The thing is Yuuno disappear from the franchise and Nanoha and Fate are living together in a house in Vivid so we can fanwank something change between StrikerS and Vivid (actually it was focusing even more on waifufags)

Things started to change in A's by erasing the love triangle and instead making Yuuno into Nanoha's simp. StrikerS introduced more waifus but Yuuno was still there as an option for the otakus who wanted to self-insert as him but the industry changed in the 00s with the rise of CGDCT and secluded all-female worlds full of waifus. Nanoha followed the trends and Yuuno was erased. Basically it's a retcon over another retcon
