Another way to think about this is while Satan has influenced a lot of characters to do evil shit in this manga, both the narrative and the characters in story still hold the human as ultimately responsible - Father Nicholas abusing Josh was almost certainly Satan's doing but when Nicholas was possessed, the other priests viewed it more as a sign that Nicholas was a sinner rather than a victim. Even if Imuri tried to save Angelo and Lisa, it's too little too late when she's already done everything Satan wanted her to do. On that note my guess is Angelo survives here and lives with Imuri, around to witness the damage the corrupted Church will do and no longer able to do anything about it. The christian setting of the manga I really liked, and Bel’s probably one of my favourite characters in all of new manga.
