Same reason also that nips found out that Shanks has a twin some 5 or 6 years ago because Shamrock supposedly had some context clues in the way he talked in the throne room that Shanks doesnt and thats how they found it. Basically 99% of hints come from the japanese language since the manga is written for nips and we are mostly completely in the dark basically
