>>282098209Thanks OP. This whole arc with Yuu losing his mojo was actually mostly skipped in the live action. After Masaki vs Yuu and Yuu deciding to go back to school there were only two episodes left, so they instead slimmed it down to Yuu enjoying his normal life and getting closer to Mai while building up Seta High getting ready to go against Masaki with Taka.A bit of a shame, but you gotta do what you can with the episode limit you've got I guess.

The end of the previous arc is an ok ending to Yuu's arc.To be clear, Yuu is still very much a focus and his involvement in the conclusion to the arc is the same, it's just the buildup period where instead of relearning the basics he instead spends more time with Mai as a normal kid, and the conflict is whether he can bring himself back to the holyland when he hears Masaki is being targeted.
