Alfur is in wolf form in this scene, which means she might've not developed a human form yet.So the order Oki befriended the monsters in, from what we know so far:-Alfur-Hona-Dron ≈ FluteShe had the ponytail when Dron and Flute first saw her, so those scenes happened around the same time.
