I do agree that the series would be ultimately better off if it was a comedy SoL about Marina's failed attempts at bullying Shizuka. All the foiled after-school bullying attempts were realistic, when she stabbed Takopi in the eye it jumped the shark, and when she somehow concocted a plan to get herself bitten so that the dog gets taken away, it jumped the shark and required Marina to read the script and still required some steel nerves from Marina. There is absolutely no way that any child would try to start shit in the presence of such a huge dog.

That was unintentionally funny, how the Marina whitewashing in the original future makes it look like she's to blame when killing her would literally not solve anything. Let's assume Takopi did travel back in past and kill Shizuka. How does that stop Shizuka's mother from seeing her biggest pogchamp? At best, everything else happens more or less the same and then the four eyes just runs away from the relationship anyway when she sees Mrs. Kombucha.

But the series at least doesn't take one side or another, it's just funny that there are retards who take Marina's word for it because Takopi thought it was a good idea.
