For the love of god, can't they fastforward this training arc, an arc like this would work with a somewhat good cast of characters, but I just don't care about uuuhhh, the friend of Kafka and uuuhhh the red haired dude, I just don't know.

Why is the show so boring? When I was getting into manga a year or so ago, I've seen this title in many collections. I decided to watch the anime first. It was ok, nothing spectacular, good enough to look for a next season, not good enough to read manga. Now I think even even watching it might have been a mistake. Question for manga readers: Does it get better in the future?
I'm crazy or that episode had a lot of still images that lingered a little too long?

>>282081193Because none of the characters are interesting, most of them are just annoying. The world isn't interesting. The tech isn't interesting. The "magic system" isn't interesting. The only possibly interesting part are the intelligent kaijus but those make up 10% of the show if that. The rest are just the usual shonenshit characters with the usual autistic Japanese "motivations", except now they aren't even early teenagers but young adults who really should have grown out of that.
