In 1:5 that is not the case and we mostly see perspective of hoes reacting to MC. Normally, there might be some reaction POV mised into the series between MC actions, but in 1:5 this is taken to extreme. That's not a problem if characters are entertaining, for example One Punch Man does this right. But that's not what normally is expected from isekai MC. I guess this is correct way to write a novel about women going insane from lack of male attention, you need a lot of their POVs to get their angst across.
