So much of the training data for the models concentrates on females that there are a lot of tags that mean "girl character" without actually being exclusively female to a normal person. There are a few tags that strongly push for male, even if the character lacks muscles and other "masculine only" traits. The following I use for Illustrious/Noob based models, not Pony or anything else.Positive prompts for male: toned male (adds abs and veins, not necessarily heftyness), pectorals (works better if you want low muscles mass, but don't use this if the chest isn't prompted to be viewed, stick with toned male), body hair (not everyone wants body hair, but easy way to push away from female, most models just put a dusting on the arms or legs unless specified otherwise), slim body, (helps keep muscles without going into bara territory)undercut hairstyle (can be combined with other hair prompts, like braid, and still push to masculine, but always makes it short on the sides), topless male (as opposed to just topless), any facial hair prompt, goatee can look good on twinkish guys (no bearded ladies used in training it seems)teenager (helps push the maturity level down without triggering censorship, less mature characters are slim and twinkish) dark eye color and/or dark hair color (it seems to associate blond hair/blue eyes with females).facial piercings, lip piercing, nose piercing, eyebrow piercing, (obviously women have more earrings, but models feel the other kind are masculine)male pubic hair (just "pubic hair" is for females, also makes the bush darker and more wiry)Combining some of the above with more feminine prompts (like skirt, makeup, curly hair) should help keep the character in the middle.
