When it was shown with Hakari I actually thought Yuji wouldn't develop a technique and instead he'd inherit Sukuna's Cleaving in the form of 'cutting' or 'sharp' CE, it would have fit his character better IMO.

Holy shit this is so ass. It has basically none of what made JJK special. I spent so much time reading, theorizing about, meme-ing on, and autisming out about the original, and I was willing to chalk the enshitification of the series after Shibuya on burnout and ADD, but Gege has had time to recharge, doesn't even have to do the art anymore, and could have waited longer if he felt like before coming back if he actually had the skill necessary to create something better but not the energy - this proves he's a piece of shit who sold out his own potential to write slop just to keep the money rolling in. He even picked an artist with the most forgettable, generic style possible. I'm so pissed.
