Gege explains everything, the characters exist to explain the plot, the fights are explained, the defeats and victories are explained, everything is an explanation. I also hate the heavy reliance on shock value I also hate the heavy reliance on shock value (specialy because it's impossible to care about the deaths of characters who existed just to explain things lol).
