Scene 76: Chance of Victory
>>282945356Clever producer
>>282945389Based Takemitsu.
>>282945424End of chapter.
I can feel THAT coming.
>>282945252kyaa
New episode soon.
>>282944304As was said in an upper post, the tgird episode suffered by that, with she punching so hard a dude that she broke a wall, he flew away, despite technically she was in a covert operation.
>>282944304It gets more interesting as more of the setting is explored, IMO.Re: challenge, I have two words: escort missions.
Kyle during his farmer arc ends up with a really buff right arm because he lets pinky lay her head on it every night when they sleep
>>282944376That makes sense, plus whatever was left of his pride was crushed at the end of Scarlet's fist, and maybe his nose too.
>>282925503Would you be able to tame this mesugaki? Damn, I want loli Scarlett in Bache outfit.
Since the last dump was posted after bump limit, redumping here as if anyone actually discusses the chaptersChapter 289: The Akatsuki Spy!!Start: https://desuarchive.org/_/search/boards/a.desu.meta/subject/Daily%20Naruto%20Chapter/filter/text/page/8/Previous>>>282905987

It's been one year since you looked at me~
>>282942811Without a single spoiler, how was volume 8?
I'm gonna save that cute dragon.
>>282943703
>>282942852Looks like he didn't even read it.
>>282938738Nah, I'm thinking Kinema Citrus
I've come to realize that each Yuru is meant to represent a different season.>Kyouko is spring because spring is when people start feeling more energetic>Chinatsu is summer because she has the brightest colors and mood>Akari is fall because she's the comfiest>Yui is winter because she acts cold and it's darker during winterTheir hair colors and personalities all match the vibe of each season, and their names are also similar to Japanese season names (with the exception of Kyouko not being similar to Haru).Chinatsu > Natsu, Akari > Aki, Yui > Fuyu
>>282941756It's kind of a staple with omurice
>>282941756Better than mayonegg.
>>282941155>egg themed>daughterOyakodon...
>the antagonists in One Piece are not intimidatingHow is a 16-foot supersonic motherfucker with a trident less intimidating than some fag from Bleach or Naruto who just has very, very powerful magical powers?
>>282943650Haki users cannot be hurt by non haki weapons>>282943655Yeah but a haki punch would still have done more damage
>>282943292>Big Mom is used to mock One Piece?Yeah, niggas have no problem with Majin Buu, but will tell you that this deserves to be laughed at and mocked. People just love being awfully biased and retarded about this series.>>282943581>cherrypicks one of the few antagonists with>what is Arlong>what is Smoker>what is Crocodile>what is Enel>what is Rob Lucci>what is Doflamingo
>>282944046>Arlonglooks goofy, and when it attacks is just plain ridiculous >luccifurry, cannot look seriousthe rest is fair but it's still less than 10% of the main villains. Most shounen villains look respectable at least
>>282944190>an anthropomorphic shark that can eat your neck in one bite isn't intimidating because...>a giant leopard with super speed isn't intimidating because... memesOk>More than half of the antagonists Luffy has faced>still less than 10% of the main villainsOk
>>282944046>Majin BuuHell, most of the DBZ arc antagonists are like that >angry manlet>angry manlet>Cell is alright but there’s that scene where he’s a goofy fat fuck>goofy fat fuck who becomes another angry manlet It really was the movieonly guys and Cell keeping it from being a total ankle biter fest.
Chapter 27Shima's short time in China had given him a rather grim forecast of Hatsushiba's prospects and Japan's role in global trade in general. They were being outcompeted by local Chinese companies both in China and abroad as manufacturing had shifted there due to the lower wages of the workers. His own thoughts were for Hatsushiba to set up production in China to manufacture products there as well where they could be made cheaper for both the local Chinese market and exported back out to Japan and other countries for cheaper. Even though this would negatively affect Japan's domestic manufacturing, it was seen as an unfortunate but unavoidable consequence of trying to compete globally. But Shima had other, more personal problems, as well as after a bizarre visit to Vixen he found out that Chaco Mama had started using heroin. She'd started doing it along with her lover, the wine critic Robert Baker, who'd been supplied it by the shady underworld-affiliated businessman (and partial owner of Vixen) Liu Yansheng. With Shima's help and a hospital stay, Chaco was able kick her habit and decided to wash her hands of her bar and China and head back to London, separating from Baker in the process who would shortly wind up killed by some of Liu's men. But Shima and Chaco weren't the only ones having issues with Liu as Yang Chunhua, Shima's secretary, had her family's personal business ruined by him, the shock of which mentally broke her father. She thus has sworn to not rest until Liu is punished for his crimes and to that effect, promised to protect Shima and wanted to take her to meet her Taijiquan master after she'd personally fought off some goons sent by Liu's lover to rough her up.

Do you think you lose a certain something when you read a manga all at once, versus reading it as it comes out and you get the waiting and the build up in real time, waiting for the new chapter to come out? Or am I being a schizoid and because it's the same story either way, the actual wait doesn't matter if the story is good?I don't really have an image appropriate for my question so here's a cute Fuuka
>>282944224Both have their charm for their own resons.Dailies in theory are a good compromise because they allow for chapter by chapter discussion while keeping a decent pace.
>>282944224They're different things, each with their own benefits and drawbacks, you can't really have both so you just need to pick what is preferable to you.
>>282944553Stop insulting my threads, I thought it was a good question
I think reading week to week gives you a greater familiarity with the material because you start to attach emotions to the arcs (good or bad) and start to identify the series with its place in your life with a sort of long view perspective. When you binge a series it might resonate deeply but it sort of holds a place in your life like a good movie or limited series. You appreciate the larger arcs and storytelling devices the author implemented because the cause and effects and motivations and foreshadowing is much more obvious and immediate. But you'll always be aware that your appreciation of the series is one where you came to the story late and you can only interact with the community on the community's terms. There might be very few people who give a shit or there might still be a huge amount of fans keeping the lantern lit. Just two very fundamentally different experiences for reading a manga and each with their own pros and cons
is this the moomin thread?
Chapter 17: Noxious Fumes
>>282934256You have mine, at least
>>282939194some people have allergies....
>>282939194i thought he was supposed to be European or something when he was first introduced on the boat, but i guess he wouldn't be walking around town with a sword if that were the case
>>282929046There is some cubist influence too, with the floating eyes. Very interesting and unique art style.
Translated chapter 2
>>282935278I like that the manga is doing it's own spin on things rather than just trying to adapt it too closely. This does change her character somewhat though
>>282943911I think she works better as someone who is too tired to care. She's somehow more generic by showing so many emotions.
>>282920506GAAAAAAAAAAAAY
>>282945200She does care, but she's also tired
What will be the downfall of Ricardo "Jap Killer" Martinez?
>>282942733Ippo vs Mashiba already used the gimmick of Ippo's opponent getting one of their arms completely destroyed during the match. Nobody would be satisfied by Ricardo losing because of a major nerf.
>>282942704>american mercenariesIsn't everyone who receives a wage a mercenary?
>>282941814Sendo tanks a straight from Ricardo. Sendo clinches but to the surprise of the audience, he kisses Ricardo right on the lips. Ricardo tries to get out of the clinch and does a body shot but Sendo presses forward while kissing him and then gropes Ricardo with his right hand. Ricardo is flustured. Then suddenly...BAM. Sendo launches a smash to Ricardo's left side of the jaw and he falls to the mat flat on his back and his head bounces on the canvas. Sendo wins. After the ceremony Sendo walks out of the ring. Looks at Ippo and says "I discarded my manhood to win. Now is the time for you to come out of the closet." Ippo is dumbstruck and confused. He is not sure whether it was a challenge or that he should confess his love to Miyata. つづく
>>282942686Martinez lives as a king in Mexico why would he move to hellhole that is USA?
>>282943554real
Even if Tanjiro and the others hadn't risked their lives to defeat Muzan, America could have defeated him, right?
>>282943742After the war, the US likely negotiated with Muzan to turn them into human weapons to counter the Soviet Union.
By the way, Muzan can only go outside at night, but he's immortal, right? There are a lot of people who want to be immortal, right?
>>282943663I mean, I don't think Muzan can tank an atomic bomb.
>>282943965he can just hide in his pocket dimension
>>282943663>Nezuko ends up as the comfort woman of American soldiers
My favorite manga. The first reading comes at you like a train. Just constant dread and discomfort with barely any pauses at lightning speed. 10/10 page turner drama. Again you cant look away, just like a trainwreck. It captures the mood it was trying to give perfectly and its even more enjoyable if you can relate.Theres even more in store for rereadings, even when you already know how it all plays out and it loses that suspense. You gain a deeper understanding of the characters and their choices, mindsets, thoughts in certain moments. Stuff you didnt have time to think about while you were marveling at that train wreck. Passionate, emotional, sincere. Nice allusions to the actual Flowers of Evil book of poems too. Motivates you to read it. The payoff for the main character's developed was amazing and executed in an extremely satisfying way. Thank you Shuzo Oshimi my GOAT. This is definitely your magnum opus. Will be thinking about this one for some time. What are your thoughts? I hear a lot of people dropped it (especially because of the anime) but I honestly believe if you have, you should give it another shot with the manga. It would be a waste not to.
>>282939097One of the few manga I bought the volumes for. 1) Because it ends without dragging it out2) Because I loved it the same way you did
I had my book reading aunt read this as her first manga experience lmao. She liked it well enough.
>>282939970Your loss, butt floss.
only read until the part where the dude and the psycho girl trash the classroom. im gonna start it over again. i really liked it. premise and the theme of the story is very simple. but it is portrayed very intriguing. evokes very primal emotions
>>282939097Not for everyone. A lot of people go through life without a single suicidal thought. A lot of people can never experience any sort of existential dread. A lot of people's mental state will never be an obstacle for any part of their lives. A lot of people will laugh at what they can't understand or think they understand based on their personal experiences and individual makeup. I think for people that can resonate with the state of the characters in Aku no Hana it is a very entertaining read that will stay with them.
What did Gege meant by this?
Will there be a hell arc?
>>282944694>Renji
>>282944800Lazy
>>282944958yup
Why is that these threads almost die and then a few hours later 20+ replies popup all of a sudden
>>282937581Because I don't want to fap to non-incest content.
