Instead of producing censored animation, why don't they produce good animation with nudity as needed then run the result through a censoring AI for the stupid baby foreigners to gobble down? Then they'd have the good version already for BRD and local streaming. It's off the shelf technology now. Google uses it to remove naked people from google earth even.

Because as much as /a/ would have you believe otherwise it’s in fact the Japanese who want censorship. They are very prude people.

Obsessed.

I personally think that episode was hotter censored the way it was.

I suppose Italy and Greece want it too.

this. Saya No Uta's censored version has way better pacing. Sometimes the limitations help.

It doesn't track. You may need to add some gimmicks. Make up a fake history lesson.

Despite what /pol/ told you about bugmen, even "the Japanese" are not a hive mind and their censorship such as it exists is - just like anywhere in the world - the current compromise between frigid soccer moms and horny men.

“Even before the war, the use of the word ‘kiss’ in a movie title had been prohibited, and in 1936 the Censorship Office of the Home Ministry had fixed a bylaw that not only prohibited making any unpatriotic movies but also provided that ‘any scene of kissing, erotic embracing, lascivious dancing, or orgiastic banquet shall be cut, no matter whether the movie is Japanese or foreign.’”

Zoomers don't understand how television works.

Naming an organization that doesn't exist is too much. Try to talk around things you can just google.
>>
>>282058828
You can look it up, the first kiss scene in Japanese movie didn’t happen until 1946.
>>
Anyway.
