Why can't we get lighthearted ecchi harem comedy anime anymore?Maybe i don't want to watch isekaislop? Maybe i don't care for 3deep5you pseud stuff? Maybe i just want to sit back and watch the MC slip on a banana peel and fall on a hot girl and laugh at them
what the fuck are you on about we get them all the fucking time
>>281934910remove the ecchi and the harem and the comedy and it will be kino
>>281934919The comedy is solely missingEcchi harem romance is much inferior
It's extremely boring formulaic JP romcom trash. JP simply does not do harems outside of porn. They are strictly mono romances no matter how many women are in the cast. A harem romcom differs from other romcoms only in that the main girl is almost always the 2nd most attractive. Harems are structured so that the 1st most attractive is like the final boss for the series to add dramatic tension for the main couple resolution.
>>281934942That's a nice autistic ramble you've got there but everyone in the world knows what a harem anime is.
This was good
>>281934910because combining harem with comedy leads to the same boring formulaic trash
>>281934910What irritates me the most is when a show is labelled as a 'harem' when it's about a bunch of girls who all secretly have a crush on the same guy and the guy gets 1 girl at most. That's not a fucking harem, that's just bullshit cringe teenager drama.
>>281934910Good riddance. Unlike isekai, battle-(fake-)harems are actually formulaic all the way in substance. The worst ones are the ones that have a violent tsunshit among the harem, which is at its worst if that is the main girl or the CF. Similar with the MC being tossed around all the time. Though harem-rom-coms like to-shit-ru are even worse. >>281934935I liked Omamori Himari a bit more than most others because it actually had some noticeable progression and the MC got some powers of his own as well, which is also why I liked Rosario+Vampire (manga) as well. Those "formulaic snoozefest evolves into something better" cases were an oasis in a desert of boredom. >>281934972This one was very special because it was arguably isekai and Akatsuki is a very rare unironic "alpha gigachad" archetype you almost never see from nips. Though things make more sense once you realize that it's the same author as Shinmai Maou no Testament.
>>281937007No that's a harem
>>281938654I guess the reason why it gets labelled as such is because of mouthbreathers like you who don't have the cognitive ability to even discern the fucking meaning of words. Fucking hell.
