How long would it take a beginner in 3D modeling to sculpt a face like this from scratch?

Every stroke you make will create a lump and every stroke you make to rix a lump will creat 2 more lumps, and youll waste away your life trying to smooth out bumps and never actually make the model.
>>1020160This trash fire is already burning in the ither thread
>>1020114all of these korean mmo tier same faces are made with UE5 metahuman
>>1020114someone who knows what their doing about 3-7 dayssomeone who doesn't know what their doing (you) 1-3 years
>>1020114Is this scanned or partially sculpted
>>1020201What do you mean?
>>1020223They mean "since I do not have the technical or artistic knowledge to give an informed answer on a creative board I'm gonna mention a random fancy piece of technology in hopes it makes me look clever while also minimizing the idea that creative artistry can be involved in things people like, which always gets me erect on a creative board"
>>1020224He may be wrong on metahumans in this particular case but is on the right track, if that's all OP is looking to do in regards to 3dcg he can just churn out metahuman slop
>>1020226Op asked about sculpting *from scratch* so obviously this isn't a question about automatic generators
>>1020227It would be prudent to assume laymen have no idea on what they want and how to achieve it, especially if they care more about time spent like OP and not the process itself
>>1020114you could do it. from total scratch then a week to learn the software, several weeks making stylised things. then get a base head mesh and try and recreate existing faces. 3 months.you can find resources like HUMAN: Realistic Portrait Creation with Blenderonline which, once you can use software, show you what to do.
