Has anyone here learned Japanese to experience manga the way it was originally intended?
trying again this year, I've made it further than last time.although mostly it's to read hentai...

>>281935948No, I only learned japanese because not enough of the stuff I like was being translated. I wouldn't have given a shit otherwise, to be honest. Other languages would have been more useful. Hell, I'm starting chinese now for the same reason and I frequently wish I wouldn't have to bother.
