It’s fun and a manga I definitely enjoy it. But what motivated me to get fit was battle Shonen desu. And the allure of the series somewhat decreased for me after years in the gym. I’m happy if this series helped others though.

The reward could be money, it could be a chance to meet Harnnold Dogegenchonegger, it could be the fun of all-you-can-eat, it could be a not-for-sale rare T-shirt! They might appear on television, they might get to visit a completely foreign country, they might time-travel, they might isekai, they might get to see a new gym! A new character introduced to help them train could be a self-proclaimed rival, it could be a reference to an IRL famous person, it could be an uncle, it could be a home-workout! It's usually all realistically selfish!The girls always open the chapter wanting/lusting after something they don't have but clearly desire. Within a few pages, an event occurs that shows they have the capacity to get that very thing, or person, or skill, that they wanted so badly! They work (at different quality or level) to help themselves attain it, get various levels of success at gaining it, and the manga ends that their motivation to DO SOMETHING pays off!It's... completely opposite to his figthing manga. The girls always have a reason to learn and play and it's blatantly obvious why and comically fun to watch.
