You know why I liked this flashback? Because of Hachinosu. The Strawhats are just hobos moving from place to place, their only home is their ship. But seeing Rocks and Roger and their crews and all these other pirates coming and going from Hachinosu gives this sense of permanence to the place. This is the home base.
