Is it possible to completely cure mental illnesses the /x/ way? I have extreme ocd and to be honest it's not very fun

I know niacin (B3 in the form of nicotinic acid) helps schizos. Don't know what helps OCD. Maybe lecithin? TMG? I have no fucking idea, but there should be something.
>>
>>43138534
you do it by eating proper food, getting sleep, having friends and family and going out into the sun. if you cant do these things, presumebly humble yourself and ask for help from anyone you can think of
>>
>>43138687
I do that except proper food and sleep lately, and I'm not gonna lie it helps, but Sometimes it's all so hard
>>
>>43138761
food and friends/family are the most important

You’ll notice everybody’s suggesting that it’s you who are the problem. It’s not. It’s always the jews. If you don’t have friends/gf, that means you aren’t enough of a jew-lover even if unbeknownst to you. Maybe your personality just doesn’t align with being a boot-licker and you think this is okay but the jew disagrees—believe me, he does. Every answer you’ll be getting on /x/ is likely to be to do you in because they’re always out there trying to nudge you toward destruction. K, now don’t get into the system in any way (very important so never do anything outwardly weird enough without a good degree of plausible deniability to appear on the authorities’ radar. They do EVERYTHING with plausible deniability, never forget) and good luck. This is your first step to getting better. And over time we’ll all get better and we’ll wrest the world away from them

Btw, there’s a thread in the archives from recently and it was said in one of the posts that the “perps” are only sophisticated enough to suggest bad things to you (or “harmful” like smoking and drinking but also other). This seems to have changed. They are now more flexible though were not for years of observation
>>
>>43138953
Find the thread in question (the bad stuff for you is what they actually want but they seem to be trying to be confusing at times). The post in said thread seems to have made the difference

Don't listen to the retards here when it comes to mental health
>>
>>43138534
Just always do the opposite of what you want to do for a while, that cures everything.

Have you tried drugs? LSD and shrooms fixed my Depressions. Psilocybin seem to help with OCD according to the few studies that exist for it. LSD is very similar to psilocybin so I assume it would work too. There are no studies for LSD on this tho, just some self-reported evidence from polls.

It's all alchemy
I'm not the one to give advice on the topic, but consider changing what you are putting in your body
>>
Nac + Zinc + magnesium glycinate + B3 + B9 and for good measure vit C and Vit D
And you will be fixed right up. NAC is the most important

Many people have MTHFR mutations that contribute. Try avoiding folate/folic acid for a week to see how you feel.

Also, get thyroid hormones checked..even slight variance can cause neurotransmitters to become retarded.

Sweat through the urges. Don't check. Don't feed the compulsions. Also read "Hope and Help for your nerves" by Claire Weekes. It's the only book that helps.

If you take an SSRI, Zoloft may work, Prozac works excellent but it's nightmarish to get started. Avoid mirtazapine (sleepy and fat).

Clomipramine works well, but will make you lazy and fat.

I recommend very small atenolol doses, resist the checking compulsions for an entire week (atenolol will help the fear). Read the book.

SSRI last resort. If you can take Prozac for 3 months without killing yourself it works well. This shit works for more than OCD but primarily for it. Trust me I've been a spaz for over a decade with this shit with irrational shit more so than doors locking but legitimate fears and I have conquered them I can literally leave shit half plugged in now and leave the house and leave it unlocked. Read the damn book you can find it for free.

I gave solid advice.

NAC does have some benefits but it can also cause lung cancer to spread. There's actually studies about this. If you smoke avoid it.

Yes. It's brain inflammation that makes it flare up.

No one in the medical industry will tell you this, because there is no way to patent it.

N-Acetyl L-Cysteine. Just fucking take NAC, it reduces inflammation globally, can buy at some drug stores.

Don't believe me? Look at any of the Amazon reviews for listing selling NAC and search for keyword "OCD"

bro you should know that if you dont act uppon your OCD you will be fine. The first ones are pretty though tho. I had OCD in my early years in college where I constantly had to adjust the chairs in a certain way, or if a song is in the background I HAD to know, I used shazam or asked someone. When I couldnt do those things it was so painful, the irony and what helped me the most is that my brother helped me by not giving me what I wanted, e.g: I really needed to know a certain song that he just knew the name and even if I beg he still would not say the name of the song I was in incredible pain but somehow every time this happened I kept realizing nothing wrong happened to me. After more and more exposure to this pain I got used to it and after like 2 years I am fine now.

Recent clinical case series and studies suggest that a strict ketogenic diet may significantly reduce or remit severe, treatment-resistant obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) symptoms

I like how /x/ is giving better nutritional advice than anywhere on the internet
Aside from that, have you tried the opposite of OCD? Assuming everything is a sign that things are going to work out? I think the same structure that sets up OCD can also swing in the reverse. I have some form of that. I also play games with myself, like "If i wake up more than 3 times tonight it means I will be a millionaire."

Try to find a psychologist who specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy. It's been proven to help with various mental health conditions.

therapy often relies on the same pathways that may have been destroyed by trauma

>/x/ way
always remember whatever /x/ way there is will eventually have to be institutionally adopted until its perception is basically as boring sewers

>my opinion
the world and internet needs warmer spaces, not another ideology
the world needs basic, boring signal literacy and hygiene across domains such as jurisdiction, negotiation, domain / frame, and consent
imo signal management eviscerates therapy, which loves identities
identity basically evades capture infinitely across virtue, science, fallacy and therapy even while the Glass Age mass produces it
/NG/ is the perfect example

>mental illnesses
>extreme ocd

The Scn. term for this condition is "aberrated." You'll find this useful:

>An engram is a mental image picture of an experience containing pain, unconsciousness, and a real or fancied threat to survival. It is a recording in the reactive mind of something which actually happened to an individual in the past and which contained pain and unconsciousness, both of which are recorded in the mental image picture called an engram. It must, by definition, have impact or injury as part of its content.
>These engrams are a complete recording, down to the last accurate detail, of every perception present in a moment of partial or full unconsciousness.
>The reactive mind comprises an unknowing, unwanted series of aberrated computations which bring about an effect upon the individual and those around him. It is an obsessive strata of unknown, unseen, uninspected data which are forcing solutions, unknown and unsuspected on the individual which tells you why it remained hidden from Man for so many thousands of years.

Here is a complete textbook on how to heal people of mental illness and mental injury of all kinds:

This manual contains everything you need. The specific procedure known as Routine 3-R is described in chapter 2 of book 3, found in the PDF on pages 355-430 (printed page numbers 327-402). The procedure steps itself are described on PDF pages 374-377 (printed page numbers 346-349). This is the core technology of Dianetic therapy that has been hidden from you your entire life.

Here's to your freedom! The work was free, keep it so.

You're not gonna like this and you'll think I'm wrong but the correct way to fix mental illness is to simply choose to stop being mentally ill

>>43138534
Most mental illness is caused by spirits effecting your thoughts (effecting, not affecting). Challenge these spirits by challenging the ocd thoughts. Realize they are trying to mess up your life and they talk about ifs not sure things
>>
>>43145498
Facts. You shouldn’t be thinking of doing anything bad, morally wrong, unhealthy, evil, or illegal. If you are having bad thoughts or hearing voices or something, then you need to tell yourself, “Something’s wrong. I need help, I shouldn’t be having these thoughts. Why am I having these thoughts? Who caused this? How can I stop thinking of this? And learn to block it out by accepting that it’s morally wrong to even think about. People don’t realize, we create our own reality with our THOUGHTS, Not with our word, or actions. You are what you think!!!!! And other people can pick up on your thoughts because we’re ALL telepathic. Regardless of language because energy doesn’t have a language. Now when you say or do even think something bad, knowing that it’s wrong, that’s something different. And may even be a sign that you need more help than someone who doesn’t know it’s wrong.

>>
>>43145535
Not sure you have the right idea when you speak of mortality, but you are spot on when you say you create your own reality with your thoughts, that being said I think OP has an external spirit causing him trouble. We are telepathic a little but that's not at play here.

every single claim in that image is false, except that schizophrenics smoke cigarettes more commonly
