It's boring. The main character is probably one of if not the worst Jojo. He's a literal Mary Sue with no personality who only shows up to save the day. If you took the whole anime and removed Giorno the story quite literally goes from a 6 to an 8. The side cast and characters are so much better with more depth, but don't get enough focus to be fully fleshed out. Diavolo is one of my favorite villians but his motivations were morally neutral compared to most other Jojo villians and as a mafia boss had way more incentive to do the things he did. The post ending episode is the only thing holding this season together realistically, but it's something I see a lot of people complain about when they like this part meaning anecdotally, to me, retards are only here for villian of the week shit.
