I sympathized with her curse and her backstory, but she's still a narcissists who thinks her circumstances exonerate her from hurting other people. Even she seemed to realize this, but couldn't get out of her victim mentality.
Everyone, save a few exceptions, come to believe themselves to be victims and incapable of doing wrong; it's the main theme of the series. So I don't really hate her, and I don't think I'm supposed to.
