So, like Some Senran Kagura characters? Well, some people may say that it's bad character design if a female character wears revealing designs or ''dress slutty'' but doesn't have a personality of ''I'm sexy and I know it'' (Haruka in the same franchise) or something like that, and sure, I can understand that...but, bad design/characterization or not, I don't deny that ''characters that dress slutty but don't act slutty'' can have their own appeal.
