And with that, our story comes to a close. Written from the Unknown to (You): UNDEAD UNLUCK.What a ride and a half. Out of all of the recent stories told in the pages of WSJ, this one still speaks to me the most. There's something truly special about it, the fast-paced storytelling, how fresh the world feels despite being basically our own, the Negation powersystem, how well written and unique the whole cast feels, even the romance bits are well done, everything in this manga all blends so seamlessly to feel like both a story from the late 90's-early 00's period of Jump while also standing on it's own in the current day. Despite it's unappreciation and the (arguable) axe near the end, I feel that Tozuka managed to craft a story that while not perfect, was able to deliver a story that can reach the hearts of those that are struggling with their life, that THEY, the reader, can easily negate and change the fates of their lives, by just simply facing your challenges head on and enjoying what life has to offer.Or you know, you can just get lucky.No matter if you were reading week-to week starting from 2020 to this January or if this Storytime was your first time reading this, I hoped that you enjoyed Yoshifumi Tozuka's debut serialization, here's to hoping he takes his time with his next manga to make it as best as it can possibly be.See you next Storytime! or in tomorrow's oden piece chappy
