>>282048588What the fuck is the point of the story being an isekai if the MC was born into that world? You don't have the "fish out of water" aspect since they were raised with the world's custom. It could have just been a standard fantasy setting.
>>282048890Isekai was never about being a 'fish out of water'.
>overpowered cheat skill
>>282048588Ok, thank you for establishing you don't like it. Don't watch it then.
>>282048890My problem with isekai is that they don't even do "fish out of water" well for the most part
>>282049134Shallow response
>>282049134why are isekaifags so insecure?
>>282049501Look at the genre, it's made for people who want a main character who's a loser with no personality so they can relate to them, always wins so they only get power fantasy out of it, has a harem of girls that appeal to the dream of being desired without working for it, and have virtually identical settings and stories so they don't have to experience anything new. Of course it's an extremely insecure demographic.
>>282048951Yeah, it's more like being an invasive species.
>>282049454>isekaijin uses... COMMON SENSE
>>282048588>>Reincarnated as/in-I've had a lot of fun drinking my way through some of these shows.
I prefer double bookkeeping, crop rotation and introducing rice and baths
