The king has Buddha's ears and is wearing a pair of hakama. I refuse to believe they evolved the same way as humans in Japan did, it's too big a coincidence. Some of them definitely landed on Japan millennia ago and influenced cursed energy manipulation. That would explain why Sukuna looks like he does, he just had a lot of alien DNA, but he was clearly born deformed/not completely right.
