I've been reading the manga lately but never found anyone with whom I can talk about it
>>282056495I genuinely think it’s the best of all time. It has emotional heart without being excessively melodramatic. The main character is fascinating because he is almost written like an antagonist at times. All the characters have understandable motivations. It portrays the era in a matter of fact way without pushing modern sensibilities or lecturing the audience. I haven’t reread it and don’t bring it up because of how painful it is to me knowing how it ended up.
Art is great but it's quite dull at times
I prefer Real
I don't know what happens to Sasaki Kojiro in Vagabond, but historically, Sasaki Kojiro is defeated by Miyamoto Musashi and dies.
>>282056656I apologize if brought up any unpleasant feelings, and yes Takezo sure felt like the antagonist during the initial volumes before the fight Baiken that's where he started thinking about the spiral of death
>>282057380Inoue had admitted that he is drained of his creativity that's why he went on hiatus Vagabond has one of the best art you can't convince me otherwise, I even remember certain panels with every deatail like the one where he was lying on ground and thinking that he is nothing
>>282057493Man I would have loved to see that fight, I think Kojiro was stronger than Musashi because Musashi said to Iori that if he fought Kojiro he would be defeated
