desu even though I read the manga and watched the anime I still don't understand how his stand works. its definitely one of the strongest especially with requiem. I think thats part of the reason araki decided to reset the universe. the stands were becoming to insane.

Definitely something that Araki thought sounded cool but realized it was too complicated to implement in the story, so he dropped it.
remember how one of the major plot points in the airplane section was him only being able to animate objects using his hands? and how it gets thrown away a few episodes later where he kicks the thing to kill the mad doctor? the hell?
