Yotsuba's inherent superiority and revisionist history after a universal celebration when gook scans dropped. Basically good end, although the last arc dropped the ball because Negi got bored and didn't know how to end it.

Regardless of who won, I'm still impressed that Negi actually ended it with a definitive winner rather than dragging it along for years as a zombie manga with no conclusion or, worse, gave it a harem ending. He could have easily kept the series alive without conclusion for years and raked in the cash, but he had enough integrity to end it.
