That's exactly what they do, dumbass. Well, minus the AI part. They have those rays of light/fog/blackened out for the TV broadcast, and then uncensor the BD/DVD release. If you mean censorship like in the webm you attached, that is done for comedic reasons and it was never intended to have full nudity.
