>pay us $20 extra and your helmet might actually do what it's supposed to dowhat a fucking scam.
NEEEEERD!!!!!
>>246436that helment companies can get away with this is unbelievable
>>246669Good way of saying you'll never go proI take cues from Tony Hawk and Andy MacdonaldBitches see you wearing full gear they'll eventually think your a real proDoesn't matter how many cool tricks the "cool kids" do, sorry fuck will slip one day and never be able to skate againAt least my bones aren't gonna crack
>2025>skatingWhat a nerd!
>>246436The skate one is likely for multiple impacts in a skateboard situation at like a skate park or whatever. You're gonna hit your head when you fall down and it'll protect it. The certified one is likely for the certifications it needs to quality as a bicycle helmet which has higher protection that breaks on impact and it's one time use for higher impact situations
>>246969the skate one is literally just the plastic outer shell with the soft padding inside. meanwhile the certified one has the plastic shell, a layer of hard foam, then the layer of soft padding. it's also multi-impact certified, so it's not a one time use thing.
>>247001It's EPS which is single impact
>wearing a helmetlmao
>I've never seriously injured my head while skating so I don't need to wear a helmetwhy do so many people use this excuse?
>>247635Because they've seriously injured their heads while skating
