It started of interesting about teen angst, suicide and dreamscapes, but then it went ...nowhere.

I thought the first episode was astoundingly great and it is a real shame how it turned out.
It totally ruined the director too which is unfortunate because I think it looks and "feels" great right up until the ending OVA. He doesn't have a single credit from 2021-2025... at least he seems like he's finally starting to get back at it since he worked storyboards on Dress-Up Darling season 2.

In hindsight we had a really great run of anime originals from 2020-2022 (Odd Taxi, Sonny Boy, Akiba Maid War, to name a few...) and if you only look at the best 75% of this show it's absolutely up there. On that note I need to get back to watching originals. Even when they turn out shit they're fun.

The slice of life parts are fun, even when they're just talking shit and calling each other sluts
