1. Ginbak said that Diganazal was a lot more "boring" than Jachi. You could also see it in the feats that Diganazal performed; she needed a web to hold back Berser, but Jachi's mana was choking out Berser. Diganazal did a flurry of punches on Ginbak that didn't budge him; Jachi's first punch against Ginbak knocked his face back a small amount, and shattered the ground around them.

2. Heroes > Wizards in the human world. The heroes are meant to be the strongest humans in that verse and they're basically all physical warriors with swords. Hallow + Ario > Zaybi/Old man Regis (fireball guy that died to spit in the first chapter).
Zaybi isn't confident fighting against one giant, Hallow while demoralized and terrified was able to block a Giant's fist, Ario with the Fairy Union slaughtered dozens of full-powered giants.

3. Jachi uses the cape to hold back his powers, and he is the most combat-hirsty demon.
This is more of a meta-point, but in One Punch Man it's shown that obsession and training make you the most powerful. Darkshine, Flashy Flash, Garou, Saitama, etc. Them focusing on one thing, choosing to hold themselves back or endure the harshest conditions lead them to being the strongest.
Moreover Jachi is a DBZ reference and DBZ is often memed for being the most powerful.

4. Jachi effortlessly destroyed an entire robot factory.
Meanwhile Roya Roach is struggling with a robot army.

5. Biggest one Jachi is a saitama reference
One-punched a lot of enemies, seeking a powerful foe to fight
