Go away. 11-50: Noob. 51-100: Unless its all niche stuff you're still a noob: 101-200: You can start having basic conversations. 201-300: Finally not a noob. 301-999: Adept fan. 1000-1999: Semi-advanced fan. 2000: Real fan. Of course, you depending on whether you are fluent in Japanese, read a lot of manga/VNs/LNs, you can place yourself a tier higher imo.
