I never said it wasn't worth watching if you're curious about it, it's just not particularly special and is essentially like a movie length ultra-violent OVA that appealed to people at the time. Anyone who acts like its going to be some mindblowing thing to watch is just kidding you though, its very much what you'd expect from the genre it's in and is a basically straightforward pulp samurai movie. There's a reason why only westerners particularly remember and fawn over it.
