the potential of the individual with a bit of discipline.

I would rather find people who grew up in structured environments as military dependent who then chose to remain civilian

But in my vision for an initial group I don't have any limits on what type of group that you would build under your own direction. See >>43086139
whatever ideas you have your own group would be entirely under your direction with the support of the entire initial group backing you. If your methods work better than those of others then maybe they adopt your practices. See how my idea works?
>>
>>43087231
Highly disagree and I’m 100% out, then.
It’s not about math or academic skill. I knew you would go the wrong way on that one.
It is proof that you can understand systems however arbitrary you find them to be. If you can’t pass tests, you are dumb. Simple as. I’m not joining a group with dumb guys at the lead.
If somebody can not learn the requisite systems to perform calculus, then I have no reason in the world to believe they’re good at any other system. Multiple intelligences is a lie. People are smart or dumb and it applies to everything for them.

I have spent my life collecting knowledge and information.
I have something to offer and no one to offer it to. It's not fit to release to the general population.
Truth stands on its own merit. It doesn't need to be propped up by belief or even acknowledgement.

My only ask would be that my information be considered a sincere endeavor to pursue knowledge of truth. Not accepting it as proven when the recipient has no means of evaluating or verifying the claims.. but simply acknowledging that the endeavor to pursue true knowledge was sincere.

I don't want blind followers.. I want to teach others how to see the things I have seen.

Some things are outside of our control.
You don't see Bigfoot by imagination when you are not near the places he travels through.. but a few seconds of being in the presence of it is worth more than a lifetime of never having seen it for yourself.

Same for ghosts.. I can probably pretty reliably get results for just about anyone who wants to see this phenomenon for themselves.

Ouija.. sure.. I can probably teach anyone how to do trance state to get the thing working

Orbs? My own experience was that the beings that operate them flew one right beside my head with it slightly visible like translucent metal.. and I could hear the metallic sound of the spinning rings.. so no.. bottle guessing about them. I remotely viewed the thing to watch it going about its job until it noticed me and flew back to my house and pushed me through the wall.. to disconnect me from it. I've got it on camera flying the same path.. only the video was made more than 20 years later.

UFOs?
Maybe we can get them to do more than a distant glimpse.. but the technology is a bit overwhelming

There are many more paranormal things that exist in reality than exist in human fiction and speculation.. but most of the old legends exist because people were encountering something that was real.. even if not exactly physically real
>>
>>43087326
What I’m hearing from that is
>Pursuit of truths you want to hear is more important to you than pursuing truths that could challenge your abilities.
>Talent doesn’t matter. Everyone just needs to try hard and believe in themselves
>I know valuable things but I won’t tell you because then they’ll be open to intelligent criticism
Too idealistic for me.
>>
>>43087326
What I’m hearing is:
>You believe your experiences are evidence of extraordinary truths, but haven’t demonstrated how you’ve distinguished those truths from mistaken interpretations.
>You believe you can teach others to reproduce experiences, but seem to assume reproducing an experience validates your explanation of it.
>You possess important knowledge that you won’t publicly disclose, while asking others to recognize the sincerity of your pursuit.
>Sincerity isn’t the issue. Plenty of people sincerely believe things that aren’t true.
>If truth stands on its own merit, why not subject your conclusions to the same scrutiny as everyone else’s?
>>
>>43087286
Yes, you should definitely take your idea to /sci/ and start finding the conforming minions to build your empire. Good luck with that.
The fact that you had ai explaining your ideas for you, even in such a trivial situation, speaks volumes

The need in this situation is for people who can set the equipment down and actually think. The equipment is not going to achieve the experience.. that is for the humans to do.

No device built by humanity has yet to rival the human brain itself.. despite the mimicry and mockery of the current state of ai

In case you have not noticed, due to reading comprehension or whatever, this is not an invitation. This is a preliminary discussion to which your own narrow constraints have already filtered you out.

You must not know how many times reality has played squid games only to see the academians popped

I'm literally able to discuss the mk Ultra program from direct personal experience.. and I can tell you that your calculus is just another Gordian knot.

Turn to Gödel to watch it fall apart

My father could calculate trajectories in his head on the go while under fire
My oldest brother was working for skunk works for decades and his list of patients reads like an episode of star trek.
Both died with no funeral and no obituary.
You do the math..
The calculus itself is trivial to the situation.
I am well aware of the merits and yet I am still looking beyond what you are citing as foundational.

You are imagining your position to be one of arrogance.. but it is in fact simple ignorance. The puddle is much deeper than you imagine

At least you wrote your actual own wrong ideas out instead of having them regurgitated from an LLM.
You assume many things.
There is a reality that can be perceived beyond the physical context. It is pointless to attempt to establish the reality in the presence of those who have no aptitude or ability to engage in perception of this. For those who have experience with even a glimpse in this direction the information is compelling and is in a context that can be pursued for the purpose of independent verification. If you are an outsider to this it's a vain and pointless gesture to attempt to offer clearly stated factual guidance in a context you have no relationship to and no idea how to begin with establishing one.
I don't have just one type of information. It's collection across many subjects.. in some cases the verification is possible..

There is direct observation and then there is speculation. Direct observation does not require comprehension of what was perceived.. honestly accounting the details of the perception is the beginning of analysis.
In some cases it is not a conclusion that is on offer but a partially solved puzzle with more depth to be examined by those who have the aptitude and ability to.
The speculation of an unqualified outsider is irrelevant no matter how highly the inexperienced hold themselves in esteem.
>>
>>43087479
Do you see any invitations for the likes of yourself in the thread? You are having a conversation with your own imagination.
>>
Yeah well sometimes violence is the answer
>>
>>43087479
You have brought your own assumptions to the conversation.. Those who are not up to the task would filter the themselves out pretty easily.. just like in certain special operations training the ones that actually have what is actually required are not always what the stereotype would have you expect to find.. surviving or thriving in circumstances that would send others away in panic and fear.
I had Sioux friends that had issues with some type of creature or presence.. skinwalker or whatever if you want to know what kind of situation you could find yourself in.
The books ain't gonna help you in these situations.. and typical of book smart tools puddles and soiled britches are a common result.

In Vietnam my father had two black Sargents under him when everyone else was running into the crevices like cockroachs.. these two men reported in for duty and the three of them did whatever had to be done.
When the situation is real what value is your academic prowess in the face of reality? Typically you are going to cave and be a useless obstacle to those who are there with a purpose.. this is true in combat and in pursuit of the paranormal.
Whatever bigfoot is it weighs like a grand piano and can jump gracefully from tree to tree to travel right through an area populated by humans. One thing is clear in its presence, you are not in control of what happens next.

A good question to qualify potential involved persons might be to ask what would they prefer: many recording devices and a slight bit of evidence or a significant encounter with something paranormal with no record that it even happened.
The point is whether they have enough ability to manage their own memory and handle the nature of perception and illusion honestly in their assessment of what they were witness to. In the intelligence community there is the concept of a qualified witness. If you don't have at least as much ability to give honest accurate report then you are of little use in this endeavor.
>>
Because of subversion this is something that should never happen, the people who ruined the internet/society don't need more influence.
>>
It can be assumed that the retards from /sci/ are either actual idiots or they are engaged in deliberate sabotage of a potentially useful conversation. Of course it's not likely for them to be anything other than typical heckler idiots.. in this case typical victims of Dunning and Freddie Krueger. The reality is that they have already revealed aspects of their personalities that would be an interference with any group involvement. In the group that they envision their own methods would be turned against them and they would face exclusion for some aspect that others of their clique would find them lacking in. It's a recursive fractal aspect of the foundation that they intend to build upon.
System design requires the foundation to be built in a manner that will allow all aspects of the situation to exist independently instead of the proverbial joke about the ass clamping shut to show the rest of the body who is really in control.

If you actually do begin to build a team.. you have to discover asshats and dismiss them before they become an infestation of asshats in competition to build a hierarchy of asshats. These were quick and easy.. they leave arrogant and happy to have scored what they interpret as a win. There is merit in the study of complicated systems.. but there are many more than the one example cited and their rigid cult like adherence to the idea that they have found the hoop that every member should jump through is a good indication that they don't have the range of aptitude that would actually make them valuable in a group endeavor.
They are familiar with systems of academia that they have expectations of seeing continuation of. Not everyone of value is going to be able to jump through their hoop. It's arbitrary exclusion that they intend to wield against others to grant themselves power that is actually unmerited.
>>
>>43087691
The key is in building the filter system.
Expect much trash in the before side of the equation.. this open conversation for example.. is open to anyone. As yet no discussion of a specific invitation for involvement is on offer. Anyone can put a burner email to gather what few contacts might be available.. but the actual process would involve an ad obviously. And the filter would be applied across thousands of respondents.
The main idea is to keep them all for whatever use they may have..
But to filter and put like things alike.. and to conceal the few who actually made the cut.
Various different ranges of aptitude are needed to conspire and complement the aptitude and abilities of one another.

I haven't shown all my cards yet.. the thread is for anyone else to share ideas.. it's not the actual offer for invitation yet.

When it does take shape you likely will never even recognize it.. even if you follow the ad
>>
>>43087691
You are correct about subversion.. but with the right few people a system can be developed that will endure thousands of years of attempts without falling apart. The illuminati consider their own organization to have been fully established more than 18000 years ago.
It requires a certain vision and concept of scale.

There are many questions that they are ignoring.. the divisions are not the result of this side of the equation.

You’re an actual fucking idiot and i now see why so many threads on this board get seemingly ruined by a guy who writes long posts but never knows what he’s talking about. but it’s not lots of people. it’s all you. the dyslexic fuck who has to triple space everything so he can read the lines
>>
>>43088570
Typical of the idiots here you are conflating me with others because you are unable to discern. Typical of the idiots here you begin with you preconceived conclusion without bothering with the details of reality.
You are not actually contributing to the thread anything more than a bump.. and it's not even as if you were attempting to.. the reality is you are inferior even to those who you are accurate to criticize; you are not even trying to make positive contribution and you still do more poorly than intended to serve a useful purpose.
My point about the subject was that the specific subject is taught more as a matter of indoctrination into a culture than as an actual expression of intelligence. It's not a measurement of the depths of an individual to gauge their ability to submit to conformist ideas despite the specific utility of the particular system in question. It's not even centered on the stated focus of the initial post in the thread but these idiots have no difficulty disregarding the objective to supplant their own preconceived notions. You simply have no ability to discern anything by yourself and your comment is an attempt to be in their little clique of academic conformity as if they have even enough reading comprehension ability amongst their collective to even notice how much of the context they have ignored to arrive at their arbitrary declarations and co conclusions.

This guy noticed; >>43087508

The people who favor preconditioning of the potential members through academic conformity are not in the right here, despite the value of the particular subject they have fixated on.
>>
>>43088570
>>43088651
The arbitrary metric of using only one characteristic to evaluate potential members is a farce. Anyone can be taught a system. Of more value are those who can see beyond it. Not a single reaction to the mention of Gödel. These are not the kind of people who are going to make useful advancements.. what is their own contribution other than the subordinate position of accepting established dogmatic instruction? How much of their insight into complex systems have they arrived at through their own efforts?
>>
If I were in the position of evaluating these nonces who imagine they are somehow superior due to their conditioning to a specific academic set of parameters I would focus on having them describe the individual people who were responsible for indoctrinating them into conformity with the cult they have joined.
It's not that the procedures they have been trained in are not useful, they are just as useful as their assumptions indicate, the issue is that they have already submitted to the conformity of the standard system. The problems that need to be resolved in the paranormal are not addressed by the context of that system, it's literally the reason for much of the reality of paranormal phenomenon to have been disregarded by academia; it is not simply possible to logarithmically track the points in question. Those who begin and end their investigation with the attempt to use the tangible logistics of calculus to ascertain the definitive form of non physical and quasi physical material are barking up the wrong tree from the start.
For the purposes of this endeavor this type of simple closed mind is counterproductive. When the task ahead is simple and tangible they have right and reason to be dedicated to the narrow minded pursuit of engineering principles of material as it can be physically measured. My own understanding is that the percentage of dark matter that is observable in the galaxy beyond our location is consistent throughout the material of the world we are able to physically perceive. They are overlooking dark matter and dark energy right here in our immediate physical material environment. How are they going to detect it and measure it using calc? There may be a time and place for the application of their knowledge but they didn't invent the knowledge that they are holding up as a metric for others. How much of their material is their own? How much had they figured out before the methodological answer was spelled out for them through academic instruction?
>>
What they are prescribing is that they create an arbitrary filter for others. Not everyone has jumped through the same hoops. It's fine to measure whether the new person being considered is able to learn the material. It's a false metric to demand that each person already has.

They didn't invent the system.. it was handed to them. They are not necessary of the caliber of person to have developed the system from scratch if it had not been given to them. The problem solvers that will make the actual breakthroughs are not transfixed by the notions of a system that they have had no part in the development of. It is a useful tool once you are able to detect the substance in question but it will serve no direct part in this development "as is" from scratch.

They didn't even consider this aspect of the situation. These idiots are probably very limited to the narrow academic scaffolding that they have been indoctrinated to stand upon.. they are choosing to select this one system for the evaluation of potential members? Their intention is not in alignment with the objectives of the original post.

A person who is of limited intellect but fully focused on working with the members of the group to focus on various endeavors and projects would be of more value. A person who is willing to work as a team member towards objectives that they themselves have had no part in developing might be of more value than these narrow minded tools.
The reality is that in their arrogance they are likely to be utterly useless and disinterested in the objectives of the group. What tasks are they going to pursue? Look at those who are already doing this. They are having mixed results.. mostly due to the fact that they have actually been entirely inattentive towards the caliber of the individuals that they have involved in their efforts. Media products have typically taken priority over the research value itself. Hype over substance.

There are academians who are digging in the right direction.
>>
They have thrown out a few turds in the conversation and left.. and this is likely to be typical of their impact in any group they are content to be participants in.. but then chumps like this tard >>43088570

Not the worst suggestion. The pool however is a bit off.. the sufficiently skilled are not restricted by locks. Whether by social engineering or actual engineering they tend to fail and fall away
>>
A person with a talent for fundraising or persuasive negotiations would be of more value than a hundred simple academic indoctrinatees. It's a case of not seeing the forest for the tree, singular.. due to myopic scope of relevance
In one situation that brother I mentioned previously was enduring the diatribe of a parent whos kid had been a recent engineering graduate of a prestigious academic institution.. to which he responded "..Ah yeah those graduates of that school are good, I hired 6 of them last month."

It sucks to be put on the defensive but it's typical for here. It's actually slightly better than ignoring the retards.. but there are always retards. Almost not dumb is one of the worst forms of dumb.. and academia is especially good for propping up the 'would be' dumb by narrow margin.

See my idea involves a method for the group to interact while remaining mostly anonymous. You would have a platform for communication that would put a substitute name.. most people in the group would have no way to identify the person behind the posts. Only a few trusted individuals would know the identity of the people in a branch of the group. You could meet with others while remaining anonymous as far as your actual contributions to the group conversations and endeavors.

If someone gets the idea of exposing something to the outside public they would not be able to identify the individuals who were in the conversation.

I worked for several years in a corporate environment.. and any mention of the abnormal, much less the paranormal, was to be avoided. It is entirely appropriate to keep the identity of the individuals involved a tightly held secret and then require a non disclosure agreement if there is going to be a group physically working together on a project.
Most meetings could be done without exposing any individual as involved.
>>
Unlike the bohemian grove the idea of exclusion by economic filter >>43086735
is not viable.. but plausible deniability is possible through division of branches of the group. Without directly exposing your involvements to others in person they would only know you through the online platform for communication and separately you might meet up for activities without disclosing which anon you actually are. A branch devoted to outdoors activities physically in person might be possible as a way to deliberately place in doubt anyone trying to expose someone else as involved with paranormal research of any kind.. so long as they were not directly involved in this context together and then that's the reason for the non disclosure agreement. Nothing too restricting.. just specifically protecting from exposure to the public by identifying the member participants or identifying their involvement in any activity. Otherwise I would not have concern about exposing the actual substance.. just a basic consideration for individual member privacy.. not necessarily a method for keeping activities of the group secret.

For those who have no professional identity to protect this might seem excessive.. but the idea is to allow people enough liberty to be interested and active in the group without concern of consequences for their curiosity.
>>
Just about any aspect of paranormal activities can be pursued by following up with those people who are making first person reports of their experiences.
If someone has encountered a phenomenon in a location it is likely possible for others to get similar experience in the same place. Not a guarantee but it increases the odds and in some situations that phenomenon might be replicated.. I can show where I saw a ghost in a cemetery.. and provide the background story.. maybe you see something too.. but it is the context of knowing the actual circumstances of the experience of others that matters. If someone is genuinely attempting to report their actual experience it's a good idea to simply let them fully express themselves before even thinking about your response or questions.
If they are unable to clarify by answering questions then there are points to further scrutinize.. also if they can explain in detail.
I have seen disembodied presences move physical material twice. The experience opens questions that are not being asked in academic narratives.

A council of 8 with one person acting as the lead.. over a total collective of 512.. with each of these individuals encouraged to build the entire structure in their own vision to be the one who is directing their own council of 8 ..self and seven others. These 7 would be in the leadership position over 7 others and those 7s would be the lead over their own 7
So for the primary lead there are three groups of self and 7 others. For the secondary level of leadership there are two. For the majority of the group only one group of self and seven others. People would be ranked in several metrics.. sequence of committed involvement.. time investment.. active contribution.. quality of contribution..

You would not even know who the actual leader is in your group with a highly active person functioning as the role. Communication would be recorded in each group and ideas passed along through the network..

This could be used for many purposes.. and funds are well within reach of a group that is willing to produce actual action through its processes.

Anyone here that is on the same page with this?

That's the point I was making.. this is intended to remain entirely independent from other organizations of any kind.. especially not affiliated with the ancient monolithic ones. You can't be certain that you have not been infiltrated if you are not even aware of those who have developed methods and interest in infiltration of everything on earth over the preceding several millennium.

I have ideas for what type of things the group should have long term focus towards and ideas for how to achieve the same type of longevity as some of the older institutions. No absolute controlling guidelines but some recommendations.. the biggest thing is the organizational structure. It's got a lot more potential than I am emphasizing here

This is similar to something I have been trying to do, but I have been much more focused on "technology".

The Order of the Machine Tower is a society dedicated to Technomancy: the idea that modern technology, software, electricity, and AI are forms of "magic" able to accomplish feats once attributed to the mystic arts. Our members seek to master and advance this craft by sharing knowledge, refining code, and exploring the boundaries of conventional techniques.

More information about the group, as well as links to archives of past threads, can be found on the "unofficial homepage":
https://adeptus-telvannus.neocities.org/hpgs/machinetower_main

I have created this weeks general for the Order over on /g/:

There are several ideas not clarified that serve to eliminate the majority of the risk of a malicious actor. For one thing the communications channel is anonymous with the relevant background communication happening in person.
My father had to study computer programming back when the bytes were ring magnets hanging on a wire grid for the purpose of military encryption. I'm familiar with several decades of how things worked. On my own, when I was 17, I dreamed up a simple mechanical method for adding a twist to a simple direct substitution cypher and repeated the function a couple more times and only later found that I had almost exactly literally diagrammed the enigma cypher.

The further development of this is the result of years of looking into such systems.. literally a form of encryption that can be verbally spoken and scrambled beyond the physical limitations of non quantum computation to decrypt.
Can you think of anything that would be more against their own objectives? A system for a modern era network of code talkers to be out of the reach of the world powers?

I mentioned that I had personal experience with the mk Ultra type programs.. If there was anyone more opposed to being under their controlling influence I would be interested in knowing who and how they were created. I know how I was.

the faggot with that stick.. would find himself high and dry.. and he would not even be able to identify the individuals he may have participated in anonymous conversation with.
Even unencrypted the text would not be able to be associated with individual members.

I welcome the input but please don't base determinative evaluations on assumptions.. I've already said that not all the cards are on the table here

If you have methods to keep bad actors out of your group and keep communications anonymous, then great. That is ideal for a group like this. But a lot of people in this thread have been making suggestions that sound like the complete opposite, so I can only make assumptions based on the information I have.

Let's say there was some sort of competency test. How would you administer this test and check the results while at the same time hiding the identity of the test taker? If you monitor them, then their identity is compromised. If you don't, then anyone can just spin up AI and have it take the test for them.

If you have some sort of method that you are keeping secret, fair enough. But you can't just expect people to trust that this group will work or is worth joining without any answers being given.

meeting bigfoot seemed like a good idea until one was jumping through over our heads.. and then suddenly you realize that your own ideas are not going to be responsible for the outcome of the encounter.. but fortunately it just kept on moving.
i get the idea that would be the likely result of finding one such creature.. a sudden realization that the meeting was not such a good idea.. but i don't think i would be affected like some people might..
when i was 7 8 9 i used to go into the woods. by 8 and 9 i would spend the whole day going deep into the woods.. from leesville to the anacoca and turned back because i could see it was an aligator wallow off the north side of the water where the new water came into the lake.
there were paranormal things.. but i thought i was looking for bigfoot/sasquatch/rue and never did find any. i was 18 when i finally was near one briefly.. and it made the point; it is very massive, very powerful, and very intelligent

Some people are much better at reading and writing than they are math, and at least in my state Calculus 1 was a college level course that required several other college math classes as prereqs before they let you take it. Not to mention that asking people to hand over their transcripts, which contain significant amounts of personal data, is a big ask. You could change the requirement to allow people to submit transcripts with their personal data scrubbed, but at that point anyone can use AI or Google Images to just fabricate one.

There is a difference between having a "tard test" and saying "provide us with documented proof that you are good in this one particular school of math."

>>43087286
By your logic, someone who can read, write, play several instruments, fix machines, deep sea dive, pilot planes, and construct their own home with running water and electricity, but isn't that good at calculus is "stupid", while someone who is barely literate but can solve calculus problems and has no other demonstrable skills is "intelligent".

I can see that you clearly struggled with other subjects in school (and life) and this is some kind of cope, but being good at calculus doesn’t make you a genius. This is coming from someone who HAS passed calculus and discrete mathematics.

That kind of thing is not a concern for the very earliest stages of growth. The earliest steps involve discussion with the potential founding members. If an individual is attempting to introduce concepts of structure and process that will be creating the possibility of problems and vulnerability then the opportunity to prevent their influence exists before anything has been committed to. I have many ideas for various stages of growth and development. I want to develop this with others onboard who are invested with at least a small amount of time on a somewhat regular basis and at least enough commitment that they don't just abandon the group project at the first sight of difficulty. I see the function of organizing as a team as having a wide range of possibilities. It can become just about anything that anyone wants to do. My basic idea is to simply set up a few basic processes as a team to function in a minimalist structure and then begin to interact with the members through the established communications process to get their suggested ideas for development and to offer mine.. find out how much support various ideas have and break out into teams to do different things with the people who share common interests.

It would have to be an order with multiple sub-organizations dedicated to different things. Limiting the group to one thing would be detrimental. But starting out it would basically be a men's club where we talk shop, share info, and do stupid esoteric shit and larp as super natural entities and creatures. There were similar kinds of groups which existed/exist for artist and philosophers.
>>
>>43086735
>How is it continuously kept private? Places like country clubs keep this by asking for large amounts of money most people can’t produce
Knowledge, you would have to show a level of understanding as well as provide something of value to show that you are worthy of joining. Also no jews.
>>
Talking about the structure of the organization sounds very different from talking about the focus and goals of the collective team.. not everyone will be interested in the same things. Not everyone will be starting out with the same knowledge hard earned behind them. A certain amount of guidance and communication is necessary to make certain that people are "on the same page".

I made the thread asking for ideas as if this stage has already been achieved but yeah it's not assumed by everyone that the structure has already been sorted out.
There are many things that can go wrong.. in fact business examine structure and processes in order to determine that the possibility of illegal activities are possible, not necessarily that illegal activity has occurred but just that the circumstances that will make it possible exist. This is the type of preliminary consideration that does need to go into a collective effort such as this.

It's not intended to serve as a group function outside of established legal structures. Even the bohemian grove was legally organized and founded as a private social club back in 1872.
It's not exactly a revolutionary concept.
It's not intended to be able to remain secretive at the level of an intelligence community asset.. but what it can become is up to the limits and aptitudes of the participant members.. perhaps most importantly the few people who structure it at the very beginning.

The way the twig is bent is the way the tree will grow
>>
>>43093177
I would say you should start it in a more grassroots manner with people you know/have met IRL before doing anything with people on here. Work out things like for example
>how the organization will function
>its leadership
>hierarchy
>sucession
>general rules and code of conduct
>roles of individual members
>how membership will work
>how one can be inducted in
>how information will be gained and organized
the way fields and subjects shall be organized within the framework of the group
That sort of stuff, building a group which will last is not an easy feat and takes a keen mind and the knowledge and ability to think proactively in order to make sure that any issues which arise can be dealt with.
>>
>>43093154
So we start out by letting in schizos who larp as werewolves or think they are on the run from the Camarilla? Yeah, that's going to end well.
>>
>>43093916
The entrance level would be about as open as this site is.. but the contents of the individual character would decide how much further anyone goes with the group. Lurking silently would not advance you into involvement. We will have a pretty good idea of what you have going on within your mind before you would be anything more than a potential involved member.
>>
>>43085392
You got a good head on your shoulders, anon. Great point.
>>
>>43094085
Ok, so from reading this thread it sounds like you are going to have members show that they passed calculus, which already seems like a flawed qualification, and then they will be "potential members". An overseeing body will then monitor these potential members and try to weed out any schizos, based on unspecified criteria that assumes that supernatural powers exist. One mans prophet is another's lunatic. Eventually, this council will have a group of inner members, who will hang out and talk about /x/ stuff, like this board already does, but hopefully with less schizo posting. Am I understanding this correctly?
>>
>>43094181
so you have really low reading comprehension..
yeah that would be an issue
>>
>>43094162
what do you think about the guys that are already out there using technology to attempt to document the phenomenon at the site?
>>
>>43094657
You want to explain how I am wrong? A quarter of this thread ixs people arguing about calculus, another quarter is discussing some sort of "council" that will govern this group, and the rest is a bunch of people vague posting about MK Ultra and secret communication methods. If you want any group to be taken seriously, you need to be able to answer questions and not be an ass about it. If you can't answer questions, then it is clear that your group is doomed because you are too retarded to organize it.

Brainstorming session.. your ideas are duly noted. How would you go about getting things started? Or structure them once in process?
>>
>>43095224
Right now I see three major issues:

1. There needs to be some sort of core "philosophy" or "creed" that unifies the group. It can be changed a bit as more members are gathered, but it is the responsibility of the "founder" to put forth a solid proposal. Right now the group's identity is all over the place. I know that part of this brainstorming session was to come up with "group goals", but one could argue that if a group doesn’t start out with a clearly defined set of goals, then that group need not exist in the first place. Existing for the sake of existing is pointless.

2. There needs to be some solid criteria for membership. The idea of a "wise council" making decisions is great, but exactly who is this council, where did they come from, who is holding them accountable, and how are they supposed to be selected in the first place when there is no qualification for membership?

3. The proposed "tard test" isn't a bad idea in theory, but I can see that it is already becoming a bad idea in practice. Requiring someone to have taken Calculus 1 limits potential members to only a certain subset that have followed a specific academic track, and it also discounts the wide variety of other skills people possess. I have passed Calculus, I could produce transcripts, I am not saying this because I am feeling inadequate. I am saying it because it is a stupid idea.

Once the group has a defined creed and set of goals, THEN you can start gathering members. Initially, people who are disagreeable to your goals will weed themselves out. After that, you can look at who is left and determine who among them is the most "worthy" of leadership. But until there is something to "rally" around, you can't really organize anything.

I am not writing this to be a jerk. I am pointing out serious problems that need to be addressed if this group has any chance of succeeding.

I didn't mean schizos but the sort of bohemian level (not as in the bohemian club but a bohemian) shit where its more of a kind party game sort of deal. Like how members of those men's clubs would larp as roman gods at dinner parties. I mean we can't just be all business and academia. The Andromedians are watching the collision of our two galaxies with concern and alert vigilance. Humans.. humanoids even.. are not even close to the worst problems brewing in our own galaxy but they are watching for even the thoughts that are directed towards their presence. They are probably going to be benevolent or indifferent as long as they are able to but they will notice even the slightest transgression and will forget nothing.
They are advanced high technology tool users.

The creatures in the center of our own galaxy are not independently mobile and their technology is within their shared corporal body. They are probably going to be the least hospitable thing we ever encounter at our current stage of evolutionary development.

Most humans have no means of evaluating the statement above..

So basically corporate bylaws and mission statement.. which would basically be avoidable as a part of organizing as a private social club.
There is a reason why they organized with that particular legal designation.. are you able to find public statement of what their mission objectives and bylaws are?
In private social life you may do as you choose to. None of the governing regulations are applicable.. and there is no paper trail.

I would ask for each potential candidate to submit their own ideas for the ideal set of bylaws and mission statement. The group under my guidance would assist each individual with aspiration to build their own design into reality in bringing their own individual vision into existence. Information would be archived shared and exchanged with the other groups organized through our shared central collective.. headed by the most active and the most knowledgeable and capable.
