Apart from mods and demoralized zoomers being fags, you simply can't force a good thread.
Apparently it was for making "requests" outside of /r/ or /wsg/ but that's totally unreasonable since it's just an OC funposting thread like Penguin Cl/a/ssics. If anything, the waifu drawthreads get allowed, so I don't see why this should be deleted under that rule.
