This to my knowledge the only official coloring of Pucci from Araki. I don't actually know myself if the colored manga for SO is "official" and even if it is, whether Araki had much say in it. But going off this volume color he's clearly just a sort of tanned white guy, you can see it most obviously in the skin that's being lit, but even the skin under the shadows is fairly white it seems to me. Being a black and white manga you don't really get to have different shades of skin, not without a lot of effort, and I think black characters are drawn to be very obviously black - I don't have anything off hand but the black cafeteria lady in SO I think was drawn very obviously darker than Pucci. I'm fairly sure the intention was never for him to be anything more than slightly tanned white, but all the colorizations fucked it up
