Why are "turkish oil wrestling" and Kushti (indian folk wrestling) so much less known\popular, than sumo, greco-roman, etc? Is it because they themselves imposed heavy non- outsider restrictions upon those sports?For example in the br*tish empire era, many scholars were fascinated by yoga, but Kushti didn't make much of an impact...likewise the balkans, once ottoman clay, don't have the folk style of turkey.>pic semi-related. he's a pro-wrestler persona, but looks great
