>>282202802Honestly, my problem with One Piece isn't that it doesn't have these emotional hard hitting moments anymore, but rather that these moments have way too much baggage and builtup between them that they just don't come out as consistently anymore. Oda still manages to throw out great stuff like "Raizou is safe.", "He laughed.", or that page of Kuma running throughout his life. But his world has become so big that he has to juggle too much stuff at the same time.
I don't have much to say about this topic, but it really is exciting to see Oda close off his magnum opus, especially since as (>>282204665) said, there's so much to juggle. The ending is the hardest part to pull off, I wonder if he'll succeed.
